Good appartament but ridiculous and expensive parking (have to park half a km away), also have to drive through half the city to get the keys for appt. Overall bad customer service.

THIS COMPANY OPERATES LIKE SCAMMERS!
Do not get tricked by this place! They look legitimate at first, but it is a total trap. Here is exactly how their shady system works:
1. The Bait: After you pay, they send you all the PIN codes and check-in details. Everything looks perfectly fine on paper. You think you have seamless access to the apartment, so nothing raises any red flags.
2. The Trap: You finally arrive at the location, only to realize that the codes don't work and you are locked out. You are forced to call the phone number they left on the door.
3. The Runaround: They tell you that you have to haul your luggage to the other side of the city (about 2 km away) just to pick up the actual keys.
4. The Extortion: Then comes the worst part. They demand a hidden €200 deposit that was NEVER mentioned anywhere before! They give you two options, both of which are a lose-lose situation:
1. Cash option: They claim a maid will check the room and return your cash the next day at around 10:00 or 11:00 AM. But my bus was at 10:00 AM, so this was impossible for me!
2. Card option: They warn you that getting your money back will take days because of "bank processing times. "
To me, this felt like a massive scam, and I refused to play their crooked game. It is pure fraud. They deliberately create problems out of nowhere and then dictate how you must solve them, otherwise, you lose your money.
In the end, I did lose the money I originally paid for this booking because I walked away.

Title: Terrible Customer Service & Unfair Charges.
I booked an apartment in Prague for one night with my friend. I made the reservation at 12:25, and at 12:35 I received a message from Booking. Com saying the booking hadn’t gone through. I only saw this message at 13:20 and immediately tried to re-book using the “Re-Book Accommodation” button, but the page only showed a white screen.
To secure the room, I rebooked manually around 13:30. Shortly after, I received two confirmations for the same apartment. I called the receptionist, who assured me he would help resolve the issue, but in reality nothing was done. Instead, I was charged for both bookings, and one was never cancelled.
I explained the situation to Booking. Com, but their responses were evasive and seemed more focused on protecting the money than resolving the problem. In the end, I was unfairly charged twice for a single stay.
This experience shows a complete lack of customer care and accountability. I would strongly caution others to be careful when booking, as mistakes are not handled fairly and you risk losing your money.
