The worst experience that could possibly happen. Unacceptable and disappointing behavior from two guys who think that just because they own a property, they have the power to act like bullies.
We had confirmed bookings since August, fully paid, yet they refused to check us in. After many hours of communication with Booking. Com, we realized (all of us) that one of the reservations had been cancelled due to a system error.
However, even though all documents and Booking. Com confirmed they were paid normally for the valid reservation, the owners kicked us out in the middle of the night to look for other accommodation. They actually demanded that if we wanted to stay, we had to pay them AGAIN!
In the end, we left and found another place. These people got paid IN FULL, refused to refund the money they received, and they probably feel "very important, " "very tough, " and "very proud" that they took our money while throwing us out on the street. Stay away from such crooks.

We went in March and were the only ones in this b&b during our one night stay. Walking distance to the main town area, with parking not too far away. Rooms were warm and clean, and had everything we needed. We booked via booking. Com, and stayed in Room 1. Ours had a bedroom and a living space, plus a bathroom. Happy that the showers were warm.
Be sure not to book the room "with a private external bathroom" if you prefer to have your bathroom within your space, if you do get this one (Room 2) you will have to walk out of your room, across the public breakfast area, to get to your toilet at the other side.
Breakfast options were the bread they prepared in the fridge, along with butter and spreads, eggs, yogurt drinks, cereal, oats, granola. There's an oven, grill toaster, and egg maker, plus a coffee/hot chocolate machine.
For those with accessibility concerns, do note that the rooms are upstairs and accessible only via a staircase I believe.
Overall we had a pleasant stay! Quiet and private, with sufficient amenities. We had a good night's rest after going out to see the "black sun" phenomenon with the starling murmurations :)

The accommodation was good and located not too far from the railway station. The breakfast was good and plentiful but it was all self-serve. Although there was hand wash and hand lotion provided, there was no soap or shower gel and no shampoo/conditioner. This is a basic requirement that needs to be provided. We also had some trouble with the television channels so we messaged the owners however they never responded.
