Is very nice place end very clean.

My kids love this hotel the reason why we stayed twice this year and will be back again soon. Looking forward for December ❤️

It is one of the best hotel and restaurant with swiming pool and spa.

The hotel has not the necessary personnel to attend the number of clients Not at check in or breakfast or pick hours for the water land. They do not give slots to avoid rush hours problems in this covid times.
Disappointed mostly as the prices and the service are not coherent.

It was fun and enjoy the pool.

A great hotel walking distance from the ferry with a cozy atmosphere and fantastic indoor pirate themed water world pool.

Amazing family friendly hotel with everything you could need. Water park, in house cinema, arcade, child friendly buffet and so on. The rooms, staff and breakfast buffet were likewise nice.

Basic room with no frills. The food for breakfast was OK, but nothing really fresh. The veggie food at the restaurant was poor.

Perfect! First choice during stay in Frederickshavn! Regular price for night in area gives you aquapark for free. Only one sad thing — it is too crowdy at breakfast time.

Recommended for those people who want to relax and be with family, bar prices a little high.

Had a great day at "The Reef" with my wife and kids. We absolutely love the place, the theme is fantastic and the facilities are nice. Not the biggest place but it is much more affordable and less stressful than the bigger places.

Great location next to the port. A short walk from the Stena Line ferry. A great stop gap if you have kids as the swimming pool will keep them entertained for hours. The pool has a wave machine, slides and loads of little pools. Plenty of restaurants near by if you want to venture out. Rooms a little basic but if all you need is sleep and a shower then it's perfectly fine.

Rooms are good average. The bathing area is top.
Breakfast for Denmark very good.
Above all at a tolerable price.

Great place, which our kids (2 and 5) loved. Great concept, and everything is easily accessible from the hotel room.
Our only negative, and unfortunately it was a big one, was the a la carte restaurant ok the evening. TERRIBLE service and ignorant staff! Unfortunately I can’t comment on the quality of the food, as we left before we got served. Ended up having to buy a sandwich in the reception of the hotel instead. This never ruined our total experience, but it is the only reason I write this and have given 3 stars.

Great family friendly place. Lovely swimming area. The children's play room was a little small and the restaurant a bit pricey. But overall a really nice place with good service!

It was the first time. Liked, interesting and colorful. Interesting idea and interior. There are also several drawbacks. Minus that there is no place where to swim, all the places are small. Also with minuses it is some dirty places, hoods should be white, and they black colour from a dust. And so very good. Worth the money.
More suitable for children. After all, there are not many places and people can be many. This requires activity. Rest and relax will not work.

Good hotel for families. Super swimming pool for families directly at the hotel. However, our family room was very old, which is clearly visible to the bathroom and the windows. It was clean, tidy and spacious.

This hotel is very nice, Specially for those, like me, that enjoy swimming or playing in the water.

Hotell with swimming and sauna. All clean and things work. We will come here again.

The main reason we stayed was for the Water land which we have visited before and the kids loved it but we didn't stay at the hotel that time. Now we stayed in a family room, with two standard beds for adults and two foldable bunk beds. The bunk beds didn't feel very safe for our kids, 2 and 4 yrs old, as they move around quite a lot in the sleep and the fall protection was quite insufficient. We moved the standard beds together and the whole family of four shared that combination. The room size was good and it was clean, it was located close to the elevators leading to the Water land. There are some dining options at the hotel, one is a restaurant which also serves a really good breakfast in the morning. The location of the hotel is in a walking distance from the ferry stop and close to a shopping street which also houses some good alternative dining options, yet it's quite expensive. Overall a nice hotel, especially with the water land in the same building and included in the room fee.

Nice batharea, mostly for the kids, a bit hard to find the way around in the changingroom-showers-to the reef itself. Ok hotelroom, wonderful breakfast. Good service.

Went there to swim. It was okay but became boring quite fast.

Very well. It is very quiet and very good food.

The hotel room is very nice and there is enough space here for a children's travel bed and a lot of luggage. From 5 floor, the hallways outside the room have a nice view down to the bathing area. The bathing area itself is very good and has a well made pirate theme with lights and effects. There are many pools, and some warm enough for babies to thrive in for quite some time. There is even a pool where you can swim from inside to the outside, and there is a bar in the pool area. Overall, very satisfied.
