A bit worn down and no aircon in the rooms but great location near city center. Danish hotels are in my experience the worst in the Nordics and they tend to charge way more than the value they give. Decent breakfast though.

The room is really too small, the toilets are practically in the shower, which is not really a given that it is 50cm from the sink and that there is no demarcation between all the elements of the "bathroom" (you will notice the quotation marks).
The reception and the organization are also very very light, see unpleasant.
Only good thing: breakfast is very decent.

Reception fast and efficient. 1 star Cleanliness ok, maintenance could be much better. 0, 5 star Room: ok, cosy, very small bathroom, 0, 5 star Restaurant: not clean, chairs almost breaking down, food not good, bad coffee. 0 star.

Location was quite alright, not too far from the shopping street and the train station was rather close as well. The room and bathroom were decently sized and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was great, as was the personnel. All in all a great experience.

Small, nice cheap, clean hotel… off course it´s a budget hotel, and the single-room I booked is small, but clean and everything you need. A nice bed, a desk, TV, shower, toilet, phone, free Wi-Fi. the staff is just amzing,, very nice guys. Helpfull, nice. good food even late at night Been at many expensive Hotels in the world… with worse service 5 of 5 for the hotel 6 of 5 for the staff!

It is a centrally located hotel very quiet and pleasant. The staff is attentive and helpful. We are dealing with a double room two nights and we slept very well. Bed, very broad, is comfortable but they use two single duvets that are correct for people of average size but high will have it more difficult to cover (has not been our case)
The breakfast is varied and very rich; the only downside, coffee, leaves prepared from a machine, not a coffee bar, although it can be done.
Altogether, has been a pleasant stay at Danish price, that if.

Hotel Domir was fantastic. My colleague and I arrived early for a conference so needed a place to stay in Odense for the night. The hotel was about a five minute walk from the station, although it took us longer as we got lost looking around Odense! Just walk straight down the main road from the station and it is a few streets down on the left after the park. We both had single rooms and mine had a sofa, a bed, a TV, a desk, and a cupboard as well as an en suite wet room. For me the room was large enough as I was only sleeping there, however the room might be considered 'small' by some so be prepared for this. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the morning they could be seen hoovering and tidying the entire lobby area throughout the morning. In particular Tais was very helpful. When we arrived it transpired that our room had not been paid for yet and he was more than happy to help us with this. As the hotel was quiet he spent the night serving us at the bar and helping us out with local knowledge, including some Danish. He also helped us with all our extra requests and questions. Overall I would definitely recommend Domir. Although the rooms are small and 'basic' they are clean and, depending on your purposes, should be more than enough for most travellers. As a final point, both my colleague and I noted how amazingly comfortable the beds are.

Came so far for beauty Well, came for Leonard Cohen in the park in August 2013 actually and that was an incrediable event. The Domir made what was a very special event for us even more so. Such a friendly hotel. The receptionist could not have been more welcoming or informative. Going to the trouble of getting on line for me to check out not only the train times to Copenhagen but also which trains had seats left, really impressive service. (Good luck with your literature studies) The room was very comfortable. The breakfast tasty and substantial. Were I ever in Odense again I would stay at the Domir, no question. The location is good being under ten minutes from the station.

Very enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel was great, the staff was nice. The room was small but totally satisfactory. The quality of the food for dinner was very good. Breakfast was good as well, but very repetitive if you are staying more than a couple of days.
