5 stars for cleaning, breakfast, and hotel look, but 1 stars because the build is near the railstation and is very noisy. Every 2-3 minutes u hear a train. If u want to stay at this hotel u must buy something to put in the ears for noise.

One of the best hotels where I was. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was so delicious and diverse like vegetables, fruits, eggs, sousages, musli, all that humans want in the morning was there. Serviss was very well. We broke the power socket, personal eliminated the problem very fast. Very beautiful neighborhood, there was a small but good fountains. Metro wasn’t far away, tram stop was about 10 minutes from hotel. About 20 minutes from hotel was shopping mall with good shops where was clothing stores, product stores, all that you need.

Great breakfast, clean rooms. Showers for four out of five. The reception is great. The hotel is next to the railway line and junction — it makes noise if you open the window. From the subway if you go that entrance to the hotel on a ladder of 70 steps, or go further in the hill. The double bed consists of two mattresses, individually they are good, but between them something is laid about 15-20 cm thick. If two people sleep in a hug, then this layer feels a solid bump that is not very convenient.

Stayed here this is a newer hotel. You get to use the pool one hour a day. Which is plenty for us. Breakfast is great. Rooms are clean. Ac works great.

Very professional, high caliber of service with guests and all the amenities. The room exceeded expectations. The only hotel I have ever visited with exceptional mattresses. Location centered perfectly for an exceptional experience in Prague.

A good place with lots of activities. Not far from the O2 arena, there's a plus when you come to concerts. The staff are very understanding and go ok to go to a meeting to solve your problem.

Hotel itself clean and beautiful. Due to the adjacent railway line, however, very noisy in the rooms. The rooms themselves are a little too small. Had family rooms with a through door. Extremely long waiting time at the front desk! Almost 1 1/2 hours! The good and varied breakfast is positive.

A hotel for relaxing friends or families loving the sport and pool. Priority for guests with cars. The hotel has its own fleet.

The hotel is very nice. Clean rooms. Very comfortable beds with snow-white bed. They provide a cot. But the parking, to our regret, was paid (12 euros a day), although it was written that the parking is free. The breakfast is varied and tasty. The restaurant prices are above average. The hotel is far from the center, 7 km. If it were not for the car, it would be really inconvenient to get. Trams and buses are 15 minutes from the hotel. And they have 40 minutes to go. The hotel is only recommended if there is a car.

Really great place :) however it's far from the city centre and hard to get to when you don't have a car. The swimming pool is nice, but not of you want to train, it's more to relax. They have 3 lanes and an open pool. There's also jacuzzi and very nice steam room. They have sauna but you pay extra for it. Whole area is very very clean comparing to other pools in Prague and looks freshly renovated.

Mittlmässiges Hotel, ample breakfast buffet… however, the rooms are sometimes somewhat accustomed. The location is good, although not central, yet well connected and by bus, tram or metro you are within a 10-15 minutes drive in the centre of Prague.

Nice hotel with a spa close to dowtown Prague. The pricees of the accomodation are cheap, but you need to pay extra for the spa. Clean and tidy anyway. There are 4 restaurants and bars inside.

We were to five in an apartment unfortunately only over night. The room was large, clean, with shower and bathtub… DASD was 01 and 02 April. You have difft. Amenities like, bowling, tennis, volleyball, swimming pool, wellness. What I did not like was the pool is Wei from reception.

The room facilities are reminiscent of old Soviet times. The beds had only a mattress and a press chipboard. The breakfast was in my opinion only average and not very varied. OK for two to three days. For a longer stay I would rather recommend an upscale category.

Hotel is predominantly in good condition. Breakfast is very rich. All sports are subject to charges but at reasonable prices. Located on a road and rail it is very noisy at night and early morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. To go to the city you can use a nearby tram.

The wellness facilities have nothing to do with the hotel. It's a building apart from the hotel. It's like a sports center with wellness in a building near the hotel. We had all inclusive (all inclusive Wellness) but had to pay the towels to part and also an extra for the baby. Entrance to the Welnes is with an electronic bracelet that does not always funccionava to open or close the lockers of the testers. The hotel: New furniture But very very small rooms. The rather exhausted reception of large flow of tourists most children of some local sports clubs. The breakfast was very good. But considering the price of the room (€130) and how small it was I don't think we'll be back.

Very nice! Point deduction because you got no email — answer. Information on the spot, we should call, because we do not read the mails every week. The accommodation is very good. Staff very friendly.

A hotel that is really super connected by public transport. It is suitable for a wellness holiday and through many sports offers also for sports cannons. The use of the swimming and sauna area is unfortunately not included in the price and for the sports activities you have to pay extra. The room was three a bit small and the bathroom was also not perfectly clean. The breakfast buffet was great and delicious, just as you wish. In the overall package the holiday stay was really nice and you can really recommend the hotel to anyone.

This hotel is fantastic. You just can spend you entire time having fun in this splendid place. There is everything you need: sauna and swimming pool, bowling, sport center, billiards, 4 different restaurants an so on and so forth. Very nice place!

The room was very small. Breakfast and supper is good and the staff is nice and friendly. You can reach the bus and train in 10 minutes and you will be in the city in 15 minutes. Parking, pool, sauna The wellness facility costs extra. Near the hotel there is a train station which is not too noisy despite the open window.

Location is good, but generally it is noisy place, only some rooms are fitted with AC, so you have to choose between silence or fresh air. It is perfect to have swimming pool (for separate price of $6) … but during weekend it is a very popular place. It is also possible to have lunch or dinner outside, but the best food was in cafe near swimming pool. So it is limited comfort for reasonable price…

Easily accessible even when in Prague for the first time. Staff is more than generous and nice. Got a complimentary bottle of wine just minutes after check in. Rooms are beautiful, especially the bathroom. There two flat screen TV's, one in living room and one in bedroom. Two air-conditioners and everything is spotless. Nothing but commendation's. Highly recommend.

A huge hotel complex with all sports facilities. As well as rooms for relaxation. Good value for the price. Very friendly staff. However, 45 min walk to Town.

You pay a premium for it being a 'wellness hotel', even though it is a bit inconveniently located (not too bad, but not so great either). Only when asking for the 'airport shuttle', it turns out they just order you a paid cab. And when you arrive at the front desk you get a whopping one-entrance-maximum-60 minutes of pool time for the entirety of the stay. I had to ask — I was sure they meant 60 minutes per day, but no. One only. If you are a bit late at breakfast, the nice bread runs out, whereas there is still an enormous amount of scrambled eggs going to waste.

Top address There's nothing there. A great service. Completely satisfied.

For those who have a light sleep it is advisable to book elsewhere. The structure is right on a rail junction. My room 414 is very very small, not suitable for 2 adults and 1 child.

Everything is extra just next to a decent railroad bedding but old fashioned decoration.

It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Small room, old furniture, dated sanitary. You have to use the bathtub to take a shower and there is not even a curtain to parry the splashes. There are very similar 2 star hotels in Italy. Good breakfast but there are no products against food intolerance from what I could see. The staff Sauna, swimming pool and sports centre are open to the public (not only for hotel guests).

Unfortunately we were not very happy with the hotel. We booked an economy room but this sort of room has no air conditioner available. To our misfortune we got a room which was located in the second floor directly above the Spa area so the room heated up very quickly. During the night we had to open the windows to get some fresh, cool air but the loud noises of the traffic and the train which seemed to directly pass the hotel made our sleep really uncomfortable. Therefore we wanted to change the room but there was no other room available and we couldn’t get a room upgrade so far. So you shouldn’t book an economy room for a stay in the summer. The breakfast was alright and there are variegated sport activities but the ways to the sport rooms and the swimming pool were longer than expected and you had to pay extra for it. To get to the metro you had to walk about 10 minutes so that was alright.

Very far from connectivity. Only good for people on business visits who don't have time. I wouldn't recommend it for tourists.

Choose this hotel because pool and sauna but their cost huge money for hotel guests. Breakfast was same menu everyday. Nice personal and staff. Currency change has high fees. Transfer to airport costs more than 2 times expensive than usual. Not cheap restaurants and cafe. Need to walk about 10 min to reach metro or tram. Bad experience, never will not choose this hotel again. Think, can find many other better hotels in Praha.

Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. Polite and well-trained staff. Nice breakfast buffet, but no bacon. Very cheap prices for the rooms. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

I come here very often when Prague visit I.
The reception staff speak German, Polish, English, Czech and some Russian and Hungarian. Prepared for international guests.
For a few years, they have grown and short Renouviert.
Everything looks great clean and maintained.
Lot Unterhaltumg and offers of employment, if you not are in the city. Swimming pool somewhat small but with whirlpool and a rießen Saunalamdschaft with many Saunevarianten with cocktail bar and tea bar.
Bowling alleys, masseurs, tennis courts and a large car park with many carparks. And close to tram connections.
Breakfast has sufficient range and the room is quite big.
Price performance ratio is right. It is recommended.

Saunas are nice but the overall atmosphere was a bit weird. Price wise, the price itself is OK if it would be time unlimited. Which is not. Over 200 for 1, 5 hours.

I can just comment on saunas and wellness world. Which is nice, sometimes full and they recently shut down herbal sauna, which was the best one.

Cosy hotel with good friendly staff even if you don't speak Italian. The room was small for 4 people as it was planned for 2, the food lacks a little, the breakfasts are fantastic, find out more and eat what you like, lunch and the poetanze are almost the same, the service is autonomous from the buffet. There are many points of leisure for all ages, like bowling, swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, massage area, the rooftop terrace, tennis courts, squash, football, golf etc! Obviously the extra services are charged separately but they do not cost much. I'm happy with the stay.

Bad Hotel! when we arrived we were told there was no room available, even though we had a reservation and paid in advance. Free transport to another Hotel didnt work out as promised. Had lots of trouble therefore.

I'm just outraged attitude to customers I booked a room and when I arrived I was told that no rooms available, even though I had already paid for it and sent me to another hotel in the end the whole holiday turned out to be not as I had planned I never stay at this hotel and do not advise anyone.

The rooms are small and being a school trip they put 4 people per room despite the space is insufficient.
The beds are hard and those individuals are not even read but very firm sofas. L blankets on the beds are made
surprisingly, half horizontally, half vertically.
Upon arrival is required a deposit of 20 € per person: Besides being difficult to turn around in the room without breaking anything in that very small deposit if they keep me for "disturbance".
The food is absolutely the worst ever tasted worse than the canteens etc. It is not easy to describe but if you go on a school trip in hotel offers the delicacies that not even a dog would eat (same thing at both dinner that at breakfast)

The pool is not bad, costs 125Corone for a time and there is also a whirlpool.

This hotel is the worst. No Internet, No Wi-Fi in the room, breakfirst. Nothing to eat, towl is changed not everyday. Room is too small. Please never use this hotel.

I traveled with seven friends to Prague and stayed in this Hotel. It says it’s a 4 star hotel, but compared with other hotels worldwide it's not more than a 2 star hotel. We had 3 double rooms. They put 2 friends and myself in the smallest room and the remaining 4 were in two bigger rooms. Because of that there was no space for the luggage. The cupboards were also tiny so we couldn't really use it. The toilet / bath was ok, but they never cleaned it, only changed (maybe also only refolded) the towels every day. If you look into the little hole on top of the sink you saw a lot of black marks. The curtains in the room are not thick, so you will wake up with the early sun. The breakfast was not bad, but refilling didn't work very well, also the plates were gone very fast and you had to wait for a while until new one came. The breakfast room was also more like in a hostel. Free Wi-Fi is only available in the Lobby else you need to pay to have it in the room. Overall the hotel is something between a Youth Hostel / Sport Center / Wellness Hotel / Conference Hotel. Location is not bad, easy to catch bus stop close by. A few minutes walk away is also an underground station.

The hotel has left a very good impression. Close to Metro, bus stop nearby. The number of claims is not and is, given that at the railroad. Trains is not heard, but the youth night periodically ploughshares. Breakfasts excellent, with almost no staff.

Room overlooking the railway. A lap pool. Staff rude but this is expensive and were ottrahay. The room is normal. There is a restaurant and Parking. Metro station is not very far.

If you are looking for a cheap nights stay, this ist it. The Rooms are clean and you get what you pay for. Keep away from the Restaurant if possible. The juice at the breakfast buffet is watered down beyond keeping color.
You will pay extra from Wi-Fi to using the Pool.

This hotel is realy cool it has pretty much everything I want except the Free Wi-Fi in everyfloor! If it had that everything would be perfect.

I stayed here on a one week school trip. Unlike many TripAdvisor reviews my is quite positive. I was satisfied with the structure and service offered. The food was okay. The property also includes a swimming pool (well maintained), Whirlpool and much more. Wi-Fi is also available. The only flaw maybe the place where this is located, a little in the suburbs. Recommend getting around by taxi or bus. There is also a shopping centre nearby.

These premises have a very good scam system working there and hotel management care less about it as they are part of the scam. I visited this hotel in December and stayed there for two days. Upon arrival I paid the dining bill with my credit card, after few days I have noticed extra charge on my credit card. After three week conversation over the email with sales rep they accused me of emptying mini bar and leaving the hotel not paying for it. But the truth is that mini bar was never touched and checked by me personally upon departure and locking the room. If you have open credit card make sure you get your bill finalized upon departure — otherwise they will play this scam game on you.
