The hotel is adequate, but there are a few unusual things: irons and steamers are paid. Not on the floor, but only on the reception and strongly in advance. The rooms are decent, but not new. The hotel was booked in advance, we were about forty people but they were not ready to see us. Rooms are great, clean, and comfy. It's quiet and perfect for rest. Free breakfast as well. Only complaint is the Wi-Fi is not free in your room. Only in the lobby. Its not that expensive but still, you'd expect more from a 3 star hotel.

Near metro and supermarket, in a quiet and safe part of town, but only two stops away from City center. There are two parks and a few interesting gardens and plazas nearby. You can enjoy a nice stroll any time of day or night. Nice breakfast buffet, comfortable beds. Their soap and shampoo are harsh. You can buy good quality shampoo at the supermarket next door very inexpensively.

The inability to turn off the air conditioning or whatever the system that is used resulted in me waking up several times during the nights feeling dehydrated. Not excellent when suffering from jetlag. Breakfasts were fine. Liked the pancakes but would have been good to have syrup for them rather than just chocolate spread. Though that might just be me being culturally ignorant. Internet was on point. Shame I had to pay for access in the room but it lasted for my entire stay so that was aces.

A large hotel in a couple of metro stops from the center of Prague (Invalidna station). The hotel has small rooms but everything is clean and the bed is fresh. Even cleaned up, although we stayed for 2 days.
For breakfast you can not count, it is here well very modest — even without elementary.
The hotel is always very busy with tourists as the room price is not high.

Stayed at this hotel from 5 to 8 May. Photos correspond to reality. The Breakfast is delicious. Bed is clean, bed is comfortable. I would Recommend this hotel to my friends.

Hello to all of you who read, if you have in mind to stay overnight even for only one night in this hotel (if you can define) know that your life will change radically… For worse! Let's start: the rooms (always if you can define) are double used for quadruple. The bathroom quite decent but tiny but lacking in bidet, the towels were few. The beds… Please fly over, they were not beds, but simply pillows joined on a rigid surface… Bha.
But the worst part is the staff, absolutely unprepared to welcome young men and boys, there is this Ivan who terred the girls.

Pretty fair for the price, renovated not to fancy but usable, the food is good. Not really state of the art interior design but good.

Terrible hotel with terrible employes, and there is no wi fi on every floor, only in the lobby. They have 5 floors and 2 elevator, but when I was there (5 days ago) the second elevator wasnt working, and in one moment none elevator wasnt working, so I have to walk to the 5th floor. I am talking about Congres Olympic hotel with 4 stars, that doesnt deserve one.

Hotel suitable for schoolchildren, in fact in the period of March is very often overcrowded. The rooms though small were suited to our needs. The real problem were the meals. The dining room, which was served buffet, was too small compared to the hotel's capacity and we often happened to have to wait with the dishes in hand for a long time.

Structure located in Prague 8 where there is virtually nothing except a pub, a market and the Metro to go to Prague 1, 2. There are only three elevators for 20 floors and of course they get stuck. The staff is grumpy at times almost hysterical. Poor food and sometimes inedible. The rooms are already broken and they are not cleaned, in 4 days the towels have changed them only once with other dirty towels. This hotel sucks. The 3 stars are a scam as the hotel itself. Courtesy non existent by the staff, they will pick up the dishes while you eat the food pity not to mention the filth present in all the corners of the hotel which caused rashes to the skin to the whole class. I was at the hotel Olympik on a school trip. The rooms are small, the food is of mediobassa quality, but the location is good (a few steps from Metro B) and the décor is nice. For a school trip, it's more than good.

So the toilet in the room is similar to a closet that you can't finish. 4 stars? I didn't even feel 2.

For Czech conditions very clean, good hotel with a touch of luxury from the 70 years… with extensive breakfast buffet — but not in German conditions a 4 star Hotel. One is in about 8 min with the U-bahn in the centre, Aldi shop on the doorstep, the entire district, however, partly very outdated and somewhat neglected.
The rooms are impeccable, impeccable, albeit not the latest craze. RS gives Refrigerators/mini bar… the bathrooms are quite small but tip top cleaned, 2 elevators that are very fast there… Staff very polite… Not always the English language powerful… I would stay there again, but if you expect luxury, you should choose a different location…

Uncomfortable beds, no Wi-Fi connection, rude staff and miserable, bathroom's door could not lock, too small livingroom for a hotel with 18 floors, there wasn't enough food and was awfull, the cleaners only change the bathroom towels, the rooms were like a hole I had the worst experience I don't recommend you this hotel ❌❌

The hotel sucks. I highly recommend not to stay/eat in this dump.
They only house schools for the low price. But it's definitely not worth it. The hygiene is non-existent and the attendants just pretend to fold the blankets on the bed. The bathroom is not clean at all and the towels are changed only if you throw them on the ground.
 The quadruples are rigorously formed by two "normal" beds and two wooden cots consisting of two nets harsh worse than the prisons. (photo below). The bathroom door looks like a cabinet and in ours it didn't even close completely. Very nice 3 star hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast buffet is also not to be despised. It's a pity that you can only dine in the evening. Rooms were clean. Bathroom had hairs near toilet. Food was disgusting. Not Free Wifi in 2018? Good to sleep but not to stay if u are on holiday.

Terrible hotel. Have to pay for Wi-Fi in the rooms, €3 for 24 hours for one device! Food for dinner was undercooked and barely tasted edible, and the printer in the printer room was broken! Only good thing about it is the pillows!

Nice hotel. Consists of two hotels. Three stars and four stars. Very cozy conference hall. A little stuffy, the door can only be opened in the next hall. Pros: great view from the 17th floor (on both sides of the building), breakfast was okay (scrambled eggs, fruits, homemade cakes, muesli, coffee machine), subway, tram, supermarket and a cafe just a few steps away. Rooms are small and dirty, the beds are actually couches which are super uncomfortable, and the bathroom door is not even a door? Food is kinda okay, but mostly it's bad. Plus, the Wi-Fi isn't free as they say, its 3€ per DAY. I'm really disappointed.

4 Stars, in Germany for the rooms Not even 1 Star. Cheap and small rooms, but it's okay, if you just want to sleep there. Breakfast was okay, the workers also.

The hotel felt old. Aircondition sounded like a thunderstorm. Shower cabin was broken. We were also disappointed that we didn't get one double bed. We got 2 separate beds. When we asked to get what we paid for, they tried to convince us that the hotel didn't have any doublebeds. The breakfast was simple and plain, not as in a 4 star hotel. They couldn't make an omelette, neither a cappuccino. What we liked was the location — very easy to get into the center of the town.

This place has more than one building, and I'm talking about the Congress one (maybe it's also called Tristar). The internet is NOT free as they claim (unless in the lobby), and even after I bought it it did not have good connection in my room. The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are even smaller (photo attached). A friend who stayed here as well said her bathroom latch fell out when she was taking a shower. To sum up, not a good hotel. Maybe if you're on a budget it might suit your needs, but it definitely didn't satisfy mine. It does have money exchange, which is good, but the overall experience was not satisfactory.

As hotel to organize a school trip is acceptable. From the reviews I expected worse. The food is at the level of a public canteen but edible. The entrance is guarded at night. The rooms are not bad too bad in those two students were placed 4 beds.

I was in there for 6 days. Quality of breakfast was not good. Internet was not included and you have to pay and it was expensive. Budget hotel, awesome conditions! Attention! I'm referring to the 3rd building, the newest building of the hotel. The two older buildings are from the communist period, I don't think the conditions there are 5 stars. When I've booked the hotel I didn't know about the different buildings, I was just lucky to "land' in the newest building, and everything was just perfect. :) Still, there was only a slight problem, many people of the staff do not speak English! : (, they only speak Czech and some also speak Russian, but that was not helpful for me. However, with gestures you'll come to understand eventually.

The hotel is classy, the staff is very responsive and nice. At the Hotel some of the staff speak excellent Russian, it's a big plus. About the food, Breakfast is also very tasty, especially the omelettes made right there before your eyes, get hot, of course it's you not 5 stars, but 4 stars it pulls. Once the position of the hotel is very convenient, there are metro and tram stop is called Invalidovna number of trams 3-8 to the centre, the length to the centre in about 7-10 minutes. Terrible Wi-Fi that breaks down every night. The going rate for Wi-Fi is 5 euro/24 hours. The breakfast is not good and the dinner buffet is very expensive compared with the quality. Fortunately there are good and cheap places to eat nearby.

Fifth trip. All crammed inside the rooms like a herd of Buffalo. Cheap toilet paper. Food almost completely inedible (es. Chicken that tastes even burnt hair. Non-existent Wi-Fi in the rooms. Comfortable beds, at least.

The rooms are very noisy 'cause nearby traffic. Hardly could sleep. No free Wi-Fi. No ventilation in room, just windows faced to the road. As pros: large parking.

The room was fine, the Breakfast — well, to me, something was missing fresh fruit. But the metro is close by, from where you can have the city at your own pace and this is me at a city-journey is more important than a Super Hotel! But it lacks clearly on German brochures, Tourentips etc. Etc. Germans make up the largest part of the tourists, but it has the Hotel at least not yet set. A reasonable view would have given us a lot easier.

Rooms were quite clean, only the sliding door in the bathroom a little bothered. TV stations were there only a German (RTL). Coffee had a stitch in the greenish and tasted not at all. The air conditioning in the room is a thing in itself.
If you would like to see the city on eigerne own the U is not far away station train and tram, in the hotel there is a plan about the whole U Bahn and tram lines. When one deals with the plan about 10-15 min it knows pretty well.

Everything is not working.

The staff is not interessed in their guests. Only one spoked english. I was robbed on the tram, but they did not care and they were unwilling to lend me a computer to contact my bank. I lived on the 18th floor and the view was nice but the rest was unpleasent.

Just to let you all know that this hotel is not save at all. It mean firesave My mother died in this hotel on 26may1995. There were no firestairs etc. The hotel was in fault. They caused the fire and my mother was a victime. We received nothing from this hotel. not even a apologie. No nothing. But she is dead and we are left behind This is the worst hotel ever. Pls do go there. Choose another hotel.
