Location is great. Not very far from the city center and easy to get there by tram. Close to Albert supermarket. Very good breakfast.

Nice clean hotel, room big and breakfast great. Staff are very nice 2 minuets walk to the tram stop. 10 minuets walk to Flora metro station. My husband got the surprise birthday presents from hotel 。

The hotel is located in gas access to the old town. Nearby you can always find a place to park your car. Breakfasts without frills, but you can't go hungry. The room is cleaned every day. The staff are polite and helpful.

This hotel is located about 15 minutes from central Prague by tram (4 stops). If you have a car it’s pretty easy and cheap to find a parking spot within 2 minutes walking distance. There’s an Italian restaurant about 5 minutes walking from the hotel (Nominanza Pizzeria) and that’s one of the best restaurants we visited on our 5 day stay in Prague. There’s lot of restaurants in central Prague and it’s pretty easy to get there from the hotel. Just have some coins (24 czech krona for a 30 minute ticket as of August 14, 2018) available for the tram ticket and then it’s just to grab the 5 or 9 tram to get there. Breakfast was really good and had a bit of everything. Only downside was it wasn’t really a good neighborhood between the hotel and central Prague at night so walking was not really an option.

Really nice hotel, about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Prague. Everything you need for food and drink is within a 5 minute walk, and public transport is close by. Rooms were comfy, and a good price, and the hotel staff were kind and friendly, as well as helpful to newcomers to the city.

The rooms are big and clean. The staff is very friendly. I stayed once at room 105 and the internet was not working and without any discussions they changed my room. It's around 35 minutes of walking from the city centre.

Old Hotel restored. Elegant and spacious. Nice breakfast buffet. Not very central but convenient to the services. It has no private parking, but it sends customers in a private parking lot within walking distance.

We got a great deal on this hotel. The room was large stocked with everything, clean. Good and rich breakfast, nice staff.
The hotel is out of the centre but with two tram stops you can reach Wenceslas Square.

They had our room ready for early check-in. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. We liked that it was a bit further away from the city center.

Hotel should have 4 stars. The rooms are noisy and the noise of the street is omnipresent. Also the other guests are good to higher.
Our room was the 310. The furnishings are in the years and the floor tiles in the bathroom are torn.
There is a car park nearby from another hotel (350 Kronen in 24h), parking elsewhere is not possible in the near vicinity.
At the reception one should be proficient in Czech or at least the English language is powerful.
Breakfast is sufficient but not special. Other meals are not offered.
The location is excellent, all tourist destinations can be reached by tram in a few minutes. It is about 300m to the bus stop.

Large rooms, excellent location with tram 5 or 9 in 4 stops you are in the middle of the old Town.

The hotel is nice, clean, polite staff. The staff are mostly English speaking, from Ukrminy. For breakfast is always the same, Jaishnica (Amlet) and boiled or fried sausages. The breakfast was good. Nearby there is a restaurant with tasty and not expensive Czech cuisine, and with a menu in Russian language. I liked the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The day q we had Q go out an hour later of the room to stay asleep (very badly done) and not told us anything backwards! They stayed our suitcases saved for Q we could enjoy the day in Prague to get out the plane Q… recomendadisimo!

Room is in good condition. Breakfast is versatile. Some noise from trams (4th floor), but not too disruptive. Local restaurants nearby. Excellent transport to the old town and Centrum.

Very good hotel not quite in the center of Prague but easily accessible. Breakfast is good and complete. On the other hand, it is very hot in the room: it is indicated 26 °c in the room and the setpoint is not only limited to — 3 °c But in addition it has no effect on the room temperature. Check-out time is a little early: 11:00.

It was a very nice Hotel. Our room was however on the ground floor, facing directly on the street: there was noise, and when they passed the frequent tram trembled the floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At the time of going away we knew that we had been charged several drinks from the minibar ever used: talking about the amount we were thankfully not charged. They have the luggage service but not the scale to weigh the suitcases.

We loved the hotel, had a week. The room is clean and cozy. Very comfortable bed and air blankets. Comfortable. The staff are friendly. Also I will note breakfasts, there is everything that is necessary for a good start of a day. Like and not much, but the choice is always there. Eggs in different kinds, sausages and sausages. Cheeses, there are even delicious cheeses with mold. In general, the hungry will not stay. The location is excellent. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk away and a supermarket with good prices right across the street. Very near there is Restornchik olce tasty, portions large and excellent prices, beer master-tasty. Went every evening, there are usually no places, but be persistent-it's worth it. Recommend!

Secondo me non è un 4 stelle. In camera funzionano la metà delle luci, il bagno non ha la tenda per la doccia e la temperatura nelle camere è molto alta e non si abbassa nemmeno usando il termostato. Il personale però è gentile, è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici sebbene sia un po' distante dal centro. Colazione abbondante e camere grosse. 3 stelle sono poche, quattro forse troppo.

More than I expected. Booked a room for a night. Front desk personnel speaks multiple languages and is friendly. Breakfast is amazing. Lots of options. Everything is very clean and it's relatively quiet. There is free water in the room and they give you a metro ticket and a souvenir magnet as a welcome gift. I've never seen that before. Parking is not easy to find but doable.

Excellent care and service. This well connected and very close to the plaza Florec, metro station, railway station, buses and trams. Even in a 20-minute walk you can be in the Tower of Gunpowder.

We had a good stay at the Carlton where we stayed for 4 nights in December. The hotel was cozy, clean and very reasonably priced. We found quick access to trams to go downtown to Prague. The breakfast was superb and yes, we would stay there again.

Good location — easy to get to the old town even on food (~20 minutes), nice staff and clean rooms. On weekends parking possible on streets around to the hotel for free.

Very nice hotel, we are staying here for 5 days already. Fair price and very good location to travel to the city center (tram stop is in 2 minutes walk). Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is pretty good. Recommend this hotel to people who can't effort staying in Prague's downtown.

The State of the building and the room is very good.
Free Wi-Fi in all rooms.
Only criticisms: Unfortunately no shower (shower only), only 2 German TV stations (Sat1 + Pro7).
Very good supermarket just opposite, opening hours are on Sundays until in the evening).
Closed parking garage nearby (3 min walk).
Tram stop (No. 9) 2 min on foot, these travels without switching directly to the city.
Conclusion: We would come back.

I was in September 2010 with my family at the Carlton Hotel in Prague and it was terrific. Rooms are nice and comfortable, receiving care is first and the breakfast is delicious. The prices are good in relation to the quality. I recommend it widely. The tram passes by in front to move to the Center and has a grocery across the street. Better impossible.
