We had a reservation for the first weekend in October. The reteptionist wrote to me that their hotel will be reconstrucet and we have alternative accommodation in another hotel. It was two weeks before our arrival! When I called to "another hotel", they said that alternative hotel have no treaty with hotel Esprit and that they have no free places. In hotel Esprit, they didn´t respond to emails or calls, so we had to find other accommodation. We did not get an apology or compensation. I don´t recommend hotel Esprit to someone.

The language skills of the staff was not very good, but you could agree more or less in English, at least in 2 out of 3 employees. It was problematic with the parking lots, which were described on the website. This was just not there. We were told they were under renovation (stand 6 5 2014). If you prefer soft mattresses should consider again whether he want to sleep here, at least in the room inhabited by us the mattresses were very hard. Contrary to other reports, the breakfast for the price-performance ratio was fully in order. On the arrival night we had problems to find our room because the light was broken during our stay in the whole hallway unfortunately short. The location of the hotel is very convenient, it is within a few minutes walk to Metro and also fast tram.

Talalhato egy nagy pláza mellette ahol van Interspar es egy jo kis pizzazo is (Culinary Aroma). Teljesen korrekt kis hely, ha arra kell, hogy este meghuzd magad egy egesz napos tura után.

Very very good! Nice servise, good breakfast! Especially cleanliness! Bedding smelled purity! Everything was fine. I can only recommend to others. :) )

Let's start with the positive aspects: the hotel is very conveniently located both a Metro and a tram station. And for all female travelers: A huge shopping center is right next door! Unfortunately it was already.
The reception is underground. They described a lie — unfortunately not the only multilingual features on the site. Anyone here after looking for a gym and varied food, which should remain rather continue to ESPRIT on the Internet page of the hotel.
The rooms are of a sufficient size, old-fashioned décor, but unfortunately not very clean. The hit was the small TV with 40 cm screen diagonal and exactly 1 German TV station. But also a total of satellite channels not on more than 7 channels brought it. The carpet is versüfft, a huge power cord runs through the entire corridor from the fuse box and who is really brave enough to ask for access to the premises, hidden in the cellar, fitness and billiards which caught an overtaxed man – 15 min looking for the key.
To the restaurant, I can deliver no rating since we have taken this thankfully unused.

Bathroom is not really clean. Breakfast is very bad.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel of SnowTrex Esprit. Except for the distance to the slopes, which is no problem with car that was all very well. The staff was very friendly despite the scant knowledge of English. The food was very tasty and also sufficiently varied with 3 menus per night. The rooms were sparse, but sufficiently furnished for a winter holiday. Everything was clean. All in all it was a very nice vacation and I can only recommend it.

Very positive memories from this hotel! Fully complies with its 3 *. Very attentive staff and fine cuisine in the restaurant! And Metro nearby, and trams, and grocery stores, which is good!
The rooms have everything you need. Cleaning done every day and always was clean and cozy.
Next time I will go to Prague, only in this hotel.
