I only came here to have lunch, but the service is great and the food is nice.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Try their freshly-squeezed juices and their cheese offerings. Rooms are comfortable but on the smaller side. Check out the terrace on the 9th floor for views of the Congo River.

Was like discovering a paradise in Kinshasa! Great service, spacious rooms, Wi-Fi stable and great outdoor area with huge swimming pool and entertainment area. Breakfast buffet with wife variety and good food.

I visit the place from time to time, especially on weekends. The staff is lovely. They do their best though. Rooms' prices drop on weekends which makes it interesting.

Quiet, secure and not too expensive, the Grand Hotel Pullman in Kinshasa allows you to spend a good time. Good restaurants, beautiful gym, squash and tennis… pity that the pool only measures 20m…

Be careful not to confuse. There are in fact two hotels in the Grand Hotel: the large hotel, a "tired" carpet in the carpets are torn off to be dirty and worn out, to faulty equipment (some lamps or bulbs do not work, …) and of course the splendid Pullman Kinshasa (to which I would allocate 4 *). The service of the large hotel part "outside Pullman" is very random. Note, however, that high-end common services enhance the stay, especially the excellent open-air restaurant, the top-floor bar and the famous fitness center.

Nice place to relax, nice pool, staff rider. Beautiful view of the river.

Even if it free don't stay here. It's the most horrible arrive hotel ever. Rude and unprofessional and worst is that they claim to be the best. For me they r a 1 star excuse.

Good location and services.

Food selection and quality is horrible. Service can't be slower with 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and they forgot the desert. But above all the service is way below standard. I almost didn't see a smile on any of the staffs faces although I always smile at them. I killed a roach in my room and the AC was down in the whole hotel for 10 hours for maintenance. What are they maintaining a space shuttle! Really a joke for the money.

Drop off your suitcases at this Kinshasa hotel for a pleasant stay. The rules of art are mastered in this hotel on all plans.

Very nice and upscale hotel. Reasonable prices. Many facilities and good views on the Congo River. Service is not consistent.

The service was excellent, nice room but the restaurant was quiet expensive ☺️

Horrible experience. The staff at the swimming pool behaves as if they pay us to visit them. Not the kind of service you expect when you pay $160 a month. It generally seems that the staff is not trained how to deal with customers. Very rude. I'd rather go to Kempinski. Situated right next to this hotel. FAR BETTER service, polite staff and better and cleaner gym and pool.

One of the great hotels of kin, luxury, a little posh but good food and excellent yoga.

Renovated part is wonderful, old part well you can guess… Very expensive restaurant and bar 8$ for a tembo, 25$ for a spaghetti, 27$ for a burger…

The renovated part is a good bill. Deluxe Room spacious bathroom with large shower and bathtub. Room service quality, fast, about 20 min. Breakfast pretty full quality approximate. Staff helpful. I haven't tried the restaurants yet.

Hotel at international level but with absolutely excessive costs. Very disorganization. Room furnished in Baroque style but not functional. Slow Internet if almost non-existent. Restaurant too expensive and with poor quality. I paid 31 USD for a hard and dry steak. A Beer 8 USB (5 times the market price) and I waited 40 minutes despite the restaurant being empty. Nice pool area with bar and music entertainment. At least you can settle the salty bill with Visa.

It is the largest hotel in the DRC and the most prestigious.

High quality hotel, but the prices are outrageous. The food is generally to be avoided, except the pizza which is the most reasonably priced thing on the menu and very good. Rooms are clean, hot water is consistent, staff is helpful and the beds are pretty good (Firm by American standards). Breakfast is a sore spot. If the could make a proper cappuccino and if they had a bit more variety for the long term tenants, it would be quite good. Expect to prepay your entire visit, they don't do pre authorizations.

Hotel managed by a new team dynamic and persevering to listening to the customer. Nice pool and innovation with lounge music. Delicious pizza huts or on the terrace.
Nothing to do with the former management.
Place to recommend.
