Location is very good soundproofing can also room big and beautiful only the only drawback is no air conditioning, (June to go) is not very hot electric fan is enough, go back to first open the window to let air circulation.

Everything is great! Super friendly staff and no issue communicating. Rooms are very spacey and comfortable, and all facilities are fine. It is very peaceful in the midst of the very busy area, and so much to do around.

Very nice room, nice staff, great location. Breakfast was good. The biggest minus point is the noise. In the evening it can get a little louder due to the location in the middle of Prague. But is tolerable. Nevertheless, I would recommend a disendemic case!

Nice old hotel in the centre of the old town — perfect location. Not a place to stay if you are in to modern hotels. Nice service and big rooms. But they should really change their mattresses. They are really hard and worn. They even have formed a shape in the middle of the mattress — not from my body. And my back is killing me after 3 nights. Anyway a good sleep is important and sorry to say we didn't get it at this hotel because they are not paying attention to the most i…mportant detail. Not booking here again unless they change this. And what fantastic service they provide.
Only few hours after they read this message, they offered us top mattresses for our bed.

Small and beautiful hotel located in the middle of Prague's Old Town. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is a dream. And at genuinely fair prices. 10 stars.

The hotel is located in the heart of the tourist pedestrian zone. Exit to the Old Town Square from the back of the Temple of Tyn. Nearby are museums of chocolate and wax figures. Nearby restaurant "Spider. " There are at least two minimarkets with reasonable prices. The room has parquet floors, a spacious Jacuzzi and bidet, a small refrigerator with a mini bar. Wi-Fi is stable. Cable TV without Russian-language channels. There's no air conditioning. There's a fan. The ceilings are high, the windows are huge. Some inconvenience when driving up stairs with luggage. The staff is courteous and tact-like.

Friendly, central to everything, helpful staff, clean, good variety for breakfast. No complaints at all. Will definitely use this hotel again, the sooner the better.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Spacious rooms with elements of antique furniture. The main advantage is the step-by-step accessibility of the Old Town Square and the center as a whole.

We've just returned from a wonderful trip to Prague, where we stayed at this wonderful rustic hotel. The rooms were perfect, clean spacious with wonderful housekeeping! The location of this little gem is second to none, you are right in the heart of everything, super easy for walking everywhere. The restaurant was fabulous and the breakfast amazing, so much choice served by the most hospitable staff. Also attached to the hotel is a gorgeous little coffee house where they serve the most amazing home made cakes and pastries. All the staff were very pleasant and so helpful with local information. I would highly recommend this hidden little jewel to stay in whilst visiting the beautiful city of Prague.

If you prefer more traditional type hotels more fitting in a place like Prague this is the hotel to stay in. Fantastic setting and location almost on the Old Square so central for all the sights. They do an excellent breakfast that caters for pretty much any tastes and also has a coffee shop attached that also serves delicious cakes and pastries and all the staff are so very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

We stayed for the weekend over 3 nights in july 2016. The staff is very nice. The room is basic. Tha bath is cleen. The location is superb just 1 minute from the old town square. If you weight over 90kg the bed may bend (be carefull). There is no air conditin. The weather can be very hot and moist. There is no elevator to go to the 2nd store. There is no vale services of any kind or room service.

Fantastic location, rooms are nice but windows are a bit thin and street noise is pretty clear as folks come back from bars at 3 am. To be fair this is true of most places in europe.

Really just an amazing experience. The room was unexpectedly large (3 rooms), the bathroom very comfortable (2 sinks & Jacuzzi), and the location was perfect. I proposed in Prague and the Golden Deer was so nice I was actually afraid she would know something was up! I will definitely stay here next time.
