Very nice and varied breakfast, spacious room.

This hotel made our stay in Prague! We loved the location as we arrived by bus which was a 1 min walk to the hotel from the bus station. There were ample restaurants and breakfast places around. Try Buono just last the synagogue for a reasonable breakfast and amazing coffees, and Ferdinand which is along the same street for dinner! The hotel was just a 5 min walk to a major shopping street, a mall, Wenclas square and the market. About a 20 min walk to the Charles bridge. The city site seeing bus stop was also at the bus station so right beside our hotel basically so we were able to tour around the city very easily. The hotel staff were very friendly and Wi-Fi worked great. Our room was massive and had 3 windows which had a great park view and skyline view of Prague. The beds were clean and made every day. We didn’t have the breakfast included so we ate out every day and we found very affordable places. The mini market right beside the hotel between the hotel and synagogue was the cheapest we found for beer and drinks and water. Some of the mini markets on the main streets charged 120 krona for a beer whilst the mini market next door charged 29 krona. Well worth it to stay there. Would definitely stay there again when we come back to the beautiful city of Prague!

I stayed here with my sister on my first trip to Prague back in 2010 and the hotel name was Hotel Chopin. Hotel is clean, decent size room, nice bathroom and good service too. Location was really great as when we arrived, it was at night and coming out of the train, its just perfect as it is just in front of it. Although its quite but my sister heard recently that it is actually quite dangerous place because of the park in front of the train station. We were going to stay here again on our next visit in 2015 but the price per night was over our budget that we didnt stay here. Otherwise, it was good hotel.

Good location close to the tourist routes. Quiet. It seemed to me to be quiet even with a street under an opened window overnight. Airconditioning working and quiet. Good size clean room. Hotel got a kitchen but surves only breakfast. Reception would not recommend a place for lunch or dinner. A bottle of water in the room Kr 65. No minibar in the room. Water and food could be obtained in the Billa shop inside the train station probably about 300m away. Will I stay there again — yes.

H ^ Otel is clean nice bedding but the Spanish staff do not know anything or your Msg to pay on the spot (billing in advance with considerable exchange fee) do not know that guests from 70 years old do not pay the tourist tax. A little update course won't hurt.

Good reception. The breakfast was very good.

I booked a room here as I was arriving late at night with an early morning train and this hotel is opposite the station. They were overbooked and tried to send me to their higher level property. But I am not interested in a fancy hotel when I am travelling for work and want the convenience of the location so I asked for a refund and said I would find another hotel on my own. But the apparently inept manager Mr Francisco Fraga had not authorised this simple course of action and was, of course, asleep or otherwise not contactable. Interestingly, in my search for a room on the net, this hotel still existed for the very night even as I stood there being turned away for a paid reservation.

Very nice Hotel. The stuff is very helpfull and kind. Clean and cozy rooms. Very nice bath. Every day you have new towels and bed linen. Very tasty breakfast, big choice of food. The hotel is very close to the center 5-10 minutes walk to almost all sights and attractions. The rail station is beyond the park. Have it's own private parking for 20€ a day. But in the evening they have some spare places near, just for free (from 12pm to 8am). In conclusion — good value for money.

Good hotel. 7-8 mins walk from Wenceslas square. Right next to the central station. Helpful staff. Well equipped room. Recommended.

Very central, opposite the main train station. The standard double rooms are very small but well furnished and clean. The double room for single use is OK.
Very good breakfast with excellent baked goods (cakes and small sweets, quite simply excelent).
Super clean everywhere.
The staff is mostly from Spain, very nice and friendly. If you can't speak Spanish, you'll be ☺ with English.

Very noisy, some of the staff have no manners or customer service skills (Slavic Hospitality), only plus is its proximity to the Central Railway station and 15 minute walk to the old town, but I can think of better places.

Hotel was great very clean food good easy access to every thing walking to tourist site was close by.

Nice hotel close to the old Praha, tasty breakfast, everyday cleaning at room and changing of towels. As for cons: slow service at the reception, there are no safe and refrigerator at the room.

Large room, clean and perfectly placed directly opposite the central train station. Was able to leave my luggage there for the day (after checking out) and then waited in the reception area for a few hours in the evening while waiting for my train out of Prague. The aircons are not activated yet in April so I needed to open a window. There's no ice and no mini bar but (cheap) supermarkets are nearby. Great for a short stay.

Comfortable rooms and clean. Friendly staff. In the main entrance there is big sign with another name, but if you look closer, in a smaller sign you can see Exe City. The hotel main entrance was locked when I arrived in the middle of the night and no door ring. I needed to knock couple of times.

Convenient location, opposite the train station and nearby the city center (15minutes walking). The reception was not very helpful or attentive — they hardly checked us in and that was pretty much it. The room cleaning was not very thorough — we were left without clean mugs since they didn't have a replacement.

It's very easy to go where the famous historical sites. But no refrigerator. specially in summer, it's hot daytime. breakfast are so so, someday is good. the other is not good. it's nice temperature in a room.

We loved the great location, clean room, friendly staff. Chopin was the nicest place to end a two week trip to Europe!

Great experience. 50 m from tram and in the front of it have a metro station. good location 300 m from vachlev and not far from old town only 10 minutes to paladium center. There is a double window that ensures quiet and pleasant stay. The hotel is renovated and everything feels new. Breakfast ok. Not fancy, and a poor Selection of main dishes. the coffee is the only one thing you must to improve. I Recommend this hotel.

The hotel is placed at the perfect location, at the center of Prague and near central railways station. From where you can get to airport within 30 minutes by a bus. We got the room on the top floor. The room was spacious clean and quiet But there were also disadvantages. There are no cupboard for dress, only shelves and hanger. The fridge is also absent. On the whole the hotel is not bad Hope to visit one again in the future.

The room was very clean and quiet. Very convenient to the train station. The free breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. The rooms are laid out efficiently and logically.
