Lovely hotel, nice quiet area. Large rooms. Comfy bed. Good selection at breakfast, staff very attentive. Would be that bit better if there was a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Great value for money.

The hotel's location is convenient! It is very clean, it is suitable for families, couples, for everyone… I highly recommend it.

Location perfect for the downtown although here on Business was part of the Flight and Hotel Deal so was positively impressed with the quality and the friendly staff.

This beautiful hotel is located is a quiet location but convenient to all the major sites. The staff are so friendly, in particular Lucie was a godsend and helped us in so many ways-keep up the good work (and thanks for charging the phone)! Hotel is cleaned on a daily basis and the breakfast was fabulous, lovely fresh produce. We look forward to returning again soon.

I consider this option value for money, since it is not far away from the centre, it is a modern place, with good breakfast and nice staff. My room was great and comfortable (the room was actually an attic but very functionable). I really enjoyed my stay there!

The hotel is in the middle of the city, a great place, next door to door the famous old brewery in which great beer and delicious food, the staff are very friendly, clean everywhere clean, always everything is fresh, everything is within walking distance, wi fi In the hotel everywhere, the signal Great, no air conditioning but there is a fan but we didn't need the weather was very soulful, the night cool afternoon heat, were from 11.08.2018, 15, '"thank you, have a great rest,

Very good place, nice service; The breakfast is very delicious, the rooms are really good, the hotel has got internet and I'm overall very satisfied. The only thing that was missing in my opinion was a fridge.

Room great — large, clean and bright. But not everything was great. The staff were rather unhelpful and surly. One receptionist was, shall we say, "very visibly" chewing gum — disgusting. The level of English was rather low, which is not a problem in itself, but when they didn't understand they simply looked blank and didn't answer, or asked for example "so do you want to book the taxi or not? " No hot water one morning. No lift one evening — my elderly friend had trouble climbing four storeys so I went to ask the charming barmaid (the only nice employee) whether using another lift would give us access to the right place. The manager then walked past right in front of us and her, so she asked him. He would not address us — just looked directly at her and said that the lift was out of action and we'd have to walk up. Now if I was in his shoes I would have immediately turned to the elderly guest, apologised profusely and offered to help her up the stairs. None of that. The breakfast was poor — plenty of choice but nothing tasted very good. Except the fresh grapefruit! Breakfast room very noisy with large tables to share, couldn't always find a seat immediately. The hotel also makes a charge for ordering a taxi — perhaps normal in Prague but never seen that before.

Stayed 2 nights 1-3.7-18,, Pleasant place, nice room with bath, a varied breakfast. Very friendly staff. Good location. I would warmly recommend.

Reasonable hotel, as with many places in Prague the service is curt. Breakfast room gets crowded. The rooms on the top floor have roof terraces which have views over the city. Some staff meet outside room 509 at 8:15am every day so don't count on a lie-in. Also, we lost the water supply for a while this morning, but that was due to the city rather than the hotel.

Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. In our room (209) It was very quiet (the street is not audible). The breakfasts are decent. All the sights are within walking distance. There were 10 years with the child. The child's bed is separated by a small partition. Highly recommend.

Very good surprise this hotel. It is located 10 min walk from the tram and Metro, so very well placed. After a complicated welcome (mixed English) we finally figured out how to leave our suitcases and get our room back. And a nice surprise because a nice room and very clean and spacious. A quiet hotel. And especially a very good breakfast with dishes changing every day, which is appreciable! I highly recommend!

I was hoping for something better. Not bad for a few days 2 or 3. The room has the minimum. It's neat and clean. It has No luxuries more than a 32 ' ' LED TV.
Breakfast is normal. You have everything you need. Would? MMH maybe pay a little more for something better. The location is very good you can walk everywhere. There are bars very close by.

Hotel not located in the best part of town. One morning I went towards the Old Town Square and in one block I saw eight beer bottles either on the ground or on window ledges. The breakfast is poor. Never had fried rice for breakfast. They never had scrambled eggs, but they did have rubber poached eggs that I could not force a fork through. Rooms walls are very thin — could hear couple next door and the people up above every time they moved. There is no US plug available. Upon check-in they say you will be charged for the two bottles of water in room — there were no bottles in my room.

Nice hotel with big rooms. Good storage for clothing, very clean. Breakfast was okay. Only complains are very thin wall and room doors that closes with their own weight causing a huge bang that echos in the corridor. That was annoying in night time. Lobby bar staff was awesome!

The Hotel is located in a great area to walk to the center which is between 10 and 15 minutes walking. The room was very good and the staff were very nice and the rooms were very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was of poor quality, every day the same without absolute variation of anything, there was hardly any fruit except a couple of grapefruits and oranges cut into finite slices.

Our station for a short break in Prague — located in a quiet area with good walking paths to many sights.

My daughter and I have just had 3 night's here. There was only one reception staff at any tine which meant a long time waiting. For anything, but they were reasonably friendly but same can't be said for the bar staff! Very rude, misserable, cold. When we needed milk for our tea in our room we were asked to pay 20ckz (75p)! Also they wouldn't let us have the English/breakfast tea without paying, only earl grey and fruit? Our roon was a long corridor! One bed was rock hard and the other had a big dip in the middle, we both hardly slept. Tea/coffee facilities was on request but we had to get it ourselves! The bathroom was nice but with small towels. Double glazed windows which kept the noise out which off course would have been handy if we could have slept?! Breakfast was Ok nothing special but maybe this is just how they do it in Praque? Overall two stars were for the bathroom and location x.

Room is okay, the beds were not great though. The bathroom has a few issues with the shower. The breakfast is nice.

I loved the hotel is was a good place to start from every day. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were comfortable and warm. The bar area was good. The buffet breakfast had excellent choices could try a different Czech dish every day. Would definitely visit again.

Breakfast very good and plentiful, friendly staff and hotel kept good and clean, it is in a good area at 300 meters from the metro and 10 minutes walk from the center. Great and spacious rooms of the hotel. Highly recommend.

Clean functional hotel in a central location. Nice loft style rooms on the fifth floor. Breakfast was adequate with a selection of hot and cold food. Bathroom with shower only (no bath).

Great hotel in a great location. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the large windows opened to let in lots of fresh air.

The hotel is reasonably priced and the location is about equal distance from the old and new town. The breakfast is basic without many choices.

Excellent complimentary breakfast. Convenient access to public transport to tourist attractions. Fast Wi-Fi. Tap card access to hotel room. Energy friendly as card needs to be placed in card holder in room to have lights on.

Reasonably centrally located. Wi-Fi a disaster. Computer security (Eset) would not accept hotel server address. (not trusted). Computers in lobby no better. And you had to pay?.

Clean and cheap. Great location! Breakfast was not full continental, but for the price that was more than OK. The smoking in the inner courtyard however was a bit annoying as it smelled and there were sort of thin walls in a few places, you could hear people running at and coming home after a late night.

The location of this hotel is great. Just 2 minutes from the river, and close to the old town. We were lucky enough to get a top floor room with a private roof terrace with roof top views. Lovely. The staff have been polite and friendly.

Close to the center clean NN I understood well because as soon as I arrived, although I had paid from Italy my stay, I had to deliver the credit card from which they picked up 10 kroons (0, €37). It would be advisable to change the mattresses too broke up seemed to sleep in a hole, in the morning we had our back to pieces. Breakfast full and plentiful is the sweet or savory.

I was in Queato hotel with my boyfriend the week before Christmas, great hotel at modest prices. The rooms are very clean and modern, and mostly spacious. Great service, they indulged every request without making a fold and in a short time.
Strategic location, allowed us to turn around and reach any place to walk.
Salty Breakfast, maybe not suitable for Italian tastes, but that we found fantastic, and totally in line with the habits of the locals. I recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Nice, renovated hotel. Quiet, very clean. We stayed the holidays of Christmas 2015. Well located for walks in the city on foot or by bus.

Pedi bed gave me two coupled with their respective individual sheets, the sound of those who spend x corridor or yard is heard very well SOAP had not in the bathroom, very complete breakfast, and you can walk to old town. Pedi leave bags when you check-out and gave me the keys of a warehouse for luggage.

Very pleasant hotel. Best feature was everything was walking distance from here. Parking was tricky but not the worst. Definitely worth getting a room to see Prague!

There were kids in autumn 2013 in this hotel. Above all praise. 4 days paid 9 000, 3-bed room. (got on discount) Suddenly Breakfast is delicious, varied to say nothing to say. The Charles bridge can be reached on foot in 5 min. 10 min. To hours All the sights within walking distance. The staff is very pleasant.

Good and cheap Hotel located in the heart of Prague. Everything you need and super Centrally located (U Fleko, a nightclub right next door 50 meters). Up to the Vltava river is 3 minutes walk. Clean and Tidy. Breakfast is not great but within, there are plenty of alternatives. For a short trip but you can recommend the Hotel.

In the Old City, close to Karlov Bridge, the center and Palladium (never used any transportation — walked all over! ) Smoking only in the bar and only if you order something (good I do not smoke! :) Decent breakfast. Would definitely return!
