Just back from a lovely weekend at this hotel in Prague. Located just off Wenceslas Square. From check in to check out all went smoothly. Room was a decent size, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. All staff were friendly and helpful and there was always lots of them about. Due to circumstances of Covid, masks had to be worn in when inside public areas which was reassuring. Many thanks to everyone ther.

Staff really very friendly, breakfast something for everyone but not overloaded. Room clean, comfortable and big enough for 2 people. Value for payment very very good. We were more than satisfied, would check in here again!

We were very surprised by how thoughtful this hotel with us. All the staff are nice and courteous, they tried their best to give their costumer a personal touch. The hotel is very central that we were able to finish off going around the city centre in half a day with walking tour only. The price was very reasonable as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Charged twice still not had refund they promised be very careful booking at this hotel got proof of payment on two credit cards on 14th June yet to date no refund on our card!

Very nice hotel. We were able to check in early which was also great. The breakfast provided was very good as well! The hotel is also in a great location, with the nearest metro station being a few minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome hotel on a quiet street within walking distance of the center. Rooms were large by euro standards. Linens felt lux. Bathrooms were large and posh. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The Wi-Fi was the fastest I've ever encountered in any hotel. Tested it!

An elegant, beautiful, clean and friendly hotel. It is situated perfectly almost in the centre of being in walking distance to the main attractions. Our room was spotless and beautifully styled art deco. Breakfast was buffet with plenty of choice with pleasant and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice and cute hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The city center is close, but at the same time the hotel itself is located away from any noisy establishments. Friendly staff at the reception.

Together with my family I spent the Christmas days (from 23 December 2017 to 25 December 2017) in the hotel and restaurant "Majestic Plaza Prague". The hotel and its rooms are nicely decorated. I personally feel that the sanitary facilities are very clean. There is a rich and very tasty breakfast buffet.
The Majestic Plaza Prague has a central location and yet also a pleasant location. From there we explored the city of Prague, over the extended Christmas weekend. Prague is the capital city of the Czech Republic and according to Wikipedia has 1.280.508 inhabitants. (stand 1 January 2017)

A must stay place when visiting Prauge. All staff are friendly and very helpful. They helped my son and I when we got stuck and made it the best stay in Prauge. Michael, one of the gentleman who helped, was a fantastic help. Definitely stay here you will not be disappointed.

Very good location. Good rooms in general. I've been here for work for nine years. Perfect for being close to the center and the tram.
Unfortunately it's decaying a little. Some small and somewhat sloppy rooms. I guess how they're always full don't worry too much, or you don't have time to renew.

Reception need to undergo a customer service course, perhaps learn from the staff in the restaurant — who were amazing?! We had a situation where there were a couple staying next door to my friend and they were fighting and roaring at 4am which woke her up. My friend rang reception numerous times but he was unable to answer as there "was only one of him" she had to go down to reception twice to ask if she could change room as we had a meeting and flight to catch early the next morning. Eventually after an hour she got a different room. The next day the reception staff who checked us out he was incredibly rude and didn't understand how inconvenient or unsafe it was that someone should have to physically go down TWICE to reception on her own because he was too busy to answer the phone and the priority was checking in a stag. All customers should be important… I don't think a hotel can control their guests actions but at least solve the issue for the person that has been woken up. And be apologetic sincere and kind. Location was great and breakfast staff were amazing. But it was a terrible way for him to act to us.

Excellent Hotel, very friendly staff. Our Flight back to Dublin was cancelled due to storm in Ireland and they put us up again at a very reasonable cost. Would most certainly recommend this Hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful City. Arrived to a very friendly greating from very helpful reception staff. Our room is spacious, clean & to me luxurious. As I'm celebrating a birthday I was surprised with birthday balloons & a bottle of wine to wish me a happy birthday. I availed of a massage treatment in the hotel spa, 1 of the best massages I've ever had. Breakfast is brilliant, Hotel is in walking distance to old town, Charles Bridge & Prague Castle. Can not find fault. Love it …

Great and cozy hotel structure. Contemporary style, friendly staff, great breakfasts, medium large spacious and clean rooms.
A two-minute walk from Wenceslas Square, 15 minutes walk to the clock square.
Excellent solution for a stay in the Czech capital, p whether it be Business or a leisure trip; Whether travelling alone, in company or in a group. The structure in perfect style of "Czech Cubism" is cured in detail, from the entrance Hall with marble, glass, brass, distributed and cut into geometrical shapes that give the typical imprint of the Prague Cubism; Which is found in the breakfast rooms and restaurant; But also in the furnishings of the rooms.
The location of the Hotel allows you to move and easily reach all the tourist destinations and interest of the capital. Either by public transport or by foot access in a few minutes to the most beautiful attractions of the city.

I recommend the Hotel for the proximity to Vencenslao Square and the old town, but not for the services in general. Noisy rooms with carpet that has definitely seen better times, dated furniture, double bed consisting of two beds United not perfectly, recently renovated bathroom, but with drains of bathtub and sink clogged, staff "swinging". Wellness Corner consisting of whirlpool and sauna too expensive (at a rate of about 16 euros per head. The massages are paid apart. At the spas in Italy or in Budapest you pay 20 euros per day! ) Good breakfast But the dessert a little lacking and repetitive. Good for business meetings, less for couples and families.

Good Hotel in general but with punctual flaws. Breakfast is not very varied nor does it include sufficiently hot food. The rooms are spacious, but no one takes care of Calefaccionarlas Adecudamente despite having a radiator system that the guest himself had to put into operation. They offer parking on the Internet site in the same hotel, but on arrival it turns out they have no space.

Very friendly staff! They always greet their guests and answer the queries immediately. Guests are well attended. However, I don't find the room totally clean. Bedsheets and towels are not replaced every day which is a protocol of a hotel. Tiny dirt and dust on the corners of the toilet and room.

The entrėe of the Parking very very very small breakfast nice room not at the top of the noise from 8am.

We had 3 fantastic nights at this really lovely hotel, less than 10 minutes walk to centre. Our room was really lovely, very clean warm but easy to change temperature. Plenty of complimentary toiletries, bed was really comfortable. The hotel was very very clean, breakfast was great, something for everyone and plenty of it. There is a great little bar which did a great G&Tonic, All the staff especially the breakfast staff, were so sociable and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent hotel advisable for the proximity to Wenceslas Square and 15 minutes from the clock square. Rooms with panoramic view, to us is touched a room on the sixth floor with remarkable view. Staff at the reception in the standard, good breakfast and with decent choice from the sweet to the salty. Cleanliness of the Standard room. Should.

Very good hotel, although situated directly in the town centre of Prague, version quiet and having very pleasant atmosphere and staff. You will enjoy to stay there!

The receptionist were great. The check in was really easy and I asked for early check in and they gave me the room exactly when they cleaned it. The room was clean but after they leave the window open, it gets cold if you get back late. The breakfast was nice with many options. The waiters were fast but not all of them understand english. The asmera restaurant was sooo good. We had the 3 course coupon from the check in. The tastes where really good and the waiters really polite. Even the butter was extraordinary. The only bad was that they forgot my wake up call. If I wasn't anxious I might lost my flight I would definately come back for the crew and the location.

We booked this hotel for our 2 year anniversary and it was amazing! The staff were extremely professional and helpful. The hotel was clean, looked beautiful and in a fantastic location only 5 minutes from Wenceslas Square and 40 minutes walking to the Prague Castle (although that is with meandering through old town and going up the hill! ) The only thing that could have been improved on was the size of the towels provided! The manager was brilliant and provided us with a complementary bottle of wine on our arrival to help us celebrate our anniversary. The Asmera restaurant was lovely and the food was of a high quality and well presented. When we return to Prague we will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are brilliant even when we asked to move rooms it was done without any hassle. Breakfast is 1 off the best I've had in a long time. We will definitely be retiring again.

Good hotel in a very central location a step from Wenceslas Square. It has large well appointed rooms and well cleaned bathrooms. Excellent reception and floor service, good restaurant with rich and varied breakfast, many indoor rooms suitable for group meetings or business meetings. Good value for money.

Located in a very quiet place, central and a few minutes (5-8) walk from the shopping center of the city. They have a menu of €18 (with wine included) of 3 courses, main entrée and dessert. Good presentation, complete dishes and austere variety. The hotel is very good, the rooms are quiet and spacious, and the breakfast is varied and abundant, with a very large timetable.
Definitely a place to go back.

Great hotel. Got a free upgrade. Room very large with 2 rooms plus bathroom. Very clean, quiet and nice view. Hotel is centrally. We didn't get any parking at the hotel directly because our car is too big, but at the same price only about 4 min. Walk away. Breakfast is delicious but the breakfast room a bit restless and noisy.

In general very nice hotel if it comes to rooms, location and food served but if it comes to payment it is a bit disappointing. They tried to charge me for mini bar that I did not have — ok many hotels will not get this service right, my complain was accepted. But they also charged me twice on my credit card for the stay. One transaction that supposed to be cancelled in reality was not cancelled. It took me 7 weeks of clarification until I got my money back. Because of different ratio at the end I got actually bit less money then I was initially charged. It is maybe bad luck but still influenced my perception of this place. If you do not face any problem with payment your stay might be actually good otherwise it might end up in long clarification process.

It was a very nice Hotel and the rooms were very small. The staff were not very friendly. As saying,
I do my job but I do not break. Too much for in the hotel that stands at certain levels.

The place is very nice and the staff very nice. The breakfast is delicious especially the pastries. We had a wonderful room overlooking the rooftops, big room, small living room and bathroom. Everything is made to feel good. Our only regret is that we have not been able to stay longer.

Impeccable Service. Efficient and discreet staff. Cleanliness and quality of the rooms and bathrooms perfect. Fresh, rich breakfasts (pastries, continental fruit…) and varied. What reproach?

Great place to stay for a couple of days. The staff (Michal especially) were very friendly and helpful.

We arrived about 8 hours before check-in so we couldn't go in the room yet. Luckily they were so friendly to ask the cleaners to do our room first so we could still go to the room way before check-in time. Amazing breakfast as well and beautiful high ceiling rooms!

I usually only chose places that are central to the city, but this place has it all and close to most of the popular sights and sounds of Prague. The hotel was great in reaching out to me after booking and offering their transfer service which was top notch and highly recommended for speed and ease. Check in was smooth and easy with a professional team assisting. The art deco building was delightful. Room was spacious and enjoyable with a decent sized bathroom. Hotel bar was not bad and the service was great. Breakfast was modest, but a glass of prosecco on arrival made it all worth while.

Disgraceful service and attitude towards customers is terrible, previous page, and generally forget about its existence. I do not recommend, spoiled rest assured, if you are with kids. They don't care about the problems of children are denied in many ways: in the diet of children, if you have come sooner or later, do not provide a temporary number (even for money) if suddenly flew before stated, pretending to not understand Russian language, ignore requests, BOORISH ATTITUDE — in one word. Useless money thrown at 4 stars. The Breakfast is very poor and a beggar, there is no choice.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, but at the same time 2 minutes from Old Town Square. Rooms are tired, plumbing is changed, very comfortable beds. Breakfast is normal but could have been better. A small breakfast room. It's not bad at all, but I'm not sure I'd come back.

Central location, clean air conditioned rooms, courteous staff and a Thai massage parlour are all part of this hotel. Having stayed here for the past 3 nights, I was very impressed with the hotel. Notified the hotel that we were arriving early and the room was clean and ready by the time we arrived. Great selection of food for breakfast and option to order off the buffet meant that I can have my Eggs sunny side up. Thumbs up to management!

Very good location, very close to the city center. The facilities are correct and meet the bare minimum for a hotel of this category. The rooms are of correct size with all times a flat for soundproofing. The breakfast is basic with a little warm and much more cold, but the space is insufficient at the busy hour.

A nice hotel with decent rooms, recent and good bedding. Breakfast is pretty full and good. The staff is really nice which is not always the case unfortunately in Prague. At last it is not too far from the centre on foot or by tram.

Good stay clean room complete and quiet apart from the first night, because of a musical ' evening ' had to a seminar just below our room, music until 7am.

Bad hotel, old structure, staff not attentive to the customer is very grumpy rooms very small and 2016 is not conceivable not to have connection in the rooms, not to mention the cleanliness of the room (papers and leaflets left for dirt floor ground and Bathroom not clean. Bad experience.

Located in the vicinity of the Wenceslas square location and very neat Hotel with comfortable furnishings and upscale amenities. The staff is friendly, the Breakfast very rich. W-LAN is free of charge. Recommended.

We visited on February 2016, stayed for 2 traumatizing nights. This was by far, our worst traveling experience. We were assigned a room that smelled like an ashtray, even though the hotel declares to be non-smoking. There is a music club in the hotel's basement. On Friday, it played till 4 a. M. On Saturday till 6 a. M. We were not able to sleep due to the high volume of the music. I'm on my 20's and from time to time I do party and I've never had any problems with falling asleep. But this was TOO much, even for a party city like Prague. The extreme noise around 3am forced me to go and fill a complain to the reception. I was told by the receptionist, that I should buy some earplugs or take some sleeping pills. After some discussion (I was shocked) I was forced to call the police. In the Czech Republic, there is a law that restricts noise levels during night (from 10 pm I believe). The police told me that there is nothing they can do, since the high noise level is inside the hotel, and for them to be able to enforce the law, it would have to affect other people living around. They were shocked though, that the hotel does not seem to care about my complain. When I wanted to speak to the manager on Sunday — before our checkout — I was told that she was not there. Do yourself a favor, avoid this hotel.

Nice hotel and great location, friendly staff. Not 5 stars because food wasn't great, it was a bit bland and the rooms were incredibly hot and the air conditioning was turned off.

The Hotel was a very very nice place to stay. Very impressed.

We had a very nice stay in a superior room. The rooms seem majestic and are great. Unfortunately, the carpet very was dirty down, where they at least would have to offer slippers guests. The breakfast was not 4 star Breakfast Best Western out. The juice and coffee were thin. It has prepared no Barista Coffee. Otherwise, everything was clean. A large hotel with mass processing. Breakfast was a little music in the background. I know different relaxation with 4 stars.

A very good stay : the employees are really nice and careful. The room was pretty cosy, and the hotel is well located in a animated quarter. Stay in couple.

The hotel is very centrally located and is clean and the staff is friendly.
We had a suite with a balcony, here at the book room on it make sure that there is room with views of the Castle and rooms with less views. The rooms were large and well furnished. The beds were comfortable the bathroom was very convenient.
What did not like us to the hotel:
Anything, probably the air conditioner has continuously pulling not for people with sensitive sleep.
The breakfast could be a little more variety, fresh vegetables, and especially better rolls.
The spa area was very pleasant, because he is however each exclusive room is so loud that it is not possible to relax the whirlpool motor. For the sauna, it's worth yet.

An excellent hotel. Very chic breakfast buffet, close to the Center, no noisy trams. Want one for the whole of Prague is a very expensive car park from 25 € per day, in the street car to leave it cannot be collected by tow truck.

I liked the hotel, it has good facilities in general.

I just returned from Prague. The hotel is well located but four-night stay, two had no hot water, and the food was monotonous. The desayumo well but the swimwear needs an urgent replacement.
