The hotel was nice enough but the rooms Are no were as big as they look on the pictures… dint think much too the breakfast an staff were unfriendly towards us. In honest opinion would I stay here again for the price I would say NO… one tea bag too share between 2 of us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It features a café and a gym. The rooms are very comfortable, air-conditioned, some have a terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfasts are very complete and everything is very good, you can ask the waiters special things within the menu. Located in a very quiet area of the city and close to the metro that brings you to the center in a few minutes. Next door is vysehrad Fort, located on behalf of the hotel, which is beautifully preserved. A nice detail, rainy days lend you an umbrella that saves your visit to Prague. I would definitely recommend it.

Very friendly staff, receptionists, cleaners, manager. Minor issues with water pressure in top floor executive delux apartments in peak hours (mornings & evenings) — being handled by the staff to be resolved. Location could not be better, 3 mins from metro, right next to the walls of Vysehrad. Quiet at night (restaurant/cafe downstairs does not sell large, cheap beers unlike in most touristic spots in Prague, and closes early, which is a great advantage — peaceful silence and very clean, well maintained surroundings). Underground car park is perfect, and Thai massage on-site (to be tested soon; a separate review will be posted).

This is 2-in-1 experience with a price for one: all hotel-like benefits like reception, cleaning, cafe, sauna and a privacy of an apartment including a fully functional kitchen, corner apartment, small number of neighbours, elevator into a garage. No items are too worn out, everithing is functional and convenient. Top 1 accommodation experience for me, so I highly recommend to stay. I don't mean this to be luxury nor royal nor VIP, that was definitely the best balance between price and quality. The only cons I could think of is that apartment could be more noise proof, but I could not expect any better from 4 star hotel. Many thanks to the management for feeling like at home!

Quiet, pleasant, spacious alternative to hotels. Friendly staff. A little pricier but well worth it. Great location, within walking distance of metro and trams, Prague conference center and Vysehrad castle. I would stay there again.

Great medium to long stay hotel. Lots of space, sunny rooms, balconies and a convenient cafe. Very close to the conference center and short walks to the subway and tram lines. My only complaint was the lack of a full shade in the bedroom as it got bright as soon as the sun came up. External shutters or a black out curtains would be helpful.

Advantages:
It was a great time we spent in Prague with my husband. The check-in process was fast, clear and it was really nice and cheerful. Thanks to the hotel staff that I had a great opportunity to practice in Czech. The internet connection was fine. Also, hotel booked for us yoga-mats for free, so we didn't miss any of our lessons. There was a clean bathroom with hot water. Air-conditioner worked fine. The food in restaurant "Fine cafe" was good enough.
Disadvantages:
Usability of the room was poor. It was strange that most power sockets were hidden with sofa and tables. So we had to move the sofa to get access to power sockets (Hotel bought an extension cord for us, but anyway we moved sofa). The pillows were too large. And breakfasts were the same during our stay and didn't meet our expectations. It looked better on photos than in the restaurant. Also, it was really strange, that if you want some tea at 9 PM or later (but somehow housekeeper couldn't reach your room) they will not bring tea packages cause restaurant is closed. I don't think it's hard to keep tea packages in some room. But it was included in the price.

Very well located 10 minutes from the center of Prague. Very quiet place. Very nice staff. The apartments very clean and we enjoyed the terrace.

Very good place to start your adventure with Prague — see Vysehrad at the beginning and continue straight to the old town, where falling in love with the city is a matter of time.

Modern accomodation in a peaceful part of Prague, 2 metro stops from the centre. Tai massage is available, I have already met better massaurs, but okay. I definately suggest this residence.

I was visiting Prague for a conference held at the convention centre. This is an excellent location for your visit if that is why you are in Prague as it is only 250m away. The Metro is just a further 100m and the fastest and most efficient way to get almost anywhere in Prague city. But that is not the reason you would chose this hotel: The service is impeccable. Pavel on the front desk is wonderful and cannot do enough to help. The rooms are light and modern and spacious and the Fine Cafe downstairs does a great breakfast at 330 Kr. Wifi is reliable. Water is hot and the beds are comfortable, as long as you are ok with the usual European style of firm bed. This hotel is a must for value, comfort, location and friendly service. They will even find you a Prague taxi driver who will not rip you off, and that is a tough call. Thank you guys. Hope to return.

Superb 4-star hotel room class apartment staff very professional. Workout room and sauna parking indoor monitored. Near a place full of history. I love Prague, I hope to return for the treasures these streets beautiful. Go there with your eyes close near to the metro c, which in descending the frames hotel well served. Thank you to this hotel this perfect. Super week.

A great place in a peaceful location and offers excellent facilities. Some of the waiters are a bit rude, however, that can be improved. The mattresses are rather soft but that is perhaps a trend in most European hotels.

Lovely area, professional staff and quiet rooms. Stayed 4 nights and was really happy. The restaurant was okay as well.

It's a great hotel with fantastic service near Vysehrad. We came here for the second time now and it's almost our second home. Would recommend!

Business suite acceptable, bathroom gets very hot and steamy as no outside window, stove top is useful but you can't use to big pots at once, grocery just down the street.

“Overall Excellent Stay” The service was top notch, even before we arrived! The front desk team was super helpful with surface transportation arrangements. The entire establishment was spotless — museum quality clean. We stayed 4 nights in an executive two bedroom suite and we couldn't have wanted anything more. Our suite was on a corner, so the kitchen and balcony side had views of both the Vyserhad and the City to the north, and the bedrooms facing the neighborhood to the west. Just beautiful. (Photos attached) Breakfast is an add-on here, but I would highly recommend it. It's hearty euro fare, with croissants, breads, cheeses and meats together with a variety selection of some tomatoes, peppers, bacon, porridge, yogurts, etc. The team will make eggs for you, and the orange juice is freshly squeezed. Super high quality. The Metro Line C is just a couple minutes walk and it's only two stops to the Museum. It is definitely worth it to stay OUT of the city center. The washing machine was a breeze and quite welcome in the middle of our trip. Since I knew it was there in the room, we packed quite light, which makes travelling much easier. As soon as we can make another trip to Prague, I am looking forward to staying at this delightful accommodation with it's terrific and hospitable staff.

Our business here from November 6 to 8th in the living room for three days. Here the atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff were very friendly, has a comfortable family atmosphere, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, is ideal for business trips and leisure, close to Metro station.

Rezidence Vyšehrad is a place to stay! Perfect location, great accessibility from the airport, easy access to the beautifull Prague City center. The team is frendly and professional, almost as "no" is not in their vocabulary. The rooms are just perfect — very comfortable beds and views from higher floors are just stunning! Will definitely stay again when in Prague next! Keep up the great job guys!

A beautiful, modernly furnished apartment-hotel in the eponymous city of Vysehrad. It has a hallway with cloakroom, spacious bathroom as well as a Kombieraum of kitchenette, living / sleeping area. The bed is comfortable, there is a sofa and a TV device. The kitchenette is functional. Some Windows are equipped with shutters, the rest with curtains. A balcony with table and chairs is there also. The car can, stand for €10 a night, in the underground car park. Parking space on the street Is limited. The Metro station is 5 minutes away. The tram station also. In the neighborhood is the old Hofburg Palace for a nice walk with views of the city. Nice café / bistro belongs to the hotel, there is also good breakfast or evening snacks. Wi-Fi, a gym is there also. The staff at the reception and in the Cafe is very nice and helpful. This accommodation is very suitable for a Prague stay, because it is very quiet and the sights can be reached with the Metro or tram. Recommended!

We really enjoyed the place: the personnel was always courteous, friendly, and helpful. The suite itself had a great view and was perfect for a quiet and restful sleep. We wish we were there in the summer to enjoy the balcony. The location was fantastic: about 15 minutes walk to the river and another 15 minutes to the old city. The style of the hotel inside and outside is modernist but also very stylish, in good taste and very well-maintained.

The Residence is a nice apartment in a very quiet part of Prague. The room is spatious and cleanwith a nice bathroom. Besides it has a big balcony. However the view is not from all rooms very nice because of the trees around. At the other hand the residence is situated on a quite high spot. The room contains most for what you need for cooking (I only used the kitchen to prepair my breakfast). Enough electricity points and above all free Wi-Fi (which works quite well). When you come by car the Residence has a nice parking place right under the buiding, reachable both by escalator as by stairway. You can pay by any card. Nearby is the metrostation Vyšehrad, just a few minutes by foot. The Vyšehrad itself is a very nice part of Prague, one of the oldest areas of Prague and from which have a splendid view on the river Vltava and the castle Hradčany. The shops are however not nearby, but downtown there are some. The neighbourhood of the residence is quite and seems not dangerous even late night.

I had the best experience ever this nice and cozy hotel. It was five minutes walk to the conference venue and metro station which was perfect. Two metro stops to down town. The view and terrace was really good. Staff was helpful and friendly especially Jana. Cleanness was perfect, but the internet was very weak but they improved. There are two supermarkets in the area around too. I recommend this hotel very much.

Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and only 5 minutes walk to the Metro. I stay here every couple of months, they treat me incredibly well. This is one of my favorite hotels in Europe.

Really nice and quiet apartments. Located next to Vysehrad and other beauties of Prague. I prefered to walk through the fortress and down along the riverfront to get to the centre — what a great atmosphere on summers afternoons and evenings.
