The hotel itself is not bad but the receptionist is a ham. And the hostess of the hotel did not even respond to our feedback regarding this receptionist. We arrived a few hours earlier, so even to listen did not, exposed the threshold. When asked to call the hostess of the hotel, he did not even call. We understood that there is a family in a row and it negatively affects their business. Personally, we are not a foot in this hotel, because the attitude to customers is the most important thing in this business area.

Good, clean and comfortable place to stay. Food was average. The subway is 10 minutes and shopping mall is 5 mins walking distance. Staff are ok.

Decent hotel for the price, however we were on the 5th floor and the shower'so water pressure was non existant, worse than the faucet. Apart from that, nice stay in Arlington Hotel.

The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately no German TV and the breakfast offer is a bit poor, however there are about 3-400 meters away from the hotel directly at the subway station a small baker with great breakfast offer for small money. Unfortunately, the bakery is open on Saturdays only until 11 a. M. And closed on Sundays. Just a short time to the hotel, the front desk staff and housekeeping are simply great. Our room was cleaned daily super.

Modern furniture in room, however the bathroom could be in better condition and cleaner (dust and hair on the floor). The doors are old and the doorsteps are loose. Breakfast was very simple, there were no fruits, only one type of vegetable, one type of coffe, only white bread, but there were eggs and sausages. The location is good — close to O2 Arena and metro station.
