Love this place staff are lovely place is really clean its very cheap. Great for couples families and even if your travelling alone like I was this place is like a 5 star hotel. I only booked in for 3 days but ended up staying over 3 weeks. Would recommend this place to anyone. I am going to miss the place and staff when I leave. It was like they waited hand and foot on me for my needs. Thank you for the best stay in Czech republic.

Not recommended. Beds far too hard and too small for big ones, the boss is not on site the staff does not speak German and sometimes only English. The free Wi-Fi runs hardly to no time. After we spoke to the boss on the phone and asked if you can regulate this, you can only get a stupid answer: "I can't do anything about it now. " Then we left the Penzion Derivia and unfortunately paid the full price of 74€ for 2 nights plus 37€ storno.
