My husband is staying at your hotel while working away. Since he has arrived there almost two weeks ago it’s impossible for us to stay in contact. Your Wi-Fi system is disgraceful and your electricity goes off on a daily basis. You need to fix this immediately or you will lose your customers to the Pullman Hotel. My husband is Captain Mekki Barhoumi.

The service is not up to the mark at all and does not provide adequate assistance in any way, but after paying the full fee it seems that the client has to run after the people who provide these services.
We give you an appointment and when you show up, we always make you understand that "the housekeeper" is busy or absent. UNACCEPTABLE — INADMISSIBLE!
This is the last time I will plan there since at the reception we don't let you talk to superiors to make complaints.

Having learned it I tried to contact the management to understand, I left DRC without any answer being brought to me. I have already written 4 times asking for a return without success, not even an acknowledgment of receipt. I find this way of acting very unprofessional, even shameful! I am waiting for a return, thank you for coming back to me on this situation that does not honor you.
