Very clean dog friendly Hotel with a good view and a short way to the station. The staff is very friendly and the Breakfast is very varied.

I stayed already 5 times in hotel Falkensteiner Maria Prag. I go 2 times in a year. Rooms are nice, beds are very comfortable, breakfast is delicious. Staff is very friendly. I will be back in april. I highly recommend this hotel.

Best breakfast selection, large rooms, quiet. Problems with the drain cover in the sink and bath tub (little to no drain) but fixed by removing the covers. Good location, can walk to pretty much all places of interest. Recommended.

Great hotel. Clean and you get everything you need. Staff is very friendly especially 'Adam' at the reception he was extremely helpful and polite.

It's a great hotel. For refusing to clean the room you can get a voucher for a glass of beer or wine. Breakfast is the same all the time.

Prague was heavily booked but the Hotel Falkensteiner still gave us a great deal! The service was a cut above just about all others we’ve stayed in 2 months and now over 3000 km cycling across Europe from Northern Spain. Bed great, couch provided in an adequate sized room, mini-bar available and the shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was included in the price and the range of food available was the best of all hotels so far. However, above all, the attitude of staff was superb led by front-of-house management… couldn’t do enough to help with personalised arrangements.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in this good hotel situated about 15minute walk to the old town. Friendly staff. Spacious clean rooms. Lovely buffet breakfast.

The room is very spacious. Coffee machine with 3 capsules. Wet and dry sauna. This breakfast. Very good restaurant near by called Bredovský dvur. Relatively near the center and train station 10m from the hotel.

Were here in March 2018 for a short trip. The location is very good.
For rail travellers top. About 2 min walk, say cross the station Park.
Unfortunately we had the attic. I. E. Rooms large, but double bed apart and pure roof windows. So we could only see the sky, or even Prague with a chair.
Cleanliness & condition in detail unfortunately bad: sheets in one place already scoured.
Bed border made of fabric with black strips from the vacuum cleaner.
On the coffee machine a note with "freshly cleaned". But this note was soaked in coffee.
Cleaning cloth was on the second day next to the cosmetics in the bathroom. I guess it was forgotten.
Standing lampenschirm defective and plug was also outside.
Floor tiles in the bathroom partially empty the joints…
That was all in detail not beautiful.
On the other hand the breakfast top.
Location for pedestrians in the indoor/Altstadt class. Also some non-overpriced restaurants around the corner.
Price for three nights with breakfast for 2 adults with child (9) approx. €310 OK.
i. E. With diligent & prudent cleaning lady, it would have been 4 stars.
PS: had booked it because of the location and the sauna. Sauna but not used due to time constraints…

Well located hotel with comfortable if unspectacular rooms. I liked having an nespresso machine in the room so could make my own drinks in the evening. On the negative side the room was a bit stuffy and it appeared impossible to control the temperature.

OK hotel ir wonderfull location. Go out explore maze of narrow streets, full of places to get a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Especially nice during Christmas holidays.

Great hotel, clean and spacious rooms, great location near Vencheslav Square. I put however three stars because the service I did not like. The staff is grumpy and unkind. Fitness Center not at the level that I expected (lack equipment).

Is a very nice central hotel! Good facilities throughout the hotel and rooms. Breakfast was a plentiful choice and very friendly staff a minus point: had a room on the 6th floor under the roof and unfortunately had only a very small roof window.

Great located hotel, with very welcoming personnel. Quiet rooms equipped with a coffee machine for free, amazing comfortable bed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! 2 reasons I haven't rated it as a 5 star: 1. The Wi-Fi is very slow, although I had full connection strength. 2. We stayed with a baby, there is no stroller accessibility from the street. In Bottom line, very high quality hotel.

Centrally located hotel, very well located for a city tour to Prague, within walking distance of Wenceslas Square. The breakfast was good and plentiful, the rooms large and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful.

Good comfortable hotel with great breakfasts. Good location, clise to railway station and walking distance from tourist attractions. It even have a parking garage with vehicle lift system, but at a hefty price. Parking is a huge problem in the area.

4 stars is just about right for this place. It is an old style building turned into a hotel and one of the best transformations I've ever seen. Rooms are spacious, flat screen TV, 1 long block away from the city centre. The downside is that the staff are undertrained. They don't give you the information about their services up front, they seem a bit confused, during breakfast 2 staff members kept talking to each other. Breakfast ends at 12 during the weekends which is great but as soon as it's 12 they start cleaning and moving stuff away which is a big no-no in this industry: you don't start cleaning before your last guest leaves. The toilet seat is a bit high which was weird and the shower is weirdly designed — that and the staff are what prevents it from being a 5 star review.

A great place to stay in Prague for a few days. It's located very near (10-15 minutes walk) from the city center. Good bars and restaurants nearby. Also, the railway station is very close.

Nice hotel near the center and served by Metro and train station.

This place might not stand out in parameters, but it is one of the most comfortable stays in Prague. If offers its own valet parking, is literally next to the train station and thus metro, the rooms are nice and bathrooms well kept, and the staff is very professional. For me, the highlight was the breakfast — rarely do I find food this good.

Excellent location (Wenceslas square, Pricop — 300m), clean, staff very nice, great Breakfast (until 12 on weekends) … Comfortable mattresses in the rooms. Everything is right with the money and even more.

The three-star hotel, talk rooms in Hong Kong are small. In General, it is necessary to return it three stars, because four does not pull. Just a hotel, the only plus that in the center.

Great location, 4star hotel quality, good servcie but how in he hell you have a queen bed separated in the middle? You are in the moart romantic city of the eastern Europe but not being able to hug your partner? If the hotel changes this crazy beda everything will be perfect. Note that the breakfast is also great with a lot of options.

Didn't stay here, but we stopped in for the breakfast buffet. It was certainly more expensive than our other breakfasts, but they had a good selection, even champagne.

First time in Prague. Friendly receptionist. Unfortunately they r always fully booked as they said so you end up with two beds instead of a King size bed. The room is not bad but not that good too in terms of space and decorations.

Super great Hotel. Clean rooms, delicious Breakfast, friendly staff. Only the Parking fee is quite steep. For this purpose the car is parked. Quite Central Location. Very quiet. Highly recommended.

A great place to smejnogo rest.

Nice room, ok service. They charge your credit card when you reserve a room, and charge you again when you check out. Over a week has past and they have still not returned my money for reservation. I only hope they finally give my money back so I don't pay double. The Hotel bar is expensive and charge 4 times more for a bier than a regular hospoda In Czech.

For a four star hotel of to poor service. A small excerpt of the escapades: Loud music on the course from 8 in the morning, very small room, old bad-smelling water in the coffee maker in the room, cold coffee in the restaurant. For the not recommended price (€150 / night).

Room rather small, otherwise a "SUPER" town hotel in the Centre of Prague :-).

Nice cosy hotel with great views and great breakfast. Dinning choices are not as good as nearby restaurants. Highly recommended if this meets your budget.

The location was perfect — close to the train station and in just a few steps in the old town. Facilities and service very good. Very extensive breakfast buffet. Rooms modern furnished, but not without charm. The fitness — and wellness area got too small. In addition, there is a ventilation problem probably in the wet zones. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and to recommend.

About star hotel every judge as its perception! Great large room. (over the main entrance). With good service and polite staff.
