I am now half way through a short break on a lads away trip. The hotel is ideally situated in Prague. The room I am sharing is of a lovely size and the facilities are more than adequate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is an excellent choice for breakfast. I would have no problem at all in returning to the hotel.

I really like this hotel! It’s perfectly located “ by the horse “ on Vaclavske namesti. I stayed here already few times, every time I traveled to Prague! Very friendly staff and very good breakfast!

Only arrived yesterday and we. Re well impressed. Our accommodation is fantastic. The staff I've met are friendly and polite and the breakfast is lovely and plenty of it. First time here and we. Ll be back. Beautiful hotel.

Sean and I are having a great stay, this is our third night. Fantastic location, very helpful staff, very happy with our room even thou building working next door this didn't affect our stay at all. Fully recommend Hotel Elysee louise & sean.

We stayed here during the heat wave in the Summer. Their website does not say whether all rooms have air conditioning or not, and it wasn’t until we arrived did we find out that it was only the superior rooms that had AC. The standard ones only had one ventilator. We heard another pair of customers ask for an extra one and they wanted to charge an extra 40 euros. Another thing that I want to point out is that their fridge was not cold at all: the milk we put in there was barely cooler than room temperature. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

Good and Nice hotel. Central in Praha 1. The room is comfortable and the breakfast I will say excellent. The staff is Nice. I booked room for two nights, two persons, got the room for 60euros pr night. When we arrived they asked if we wanted AC in the room, the room is extremely hot. So yes. And they charger another 40euros for that. We decided to aske for one more night. In the line there was another couple. They also dident have AC and was asked the same but for 20euros ekstra pr night. And for us they wanted 90 euro for one more night. Tumps down. We found a new hotel.

Good location, good service, good breakfast.

The hotel is comfortable, clean. But there is a construction site (about which there is not a word on the booking). Almost all the windows of the hotel overlooking this construction site, and valiant "moles" began their work from 6 a. M. Given the soundproofing, sleeping was unrealistic.

Hotel on Vaclav Square. The centre of Prague. Cozy, quiet. Great room and breakfast.

Very cheap and you get a good breakfast. Hotel situated in a shopping centre. Close to all the sites.

Good 3 star hotel although position itself as 4. In the room there is a welcome bonus: Becherovka, Magnet and two tickets for transport. Very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. If we talk about the minus, then: The hotel closes from 23:30 to 6:00, that is, you have to wait for the Bell man; We had a room with a bathroom. King size bed is two twin beds, very "liquid" pillows; Mould in the bathroom although overall was clean; There was no shower cap in the presence of slippers, which was very surprising; Insufficient lighting; The building is outside the window which starts working at 6am.

Excellent breakfast could do with new windows an better views. Very clean.

Good location The whole establishment and room clean. In the room, they have the detail even to put soap, handkerchiefs and there is hairdryer. You also have at your disposal a kettle with everything you need to make a coffee or tea.
Breakfast is very good.
Friendly staff.
The only bad thing is that it does not have air conditioning in the rooms.
Otherwise I recommend it quite a bit.

Perfect location, good breakfast.

The hotel is unique in its location and the management is obviously resting on it. Both the cleanliness (especially mould in the bathroom) as well as the not very plentiful breakfast do not correspond to this hotel category!

The negatives: The bedding which is not terrible and the smells of sewer lift.

I love the location of the hotel which is along the Wenceslas Square. The tram and metro were very close and lots of good restaurant within the area. We opted to have a self guided tour, since the tourist places were all accessible by tram. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone. The breakfast selection were good, our room is clean and elegant with style.

Could be better… Night-curtains were not attached to the window but lay on the bed.

Very old fashioned hotel but in the negative way. No A/C, really hot in the rooms during summer, definitely need refurbishment.

Very nice hotel to stay, did exactly what we wanted, comfy bed good clean room and bathroom. Breakfast included in price, nice continental breakfast. Staff friendly and very helpful. There is building work going on one side of the hotel which wouldn't have been a problem, we were there for 8 nights so asked to be moved, which they did. Hotel is walking distance to everything and close to underground, trams and bars.

1 star deduction for the double room with single beds. But got another room the next day.
Rooms do not look like on the Internet (described).
Otherwise top location out of the door and off you go!

Hotel in the heart of the city.
We were given an apartment although booked a simple double room.
The room is a large lounge and a bedroom small kitchen corner, bath and shower.
Everything is very clean, cleaned every day.
Breakfast was good. Next year we plan to go to Prague with children definitely stay at the hotel Elysee.

The hotel is centrally located but it is ye oldie Goldie and outdated. The beds are pretty sunken. Breakfast is very poor and low quality. I put two stars in the center of it.

Very conveniently located in Wenceslas Square in middle of Prague. The room felt a little old but clean and spacious. There is a balcony as well. Was not easy to find until we realized that you have to walk through a shopping arcade to enter the hotel and take a lift up to the lobby. There is only one lift so the wait can be a bit long sometimes. Breakfast was very hearty! And the location is absolutely brilliant. And the view of Prague from balcony is nice too.

Feels uncomfortable to wake someone if you come back after midnight, just instal a camera and an electronic gate at the passage entrance.

No air condition, not very high standards in the rooms in general. But cheap, and works if you're staying for only a couple of nights. The breakfast wasn't the best either.

A perfect location with less perfect rooms. The lack of an airconditioning makes the stay a lot less pleasant. Having construction at your window at 8 o'clock is also a huge downside.

Would not recommend nothing like what's on wab site.

25 EUR/day for the car extra, in the rooms only the beds are made (and not even the neat), the garbage bins emptied and sometimes briefly wiped over the sink, the pastry/bread/bread at the breakfast buffet all dust-dry, despite booking a smoking room in the whole house non-smoking area, not even outside the door an ashtray.

You need a hotel downtown? Elysee! You need a small hotel, of friendly budget? Elysee! You want to walk downtown but you want to travel with metro, bus and train visiting the country and areas in the rural part of Prague? Elysee! Clean, nice, friendly personell, nice breakfast and safe.

Perfect location entrance through a shopping mall is a little strange but once in you would never know. Will use again.

Lovely hotel. Very close to all attractions. Good spacious rooms. All clean. The only negative — no hot Breakfast of omelettes and fried eggs… Stay there already 5 times.

We used this hotel on two separate occasions in early to mid-September of 2009 and had a very nice room for 3 adults (Rm. 403). The reception staff was always very courteous and helpful.
