This is a nice hotel but unfortunately a maid stole a lot of make up and some make accessories. I contacted them and instead of offering me to pay me back and apologizing they’re saying that I shouldn’t say these things about their maids. I’m very disappointed of the way they’re handling this problem and also disappointed to have lost so much make up of mine.

Nice hotel, a littlebit outside the city centre but the views of the rooftop are awesome. Breakfast is fine too my only complain is that 50%of the guests don't wear a mask : (while choosing their food.

A beautiful modern hotel in Prague, great service, fantastic meal and for buffet breakfast and dinner lots of varieties and full bar with life pianist when available, public transportation is just right in front of the hotel, takes about 15 min by subway, super market is across the street. What else do you ask for more? it's all at your finger tip. I will definitely recommend to others!

Lovely hotel in perfect spot for transport links. Breakfast very good and facilities well kept. Be aware that they will charge for city tax on departure, even if this was included in booking fees. Shame really as greed over a small amount of cash spoiled an otherwise pleasant visit.

100% recommended! Beautiful hotel! The rooms are very nice, convenient, although having more electrical outlets would be good as we had to unplug some stuff to charge our phones. But it wasn't that important. The rooms are EXTREMELY clean, we moved the beds as it suited us better and there wasn't a single trace of dirt, hair or anything. The bathroom was very clean as well. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious! Croissants, fresh bread and baguette, lots of small cakes, cheese, cereals, eggs, bacon, potatoes, beans, mushrooms, fresh fruits, etc etc. The coffee was good too. The staff in the restaurant was very polite and smiling. The hotel is not located in the city center but you can reach it via the metro just a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The Atrium Flora, a big shopping mall with a supermarket, is not far either should you want to go shopping a bit.

Good service with bad rooms and terrible Wi-Fi. Wifi catches in the lobby downstairs and at breakfast. Unfortunately, in the room on the 6th floor he did not catch at all. I had to remind you about the replacement of soap accessories and bed linen.

In absolute positivity from the hotel, despite some inconvenience. Live music, high-quality and creating a pleasant atmosphere, for children was organized a holiday in the lower tier, the menu was just as diverse, but the holiday is boring, the children became friends with each other and it saved the situation).

Best location of every hotel ever. 100 meters to the green line on the subway and therefore easy to transport yourself around the city. Great parking garage. 4 elevators ensured not too long waiting times even doe the software seemed to bug out sometimes. The rooms were well cleaned and good sized. The beds were very nice and the pillows was one of the greatest I ever leaned my face on. The hotel lobby was really fancy and made the quality feel of the hotel go up. Breakfast buffet was large and great. Plus for great coffee!

You who know me, Martin Alvarez, for being well travelled and a tough cookie had a great time at this nice, Clean, friendly and professional staff highly trained and commendable. Nice rooms could have better cable service but aside that I had a great experiences from every body including in the hotel, Arthur the guy who works at the gift shop is very friendly and speaks English & Spanish plus his own langue. The food fresh and well prepared and seasoned. Had a great time and memory of this good/nice hotel. Ma.

Well placed for the correct public transport for a 4 star but without pretensions. Staff quite distant.

The hotel is well located, next to the metro and so close to the old town, with a beautiful façade and a beautiful lobby. But that's not all. Although the choice at breakfast is very varied, the fresh fruit was not good. The family rooms are spacious but the bedding is uncomfortable, mattress too soft in which one sinks 5 cm. Bathroom with bathtub, but the empty soap bottle despite the passage of the housekeepers and the sink mixer was poorly adjusted. This hotel has 4 stars but they must date.

Location Excellent breakfast selection, everything fresh, clean everywhere. The room was very very well equipped. They're too old to hurt. Pleased white linen and comfortable beds. After long walks they fell asleep as children. Thanks to the hotel. I hope to return again.

It's a nice and amusing hotel with restaurant facility. It's a one shot solution for business travel. Although it's bit glfar from the city center but have a good connection of transport.

Very conveniently located modern hotel in Prague. The new Jewish cemetery is directly opposite and is worth seeing. The subway is close to the hotel and the city centre can be reached in a few minutes. The checkin had taken longer than the announcement. The rooms were modern, clean and functional. There were 2 large dining rooms. One was always crowded, the other pleasantly empty. But there was no choice where to have breakfast. At the entrances were staff with guest list in hand.
Conclusion: A modern, sober and impersonal hotel with acceptable rooms located in the centre of the city. In the dining room with buffet you are more likely to be processed. Rooms were OK.

The hotel is not worth its 4 * and accordingly prices! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean.

Check in advance in writing for 10:00 pm and then not get on the spot. Had to wait. Check in was then at 18:00 am. Never again!

Lobby promises more! Unfortunately, the rooms are just simple and not comfortable. Air conditioning cannot be regulated. Carpeted soil and should therefore be cleaned, or better still be replaced. Shower is an imposition! Water temperature is difficult to regulate. Shower Curtain Unfortunately, the shower water does not stop and so the bathroom is flooded after the shower.
Breakfast plentiful with a wide selection. Unfortunately, it's like being in a canteen. Very noisy as many teenagers. Cardboard cups for coffee and tea!

It's a good hotel. By tramp you need ten minutes to the city. Rooms a clean. The breakfast is very good. I like the theme a lot and e. G. Having Mozart music in the elevator. Parking costs 20 Euro per night. I think this is a little bit too much.

Good breakfast buffet. Large and clean rooms, the downside is that they are not soundproof and when they pass the ambulances are heard a lot (spend enough). The views of the Jewish cemetery. The front desk should explain where to buy the tickets for the tram and Metro as the Inspectors are waiting for the tourists to fine them. The TV can only be heard in German or Checho.

Really luxurious and cheap place at the same time, I went with the school on tour and it cost only 250 crowns per night (€10).
The only thing that makes them lose points is the quality of the food which was mainly pasta and meat, pasta and meat… not to mention the fact that students have to eat in a separate area (only for breakfast) from the rest of the customers.
They also have several entertainments, such as billiards, gym, sauna, or chess for those who have nothing more to do up and down with a beautiful lift.

A great hotel located on the 26 tram line that leads directly to the city centre. We can also go by Metro but the tram allows to enjoy a little already of the city.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, slightly dated bathrooms. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Very poor choice of food during dinner. No cold dishes as an alternative to the proposed foods.

Furniture has come in the years. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It is also not cleaned everywhere in the room, but only where you can see it.

At first glance an appealing hotel with a noble ambiance… at second glance, you should look out here and there… our room was already a bit busy mattress/bath/interior, cleanliness 2 — here and there a hair of the previous guest and the bathroom mirror clearly pointed Visible water — or others? — Splash on… I had posted about Groupon and so about Half the usual price paid which was also perfectly justified more it is definitely not worth it, therefore probably also the miserable "view" on the Courtyard (lowest category). The breakfast was adequate for me however I would have liked in a 4 * hotel freshly squeezed orange juice and real coffee! So that really did not go filter coffee in the boiler is no 4 * worthy and so the broth has also tasted… at the peak hours of the breakfast it can also happen to have no place and to wait.
Besides, I find it unfortunate to the own hotel guests for the use of their underground parking the full price of almost €22 the night to be depressed there could be distinguished from guest and not guest and at least give a discount… which is extremely good is the situation, The door goes underground and tram we only used the subway with which you can get off in the old town in about 8 minutes.
I think who is looking for a small taler a hotel and relatively relaxed through life goes for that is the right thing.
I would still come back again if I would get this price about 25 € ü/F.

We spent a very nice weekend here. The hotel is very nice. Breakfast was great but the dinner was not convincing. It is run by very young staff that works very nice and accommodating.

Fi Fitness Gym. Spa with 2 saunas one at 60 and one at 90 degrees. The hot tub is pleasant though small. The lobby is very large and cozy with a room where there are tables with chessboards. The breakfast buffet is very varied.

First time in the city and very well located at the exit of the Metro with all the connections, very good for the price, good service, the breakfast abundant and varied all very homemade… Good experience.

In general good hotel, located relatively close to the old town, bus stop, metro and tram right in front of the hotel, the breakfast is great, staff polite but not very friendly and willing to help. The room is good but could be better, the bed rather small and not very comfortable. I would recommend it partially, personally although I want to go back to Prague I don't think I would stay here again.

Modern hotel with all convenience around (subway, change). The room was clean and large enough, just underlined the lack of electrical sockets. Bathroom is average. The breakfast is stunning and the staff nice.

If a quiet hotel is sought, you are right there. It is about a 25-minute drive outside the city, next to the main cemetery of Prague. Even if the room is facing the street, it is relatively quiet when the window is closed, even if the tram (stop 100 m in front of the hotel) runs all night. It is also not every guest who later marches to his room at night.
The rooms and the bathroom were spacious and clean. However, no upscale equipment. Water quickly gets hot.
We had a 4-bed room with 2 people. What was disturbing was that the wardrobe was designed without a door.
There is a buffet in the morning and evening, which was spread over two rooms. Both should be visited as not the same food offer. The food is nothing special, but good.
What I found a bit silly was that two of the waitresses (not all! ) were rude and did so as they could neither be German (well) or English.
In an international hotel, people with customer contact should at least be able to speak English. But maybe they didn't want to…

Correct location. Close to a metro stop and in 5 stops you are in the centre of Prague. The rooms a bit dated for being a 5 star. Breakfast buffet is correct. What I complain about is the bed. Soft No, you sink in it. We asked to be changed in the morning and in the evening we found that we should go back to complain, and indicate qie if we want we can switch to a room to sleep on the couch. It's outrageous. He also comments that someone else has gone today from the hotel x the same reason. That the mattresses are outdated. I find that a 4 star is outrageous mattresses as well.

Great hotel. Rooms with lots of space and comfortable beds. The are on wheels so the beds may move when you move alot. Breakfast is nice and lots of choices. Only The restaurants cant hold the amount off people in the hotel so it can become crowded at breakfast.

Hotel Super Cons Very disappointed by the menu of Christmas and bad organization No bread served with rillettes a little limit forced to ask and at 21:30 there was more choice of dishes people were forced to take fish because nothing else while ' They had reserved their meals otherwise the rooms are well mattress a little soft and super breakfast nothing to complain about.

Better than expected. A nice hotel with an amazing breakfast and good prices. I gave 4 stars because I had to pay 20 euros for one night which was 30% of the room price.

Very poor when you scratch the surface. Tv remote fell apart. Room too hot and air con not working. Toilet roll holder held on with a pencil. Frayed carpets. No information. Offered on Che co in. Executive lounge closed too early. In room drinks not suitable, (no normals tea or coffee or milk). Lots more, but I have warned you. Full review will be on Trip Advisor.

Very nice hotel in Prague! minute away from the metro station so it's very convenient to get to the city center in less than 10 minutes. The staff at the lobby were really nice and helping, the hotel is designed very beautiful although the rooms were a little bit old fashioned. I'll recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a very good one, but I can't give five stars. Need to be improved a bit more. There is a small things that needs to be fixed. We've got 1 towel in a 2 people room, one hair conditioner in the bathroom and without ventilation as well. Breakfast is a very good one, but the service in restaurant is not the best. Well done but you can always do better.

We were four people and they prepared the room for only two, with the inconvenience that it assumed. Excellent breakfast and good SPA.

My advice to everyone is that they do not even think of staying in this hotel, the staff is unfriendly, cold, and also that does not speak English is clear. We were fined with a hundred euros for having smoked a cigarette out of the window at zero degrees, if the taxi at three in the morning was not waiting at the door I am able to wait for the police, are a few thieves and also, the food after being very very bad is expensive.

The reception is very elegant and large. The rooms are passable, yes, the pillows uncomfortable and the scenery horrible, does not combine anything. The buffet food is not bad but there is little choice. At reception you can buy tickets for the Metro, as the hotel is away from the centre.

Spectacular Hotel. Entrance in the style "Grand hotel", is a 4 star hotel but that apparently shows more, very kind and fast staff. Free luggage storage Service, quick Room assignment and for any request are available. The location is not central but it is in a quiet area, on a large boulevard with the tram stop in front of the Hotel and the subway that leads directly to the central square of Prague. In front of the hotel there is also the 91 night line, which leads directly to the hotel from the centre.

Superb hotel, efficient and friendly staff, I had the pleasure of occupying a suite, no complaints except that the hot water in the shower could be a little warmer it is hardly lukewarm. I will come back.

Location outside the city center but the latter is easy to access thanks to the large numbers of public transport less than 2 min walk from the hotel superb entrance, friendly and efficient reception.
The room is at first sight spacious and with good value for money this during it lacks several things appearing as essential. A crucial lack of usable catches due to lighting only by lamps on the ground.
There was no bath mat either which can be dangerous and the beds were squeaky.
The breakfast was good without wonder but surprisingly no butter?
In sum a value for money more than satisfactory but a lack of elements become indispensable.

Clean, spacious reception, service minded staff, good Wi-Fi, lavish breakfast and perhaps the best: airport bus connects to the green metro line and you go directly to the station where the hotel is located almost back to back. Gym could be a bit better equipped.

The hotel isn't really near much. The are buses trams and the Metro just outside. The room is small with not much room to manoeuvre. We had one room with 4 single beds. The bathroom was good and the room had a very small mini bar. The breakfast was good with a big range. The bar was nice with a limited range of food though.

We start from the Scorstesia of the employees who welcomed us to the reception. Knowing that we were Italians did not even help us to buy the Metro tickets and we were not given any map. Then I would follow with the wrong room, having booked and paid a quadruple we had been given a double without added beds, so not ready yet and check in was at 3pm. Went down to try to rectify the error, rudely (of course) made us wait an hour and a half before we went to ask where they were with the room and nothing, it was not ready yet. Rude to the Cicionazzo receptionist who started to get nervous and not to come against us. Then we went happily left alone our colleague who did not even know where he was. Ps. They can not speak ne Italian, ne German.

Attention scammers! We had booked this hotel and paid in advance. When we arrived we were welcomed right quite brazen by a gentleman at the reception, with the words, that they had no rooms for us despite booking. On the question of how this is possible, we have been fobbed off only, you've booked another high-quality hotel. How we get there, whether we like it etc. The Lord didn't entirely care. We came as an alternative to a hotel which is a huge construction site and found out that the Don Giovanni pays only half of them, from what we had paid himself has plugged and the rest. At the moment everything is legally and we will do everything to get our money back, but one is clearly stay away from Don Giovanni and the Hotel Panorama, that push to the guests and keep the money among themselves!

The hotel is close to the metro stop that brings you to the center in no time. The conference rooms are good with great service and a good atmosphere.

Was here for a week visiting friends on my birthday. The hotel staff very friendly… Already planning on coming back. Thank you to all the staff, so friendly and thank you for the birthday Champagne. So easy to get anywhere in Prauge from this hotel.

Impression of this hotel was that it got stuck in the socialism. Wouldn't recommend this hotel anyone who is looking for real 4 star hotel. Not sure how they got the 4 stars but I would hardly give them 3 stars. The staff weren't friendly at all. We got room for disabled people which we didn't book, with very exotic view on cemetery plus the next door room was connected with ours. Soap dispenser was empty and next day we had to look for toilet paper as there was none. In the morning probably from 7am someone (staff) was knocking on the door probably every half an hour until we left the room. When we got to the breakfast no one explained how it works there so we sat down there was no staff at the counters the food didn't look friendly at all ham, cheese and other bits were already dried out so left hungry. I really felt like I was in student house and not in 4 star hotel. Only one bright thing about this hotel was staff in the lobby bar and specially miss Vondrova. Everyone should learn from her! She made this hotel worth 4 stars. Other then that thumbs down for this hotel.

It's really just ok hotel. I experienced executive room. So the furniture and all interior is rather old, it could be good to think about renovation. Fitness was opened just afternoon : (There is executive lounge, but with very poor service. But the views are nice and also rooms towards cemetery are quiet.

We have booked over the weekend. The hotel is very nice and clean. Most of the employees can be german. The room that beautiful big and clean. That no extra space or place there for smoking was the only negative for smoking it so would go anytime unfortunately at the bottom in front of the hotel and smoke. If it's not 5 star would get from me. All in all was very nice and helpful. One must not forget breakfast buffet very much mention choice and simply delicious.

Very nice hotel, great price. We booked two joining rooms and paid 300 Euro for 4 nights. The hotel was very clean and situated close to the Metro, bus, and trolley services. Super easy to get around town and then back to the hotel in the evening. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included, and it was ok — typical hotel buffet fare.

Rooms Immaculate, clean. Staff friendly. Jam partly at the elevator. Access by Metro, tram and bus very well. Stops directly at the hotel.

Not good, not bad. Had a good deal to go there, otherwise wouldn't go there again. Not very clean, not very friendly staff, really soft pillows and overpriced parking. Positive: very close to the metro station.

The room is pretty big, but in the years to come. All a bit old. Doors squeak, shower sprays anywhere else, the bed is A DISASTER, totally sags, the Cover old. Nice Lobby, (unfortunately) Raucherbar. Breakfast idea — and unloving. The tables are dirty. Of ground clearance. Strangely enough, no teaspoons available.

Service good, rooms are big, the mattresses, but to soft, good transport links with public passenger transport.

Looks old but then you understand that it is tacky beme obsolete and by a sense of filthy and impoverished. The Windows don't open.

Has exceeded our expectations, very Clean, large quiet rooms, all wishes will be with the Breakfast buffet met. Staff will Help with any questions. U Bahn, Bus and tram right in front of the house in minutes to the city center. Like we come back.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel, friendly staff, clean and quiet room despite being just a few meters away from the main street. A great location for exploring Prague, right next to a tube stations, and tram stops. A nice view too.

The Hotel looks great. The rooms are spacious, clean and totally calm. The location is ideal for exploring Prague. Metro station, tram and bus directly outside the hotel. In the city centre just 10 minutes.
The staff is already at check in at the front desk very friendly and it was also during our entire stay.
Breakfast buffet was huge and was always filled. Service very helpful and fast. Plates were cleared away immediately, so that we could get something from the buffet.
Underground parking is very tight with a — and exit. But practically, since the vehicle is safe and secure.
Spa area features a Jacuzzi, steam bath, solarium and two saunas with different temperature. Hotel has a fitness room. During our stay (at the long weekend), we had these facilities almost for us alone.
We will book this hotel sure again during the next visit to Prague.

Easy access to the city centre by nearby Metro. Hotel itself came in the year. Don't expect service and the quality of buffet breakfast and bar is unfortunately poor. We book no another time.

Cosy and clean rooms. The room is silent, if you get one with a window into the yard or on an upper floor. However the room is too hot even with AC maxed out. It is absurd to cool your room with aircondition in the middle of winter! Breakfast ok, hotel bar expensive. Parking — tremendously expensive! (never again).

Great location directly at the train station, 10 minutes to the Wenceslas Square, room clean and large, price performance fit, nice service, TG square here is gold value.
