Old property but in prime location of old town. Not very well maintained.

On arrival, an interior window (double glazing) was partially broken. We immediately saw this fact, but we did not warn the hotel that it was already like that for a while and that the latter was aware of the case.
At the end of our stay the hotel accused us of breaking the glass. We imagine (hopefully) that it was the cleaning staff who did not mention breaking the glass before we arrived at his employer. They withdrew 60 CHF without even asking us for explanations.
We justified ourselves, but nothing to do was our word against theirs and they were in a position of strength. Of course if it was us who had done it, we would have notified the hotel immediately especially for that amount. An accident can happen, but this is unfair! We were honest from start to finish. They just didn't want to hear us and took advantage of us.
Our mistake was not to report the case right away. They took advantage of our naivety and I find it deplorable to treat their client as well.
We feel betrayed and robbed.
So it is quite naturally that we do not recommend this establishment. Don't get yourself, what a disappointment!

Beautiful apartment in the middle of Prague. Cleaned and so cozy I would say. I loved the Parizska street and shops around! People were so kind everywhere. And those beautiful views around the Old town, woow! I booked that apartment again after Christmas and I´m really happy we can be there again!

It was nice apartment with all accessories and among the cheapest apartment near to the main square.

Incredibly incompetent staff: did not reply for message regarding arrival as no check-in desk exists, nobody met us at arrival, wrong keys were given, nobody came for check-out. Very old and dirty apartments. Dripping is constantly heard from somewhere. Weak security and sound proof. No opportunity to leave baggage after check-out.
