It's a great hotel! Modern design, Russian speaking staff, parking, clean and cozy rooms. There is one BUT, just behind the hotel cemetery, but personally it did not bother me, for Europe it is normal, a cemetery in the city!

It is a very cosy hotel, clean and well located.
The staff is very friendly and attentive.
All the facilities are very clean and cozy.
The food is very varied and rich.
There is a subway stop next to the red Line.

The staff working at the hotel is very rude & not cooperative at all. We were a group of 21 ladies from different parts of India travelling with Vibrant Holidays, Bombay. Many thefts happened, someone’s power bank, mobile charger & some semi precious jewellery was gone, one young girl lost her pretty dress, someone else’s lock of the bag was tampered & so she could not open her bag. The rooms were not cleaned properly. After we placed complaint the Manager in charge of the cleaning staff was very arrogant & not ready to accept that their staff can do anything like this. So overall our experience was very unpleasant.

Good and bad. Trainee staff at the reception was very helpful. Cramped hardly space to move around the room. Hospitality staff slack. Friends lost things from hotel rooms. No support. Overall experience not very good.

Hotel is close to our headquarter so its the favorite pick for us as well as our customers. Rooms are higher standard and some even have a rainforest shower. You will find a conference area as well as a small gym on 1st floor and a very tasty breakfast with fresh fruits and a variety of ham and eggish dishes that make a businessman strong and happy. Staff is friendly and explains the opportunity to use public transport to quickly reach Prague downtown. Only small negative point is the limited parking lot. Keep the fingers crossed that your car is still there in the morning when you are forced to park roadside.

Hotel recently restored, services according to its category, but quite displaced from the tourist center, being necessary to take Metro. Station BUDEJOVICKA, Direction Letňany stop MŮSTEK for the city centre, stop MUZEUM is the metro line interchange, there is the possibility of catching the bus 118 and linking with tram 17.

I stayed here on a work trip and extended my stay for a personal trip. The hotel is only 5 metro stops from the city and a couple minutes by car. The rooms were modern and clean. Only down side was the rooms were quite hot during my stay and the a/c hadn't been enabled yet (controlled centrally). The king bed in my two rooms were two beds put together and not a normal king. Had lunch at the hotel my first day and thought the food was only so-so, but the breakfast was great and a good value. The staff was very helpful.

Renovated and spacious rooms. Comfortable and large bed. Friendly staff. Varied and plentiful breakfast of good quality, also dinner. Far from the center, but well connected, Metro to 5 min. Welcome detail.

They organized our transfers to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful… excellent Wi-Fi, both speed and signal strength. Great breakfast On the ground floor The B Lounge is ideal for a quick drink or dinner. Three metro stops from the centre and several bus combinations… repeat!

The rooms were in a very good condition however it was a bit warm, especially at night. However, this can be compensated for by the air conditioning. The service was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is very advantageous with a good connection to the public transport.

Good location, 5 min walk from metro. Fine dine-in places near by. Helpful and kind reception. Would recommend to get Breakfast included (one of the best breakfast options). They would even give packets for breakfast if you are not able to have it at the dedicated time. Shuttle service is available although taxi will also be almost similar amount, may be a little cheaper. The only reason I gave 4 Star is because I think the housekeeping could do a better job. Over-all I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On Sunday morning at 7 o'clock noise and knocked at the door. The room was very clean. Bed old and not even propalisosili. The coffee and sugar stickers were not delivered. There's no package in the trash. And most importantly, parking is not indicated that paid and paid 1000 CZK for two nights. Horror!

There was No toothpaste. I asked for it at reception. I asked for it by phone and at 50 minutes (I had returned to reception to ask) they had already taken her to the room. The girl apologized. The next day they opened the door of my room without warning. Not very pleased with the truth. I was hoping it would have been better the experience.

Good location It is not in the center but it is very well connected and you get to the center very easily. In the hotel they speak Spanish, which we appreciated when planning the outings. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is super full and the rooms spacious and very clean. I will definitely repeat.

Although it is not right in the center it makes up for how well we were. The breakfast was great. With good coffee Q is appreciated… super Comfy Beds! And the center is close. Very well connected. At reception they spoke Spanish and helped us with the visits. Currency. Etc. Go! Super Recommended!

Occidental Praha is my favourite hotel when I travel to Prague for business or pleasure with my family. It's after a complete. Renovation. The rooms are very cosy, bright and clean. Wi-Fi access is free of charge. The Fruehstueckrestaurant is also new and offers a wide range of cold or hot foods. The hotel staff are nice and very helpful. There is also always a free parking lot behind the Hotelbegaeude and is not expensive.

Great weekend with the family. A Lujazo the service, the food and the attention in general. To repeat.

Definitely reached my expectations. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast, it takes just a few minutes to get into the historical centre of Prg. The hotel is calm, nothing was interrupting me.

The hotel is very good. Spacious rooms. Very clean. It is secluded from the centre, but in 5 minutes you will find the Metro stop, which is 4 stops from the centre. Great service, they speak Spanish, spectacular breakfast, like all the Barceló, and you have a couple of very good nearby restaurants. The people at the front desk help you in everything, they recommend restaurants and even you book them. 'll. A pleasure to enjoy Prague and more in a great hotel.

The rooms were clean & the breakfast was nice. Overall the staff is not very helpful if you need assistance, they also gave me a lower room than I have paid and did not tell me that. Until I figured that the room is less than what I paid.

Sconsigliatissima Half board. They do the buffet only if there are so many people… otherwise you need what they want… that is nothing. The rooms are new and clean. Sconsigliatissimo also for smokers.

During my stay in hotel, I have used the ATM exchange machine in the lobby, and the machine did not return the exchange. The worst experience was, non of hotel staff did not care about my problem, and no one did not answer even my follow up mails regarding this issue. I am very disappointed by the hotel staff after 2 weeks. And due to this issue I do not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

Toilet and bathroom in the room are like changing rooms or cabins. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The toilet and the shower in the middle of the room but with a totally weak separation (laminate-or glass walls) are very getting used to. Also the deposit for which you have to deposit either credit card number or cash (EC-Maestro card is not accepted). Without proof! I can't do that.
Otherwise super maintained and beautiful. Very friendly staff.

Hotel with great facilities, friendliness and good service. Far from the center but well connected although the location area is very populated, with shopping centers and good atmosphere.

Very small rooms, the windows can only be opened in a dejected way, and they have a translucent film at half a window that does not let you see the outside. Very far from the center. The nearest metro is a 10-minute walk through a depopulated area. The restaurant is spacious and with a variety of possibilities in its firm. When you leave the excursions almost all at once, sometimes there are problems to find a place to have breakfast, although it is resolved right away. Hotel de Paso, but the Barceló chain, has better.

Modern, elegant and spacious rooms. Very good service and buffet. We appreciate the quality of Barceló and like the winks to our country, such as finding the Spanish chains programmed in the first channels or the names of the halls, such as "Canarias" or "Baleares". And the views. I totally recommend it.

Very clean room with a large bathroom! The very strong "ambient room perfume" gave me a headache. Check-out is at 12:00 but you WILL wake up at 8:50 because of the solid 30 minutes of knocking on doors from housekeeping that sounds like it happens inside your room because soundproofing is so bad. Hope you have quiet neighbors!

Comfortable hotel and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel. Conveniently located, in spacious neighborhood near downtown. Sufficient free parking close to hotel. Rooms are nice and functional. Modern air-conditioning. Makes your Prague visit fruitful.

Quite far out of the centre but easy access to metro. Unfortunately out of service this weekend. So far fantastic staff letting us check in early. Fantastic room!

Worst experience ever! Problems at check in (they said they did not have rooms and we have a pre-paid business trip voucher; wanted to move to another hotel; I refused, they found a room which did not look like an upgrade at all and the guy at reception was even playing sarcastic as if it was my problem), problems at check out (systems did not work), problems with breakfast (no places, sent me upstairs, from there they tried to send me downstairs but that was already too much for me to handle), and I could hear alarm clocks in the morning all around me… These people have no understanding of hospitality.

Rooms are like saunas, with completely non existent AC. No hot water. Worst breakfast I've had in Europe. Never again. Absolute scam this has '4 star' rating.

Very clean, cozy rooms, shower looked like a sauna, less bad free. Good food, a bit far from the center. The only flaw is that it was close to a graveyard.

Modern spacious modern. Clean and quiet rooms I was on the 7th floor.

To go to the old town you need the use of public transport. At the reception they don't speak Italian.

New Hotel in the rooms is nice view from the rooms although a bit far from the center.

I am not please with hotel Barcelo Prague because I had dinner in hotel restaurant and I am not even allow to charge my drinks to room. I don't understand why when I have 2 nights stay in the hotel. I really think the hotel management should make customer life more relax and easier by allowing us to just charge the drink to room. I thought this is how it works in all hotel especially when we have difficulty in currency exchange. I'm quite shocked and disappointed.

Room is very clean, but layout is a bit limited, barely have enough space to put our luggage. Toilet is open to the room, so not too good to travel with someone you are not intimate with. Didn't try the restaurant so can't comment on the staff or quality. Couple of buses that are close to the hotel, or a 5, 10 minutes walk from the closest metro station, so transportation is quite convenient. Staff is not the most helpful, requested a taxi a night before, and that did not happen. But they did get one immediately when we ask again. Mostly quite pleasant. Good for short stay.

Very good hotel! I was here for business trip, perfect parking space and good price, great access to highway, very easy to get to the city center by subway. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and good prices. Thanks to the team!

Very good hotel. Newly renovated, very practical and very clean. The attention very good and the breakfast very good also. With the subway these in 12 minutes in the center of the city. I recommend it 100%.

The hotel is nice and modern. But Spanish quality 1. Beds travel as u sleep. 2. Staff is not well trained in professional attitude 3. You can't use a washroom without your companion hearing EVERY little beep. 4. Most TV channels are from Spain.

I was pretty disappointed. Correct on the receipt, but not especially friendly and accommodating. The dinner which is at 1. The evening included was had in the Lounge to be taken. It was still barely edible. The drink prices for Prague conditions is already almost extremely expensive. The buffet Breakfast is sufficiently rich and qualitatis in order. You bread low. The rooms although Business was for a 4 star Hotel eundeutig too small. Woe if bad weather is not even a 2. Chair gave it. The mattresses are very thick and not comfortable. Extremely warm in the room, heating was not issue. When showering you will set the whole bathroom under water. The cleanliness overall is in order. Well-being is different.

Ok so globally I had a nice experience in the Barcelo hotel, thing is, I don't know shit about hotels so it's quite possible that my experience isn't large enough to make a good comparison to other experiences. Anyway, the service was good, everything flawlessly clean, very nice rooms, comfortable, perfect Wi-Fi coverage everywhere if you like using your phone a bit, receptionists and waiters very friendly and nice, EXCEPT! one fat motherfucker dressed in a suit at the restaurant. Sorry but I will have to mention this, because I really didn't get the respect that I think I deserved as a customer and found this quite unpleasant, because this fat pig has got only one job which is to be nice to customers get them to their tables and be kind and friendly to them, please make an effort. Concerning the food, breakfast ain't bad but it is very repetitive so it might be a little bit disappointing if you stay there for several days, same for other meals, this could be made a little better. Well me and my friend did enjoy coming there once in a while because we are 2m tall and there is no limit when we start eating so the buffet was quite nice for us. One last thing, please when you are booking a room at the Barcelo hotel, just check in which one you are, because there is the Barcelo hotel, the Barcelo old town hotel, and the Barcelo five.

Never reflected typical of the Czech Republic…

For the price tho hotel is tragical. Underground carpark closed — few places outside for 350 Krowns per day. The lift capacity limited — 15 minutes to get to the breakfast. Prices dramaticaly high (hotel, restaurant). No czech speaking receptionist! Additional services poor.

Really disappointing hotel. Old inventar. Shower floods the whole bath room, minibar was empty and the Restaurant is average. We booked a business room but got only Standard room. I asked 3 times for a tee and coffee maker. But I never get one. And the breakfast was poor too, no choice of beverages no quality. So you should book another hotel. I will.

Old and run down, not close to anything, shower flooded every time we took a shower. Wouldn't recommend.

I am regular business traveler and I have been many hotels all over the world. Usually, business hotels are almost the same. It was really bad experience to stay in Barcelo Prague. 1. Entering the hotel there was bad smell in the looby area. 2. The cheking in was very slow (no other guest at reception). 3. The room was equiped with old furniture. 4. It was extreamely durty — for example there were soap remnants from previous guest on the bathtube, they were not been removed during my stay and they staied for next guests pleasure. Despite the hotel is not expensive I will never ever stay there again. Strongly not recommend.

Great hotel with nice interior and view. We booked the junior suite. Sad though that the dinner buffet just wasn't great. The metro was a 5 min walk, get out at the station "muzea". Than you will be in the front of the centrum.

Wonderful, the staff is just super friendly, the rooms are spacious and the Internet connection is perfect. It has a 3 min. Metro station.

Big room, Nice. But cleaning is alot, and breakfast is not liked. Pale like that.
