Hotel Theatrino is very nice and clean, breakfast lots of choices fresh and yummy. The reception guy was very helpful and friendly.

Good hotel overall, but avoid the advertised private transport. The drivers are not willing to accept card payments as advertised, and when you don’t have local currency they will fleece you converting to Euros.

I can definitely recommend this great Hotel. Just 100m from tram. Quiet, about 15min from historic center. Great breakfast served by Tatjana and her staff. You get a bag to pack a lunch sandwich and fruit! How nice is that?

Amazing hotel with very helping staff. I really appreciate person sitting in respection as he gave as minute details about Prague city. He told us about what are attractions, how to reach them via tram, speciality in cuisines, place famous etc. Morning breakfast was very good, facilities provided are just perfect and instant help if needed. I didn't find any negative point about that hotel. Will visit again if get chance.

The hotel liked the convenient location regarding the center, bus station and railway station. The tram can be quickly reached in any direction. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast.

The train Takes a maximum of 15 Minutes to the City centre of Prague. The Price-/performance ratio is absolutely top. A Paradise for People who like to have breakfast and extensively — there is hardly any Wish left here. The Rooms are clean and also completely adequate in size.

Very nice rooms, cleaning and towel change every day, cleanliness everywhere. Helpful staff. The food was very good. Very attentive staff of the dining room tat'on and Nadezhda. From the hotel it is very convenient to get to any place.

Nice and helpful staff, old beautiful building, well sized and clean rooms, good breakfast, the only issue was the mattress which was not of a good quality, maybe only sponge, ot was so soft and uncomfortable.

It is an old theater refurbished in hotel, comfortable and pleasant with cosy night bar, very good breakfast buffet.

Location: A 25 minute walk to the inner city. Trainstation down the street so everything is really easy accessable Rooms: very small rooms. No keycards, you get actual keys which you have to leave at the reception when you leave. Rooms were clean, nothing I could complain about. Service: great staff, always happy to help or to joke around with.

The room was clean, a bit small but perfectly fine. Hotel is located near a train station. The biggest drawback was that our room was located directly at the elevator shaft, since you have heard every ride of the elevator and every door strike unfortunately in our room, which has made the fall asleep somewhat more difficult.

Overall the experience is good but the food is horrible and it is very decentralized as to 40 mins from the historic center walking.

We were given room 109 which was more like a small store room, no space to move around and hardly there was space to keep our bags. The priced charged was more than double than whats on their website. When we saw the room and rang the reception, the lady said she is busy checking in guests and will call back. Obviously, she forgot to call back and when went to the reception there were no guests. Upon asking about the room she said she can't change the room because there are no cleaners. She offered us 200 crona (Czech money which is about eight euros. Definitely do not take room 109, its good enough to have a baby cot. The only good thing in this hotel was the breakfast and the staff Tatyana.

Rooms OK, as well as bathrooms, spacious but not too much.
The level of cleanliness seems discreet.
Really bad food at both breakfast and dinner.
I honestly don't know how to get 4 stars.

Tidy, nice staff and good exchange rates.
Point deduction as the rooms were relatively small and were partly made up of twin triple rooms by simply putting a hard little folding bed at the only free room in the room. This didn't even stop the closet. The rooms are very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cozy rooms But they say they have spa, and what they have wellness, no spa other than that, very good.

Great hotel, great breakfast. Room clean and modern. Tram station in close proximity, approx. 10min to the old town. Bathroom had slight drain odor — only negative point. In all, definitely recommended. Definitely coming back.

Very comfortable Hotel to get to the center, the single rooms are small but cozy, bathroom often with bathtub, great price, breakfast is the best I have ever seen there is anything. There is a small SPA to pay, eye to the parking that you pay apart…

Hotel Perfect location Perfect with the tram at 2 minutes staff very sympathetic to your listening.

Clean and well equipped environment. Nice room but not big and ' luxurious ' as you might expect from a 4 star. In the bathroom you have available are a bathroom shower dispenser and nothing else except towels and a hair dryer. My fridge has only a few drinks. Enjoyed the tea and free coffee offered on the desk. Large and comfortable bed.
The breakfast is plentiful and varied, nothing to say.
A four star should make available a help with the luggage.
The change to the front desk is very convenient.
The bar with complimentary drink is very welcome.
Overall the rating is good but does not exceed 3, 5 stars.

The hotel is decent. We got a deluxe room and it really wasn't that deluxe. The room was small and it has a balcony, but the view was of the building across the street which was covered in graffiti. The staff was ok, some people were nice and friendly and helpful, others had a bit of an attitude problem. I probably wouldn't stay there again, the website majorly oversells the hotel. Yes, it's near public transit, but literally everything is near public transit cause the city is so small. Yes, they have a spa, but there are spa places on nearly every street and most are a lot cheaper than the one at the hotel.

It was a very friendly hotel. The rooms are nice and well organized, the service allows you to prepare a little something for free. The sweet breakfast is almost bad, all without flavor, the salty one is OK. Dinner, same thing, bland and poorly prepared dishes.
Overall it's not awful, but I wouldn't have expected such mistakes from a supposed 4 star.

All is good. Nice clean rooms, fast Wi-Fi, super friendly staff, twin elevators, large breakfast room, wide selection of food at breakfast which is promptly replenished. Can't complain about anything. Location is also nice, 3 minutes to tram stop, 30-35 minutes walk to the center, 15-20 minutes walk to the subway. Beware that the terrain is hilly.

The hotel has a good location! Were surprised:) Parking garage approx. 5 minutes on foot, supermarket approx. 3 minutes walk, tram stop about 2 minutes walk away. The old town is about 25 minutes away and there are many restaurants, bars and snacks on the way! So the area is definitely great. The hotel staff is really very nice as it was said in the other reviews as well. The breakfast is plentiful and there is really something for every taste! Were surprised themselves that it has such an extent. Moreover, the dining room is simply beautiful. The room is nothing special, has everything important in facilities and is clean. So price performance is perfectly fine.

Spotless room, comfortable bed, minibar, and my beloved electric kettle because in January, with the cold weather that makes in Prague, a tea before bed is fantastic! Very clean and equipped with everything you need!

Rich Breakfast! There's plenty for everyone! Nice then to have breakfast in the theater room with the lights a little ' Dim!
There is also a bar in order to enjoy a drink in the venue at every hour!
Location I would say great! The hotel is about a kilometer from the center but is well connected by trams 5 or 9 that in 5 min take you to the center… and pass continuously!

Were there for a city trip. The nearby location and the special flair, in an old theatre, is worth a recommendation. Also the rooms are OK and within 2 min You can reach the S Bahn. There are also plenty of parking spaces for the city centre. Top.

The hotel doesn't reach 4 stars by any means!
The staff are friendly, the breakfasts are repetitive but not pretty bad.
The place is great, the tram and three stops to the center.

Right in the centre of Prague. Not all too far from the train station and the price is also convincing. I think it deserves the 5 stars. The service is friendly. At the reception you will be greeted with friendly welcome and with all the concerns you will be helped. The rooms are clean and fresh modern, although the building was built as a theatre. This is best to admire in the breakfast room. The stage is still intact, as are the boxes. Beautiful stucco work on the ceilings, round off the picture.

Arrived here on Monday tired and weary after our early start and Flight from Dublin. Arrived at airport at about 4pm, reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy and quick. We went to our room which was on Floor 5. Beautiful functioning room l. All mod cons and even a mini bar which was stocked and reasonably priced. There is no lunch or dinner served in the hotel but there are plenty of restaurants nearby (within 5 mins walk). The room was quiet, you could hear the lift but not loud enough to wake you. The following morning breakfast was in a buffet style offering. There was everything from breads, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, cold meats and a hot breakfasts (sausage, egg beans etc). We stayed here for three nights and the service was impeccable. The Tram line number 9 is 50 metres from the front door and this takes you to the city centre. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Prague. The only complaint I have was about one friendly staff member that conversed with us a breakfast and then handed us a Trip Advisor card with her name on it. Tatjana here is your mention.

Staff we're pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was included and had a great selection of food available. The rooms were nice and clean and the hotel was in a handy location next to a central tram stop which stopped at the major city locations. I would stay again.

Hotel Theatrino Review Prague What an absolutely delightful hotel the Prague Theatrino is. It has obviously been remodelled in the recent past which makes it a pleasing place to be. From the automatically opening, wide front doors as you approach, to the fast and efficient elevator, everything works perfectly the way it should. The rooms are clean and tidy, bright and spacious with high ceilings which give an overall feeling of being in a spacious room. The bathrooms are bright and airy and heated to perfection. The shower works well with instant hot water, huge mirrors for shaving, and delightfully decorated in black and white tiles. The carpets are thick and luxurious and the draft-free windows open quickly and easily without fuss. Even the flat screen TV works well. The Breakfast is something to look forward to, with an excellent variety of a cooked, cereal or fruit dishes on offer at the buffet breakfast bar. The bright and spacious dining room is worth the visit on it's own. Even getting there couldn't be easier. The Metro from the airport (119 bus from the airport to the Metro first) deposits you at Mustek station which is just at the bottom of Wenceslas Square, where there's a main Tram Stop. Catch either a 5 or a 9 heading east and it's about 5 stops. The tram PA system calls out the names of the stops which don't have much meaning in English, but the stop you want is conveniently called Lipsanka. Which is pronounced the same in English as it is in Czech.

Really comfortable room with a view over the rooftops of Prague. Incredible value for the price paid, especially when you consider breakfast is included. All of the staff were so friendly and I was even presented with a bottle of wine and flowers on my birthday.
100% would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Prague. Walked everywhere from the hotel, not scared by a 25 minute walk! Tram stop is close by though for anyone less able to hike everywhere.

Clean Room Good buffet breakfast all the world very friendly. I put four stars for lack of air conditioning as they have said some a fan is used.

Superb reliving of a theatre in Hotel art is part of the soul of this place and the hosts are charming and dedicated.

Very cosy, 2 minutes from the tram. Very friendly staff, a receptionist spoke Spanish, you can buy the transport ticket at the reception for 110 crowns (4, €30), definitely worth it. Wonderful city. Daily detail in the room (attached photo), view to the TV Tower of Prague.

Good! Breakfast good, nice rooms with good beds, quiet, lcd tv, fridge + minibar. The bathroom is splited in 2: the toilet is separated by the main bathroom. It's ok, never seen before :)

Good hotel, overall pleasant experience. No air con in the room but window did fully open. Breakfast was included and very good. Location is excellent, out of the main tourist areas but still only 1 minute walk to the tram and local shops. There is a tram every few minutes which goes directly in to the centre (new town) and within a few minutes walk of the old town (depending on which tram you take — check on Google maps).

Location was out of the old town but a tram roughly 20 seconds away would take you into the heart of Prague. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was decent, nothing too great but I'd happily stay there again.

Bad breakfast and dinner, better than the Pakistani in front; I also forgot my glasses in the room when I left and was told that they were not found. 4 stars where?

A cute, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Especially the receptionist David is really nice. He gave us great tips regarding the area an Prague. The room was big and neat. The bed was convenient and the breakfast has everything for a great start in the day. As one crtitcal point there is unfortunately no ventilation in the bathroom. To sum up we definitely recommend this place.

Nice, helpful, unfortunately, ortskundig however, progresses with only with English. A person in 4 days stay could only german. As a tip for the stay — you should book the taxi at the reception, comes cheaper.

Two nights in a double room incl. Breakfast for €99 booked. This award have also multiple other guests paid, seems to be within the "normal" range.
For this, you get an absolutely clean hotel with very friendly staff. Room sufficiently, solid bath also convenient, furnished, clean and in good condition.
Breakfast buffet of course not at the level of a five-star hotel, for the above price, but clearly more than adequate!
Tramway 1 minute walk away, so you need not 10 minutes to the old town. A 24 h ticket costs 110 CZK. Get taxi from the Wenceslas square to the hotel for 250 CZK.
Caution: There are rooms with and without air conditioning, you should look for any in the summer when booking on it.
Parking in the streets surrounding the hotel apparently only Sundays and holidays free of charge, on weekdays residents parking. In about 300 meters distance is there another hotel with a parking garage, daily price 300 CZK.
And after here (and also "live" locally) is bitching again and again, that little or no German spoken in the hotel: klappts quite wonderful with English, why actually German tourists always assume, that a linguistic Extrawurst frying for them?
Strange, sometimes you like speak English so the hotel staff does not notice that it belongs to the German tourists, di anyway only gripe and treat all staff like serfs, whose active Wortschatz contains no 'thank you' and for the tip is a foreign Word…

Nice hotel, central 2 station from the main station, Good value for money, clean, breakfast spot on, staff super friendly I stayed here 3 days I can definitely recommend.

The hotel as a hotel. Lived with his wife in a standard room with standard beds shifted, standard TV, standard box and outside the box large mirror) ) Free safe — a big plus. Left their valuables in it and went for a walk light. Breakfast buffet from 7 am to 10 am. And, at 7 a. M. The buffet is already fully covered, which is important if your flight from Czech Republic to 10-11 o'clock in the morning. Timely cleaning is also a plus. The main station 20 minutes on foot. Old town square 30 minutes.

Awful experience. The room was very small, no kitchen or any such services (not even cutlery) which made it difficult to prepare even the most basic of food. The air conditioning was out of service for the whole trip (on the top floor, very very hot) and windows only opened a few inches, which meant we have very restless nights sleeping in pools of sweat. The shower was terrible — it was difficult to get it to remain at one temperature, and for one day there was no hot water at all (and with the hot sweaty room that was unbearable). The TV didn't work, and even if it did, their advertised satellite service had been removed leaving just a few channels. The hotel bar was closed for the whole trip. The hot breakfast was quite sloppy, a large mess tin of scrambled eggs with very small grilled chorizo and beans with ladels to scoop it onto a plate — it was like school food. It's called the "Theatrino", because it features a theatre hall with observation decks, but there were no events on for the whole trip, and the hotel features no other entertainment. To top it all off, our hotel room was broken into and we were robbed of several expensive personal items (including a Sony PSP and a Nintendo DS) and 3000cz in cash. Someone would had to have routed deep into our suit cases to find those things, they weren't just left on a table in plain view.

The first impression of the hotel was really good, the lobby and the rooms were clean. The staff welcomed us very friendly and helpful, it was possible to communicate in multiple languages.
In the room there was really just a defects: the extra beds (folding beds) were very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise was all in top condition!
Breakfast was unfortunately only as medium good, tasted the rolls as of two days ago.
The hotel is located close to the Centre and is well connected with public transport (tram 2 minutes).
All in all to recommend.
