A good Hotel, in the immediate Slopes. In a quiet environment, to reach everything quickly (by car). Friendly staff and good rooms. The swimming pool is not for the "free" is a nice Gimmick, but nothing to speak of. The food is great. The operation should be a bit more prudent, and more on Zack. We would come back.

We went in late September for 2 days. We took full advantage of the spa package deal online. The spa was beautiful & well worth it. We also took the public bus to the top of the mountain & did a 27K hike through the mountains back to the hotel. It was a great autumn trip. Lots of food options on the grounds & staff was very pleasant. Especially, Petra V in the dining area upstairs. We stayed on the top floor & the views were nice. There was a small balcony & the room was actually 3 separate rooms. It was great.

The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful environment that can be enjoyed from the balcony or when eating very friendly staff parking are available the holiday was just pleasant breakfast is very tasty but the evening bread was not so intoxicating
The room is stog equipped with everything you need refrigerator watercooker TV save
With the car, all important points are easy to reach
About the wellness area and the fitness gym I can unfortunately not give any information but these made a good impression about the pictures
The budget is not recommended for skiers

Were after Pentecost for three nights here. Location beautiful with views of the reservoir. Priced top, rooms clean and all available (Wi-Fi free). Breakfast as far as everything is available. Negative is actually that a lot of tour groups descend here, that means 4-6 rice groups mainly reenter and therefore very noisy and crowded around certain times restaurant. If you just came here for hiking, it shouldn't be a problem as you can go through the day.

I don't know if my personal claims are too high … But on holiday I would like to see better accommodation. The room … With extra bed, which was terrible and also polluted. The plaster much of the ceiling, the rooms are not to feel comfortable. 3 floor then also terribly sound because of a load up, to get another room impossible because the other floors are not heated, I was given as a reason. On the day of arrival there was no buffet as actually booked but food was presented which was really not edible and then still by inept staff which does not even speak English. The next few days there was buffet again as there were more guests again. At the buffet you always found something that was ok. It was a great pity and disappointing for me that the hotel and accommodation was definitely. Won't visit this hotel again. Only, you can book it very cheaply but I prefer to pay a little more and enjoy the holiday.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings very friendly staff parking spaces are available The holiday was simply pleasant breakfast is delicious but the dinner was not so exhilarating.

Somehow still exudes the charm of the Czechoslovak 80s. Nevertheless, friendly, clean, rich, hearty breakfast. Starting point for great hikes to the Elbe source area. Sauna unfortunately already at 21.30.

I had the pleasure to spend two nights in this hotel for a winter sports weekend. In my booking the use of the wellness area was included. The room was clean and attractively designed and was absolutely adequate. I was especially impressed by the always friendly and courteous staff. The breakfast was the same as my expectations and the dinner at the a La carte restaurant can be described as recommended. I had only wished that the sauna area would have opened longer than 21:30.

A very comfortable mountain hotel. It used to be quite a luxurious place. But recently I think it serves more as a cheap holiday place for German, Dutch, Denish and Polish turists. The place is still very charming though, with all sorts of advantages. You can ski right next to the hotel. You can rent all equipment right here as well. Basicaly, You park Your car and You don't have to move it till the day You leave. Great relaxation, sauna, pool, massages, food. Complex services, but rather expensive for Czechs.

The Triangle Hotel with charm! A hotel that has been inspiring us for years. Small but nice and above all clean rooms. Friendly staff, delicious food and you can see development. The two Speisesäale were modern but somehow had a station hall atmosphere. However, this year: warm ambiance, accessories and no longer this volume. Jea, well done. Besides the beautiful view, you also have a ski-slope in front of the nose. Recommendation in any case!

It was all quite fantastic the food as well as the sage is.

Good location, close to skilifts and slopes. Great price/value and rooms are nice (they put me in a room on a corner of the building :-) and clean. No problem in leaving my bike safe and secure in their storage place. If you eat everything of the breakfast buffet you certainly gain a kilo :-D (they have 6! different kind of cakes and 5! different kind of sausages! In other words, all what you need for a day on the slope, hiking up a mountain or cycling up hill towards Vrbatova Bouda :-) Are there no cons? Yes, they don't have Dutch television :-D (some hotels have BVN…) but they do have free Wi-Fi :-)

Rooms are OK — Furniture are from early 2000. Food is like in a cantina. The hotel is specialized for pensioners. The bar is without any window — atmosphere isn't the best. To far from the city center.

Great service, breakfast, rooms. Butttt too far from the center and the more attractive ski lifts. More recommended for people travelling with a car.

This is a post communist hotel where everything is out of current times. There's no internet on floors, it's sometimes on the ground floor (1 mbps at max, not usable). The crew (everyone! ) does not speak English. Rooms are way too small and furniture which looks like it was from 70's, there are no spare power outlets, walls are too thin (you can hear a lot).

It's post comunistic hotel, for sure not 4 stars. I don't recommend to visit here. Food is not taste and atmosphere is rather anonymous. Bad choice — nevermore.

The included food, diner and breakfast are not that good, there is enough choice, but the quality is below acceptable standards. Rooms are fine but nothing special, got a nice view on a snowy world though. The interior (entrance, hallways, elevators) of the hotel seems fairly modern, but also quite cheap. Enough parking places, staff talks English fairly well. If I were to go to this destination again, I would probably choose a different hotel.

Front Desk work is really very beautiful and sympathetic girl, even that would be enough.

Nice hotel, good location. Not too far from Spindleruv Mlyn away, still within walking distance.
The rooms are clean and the events are also very nice (we were on new years eve there, the new year's Eve buffet was free and very good and also very nice Fireworks)
in any case once again.

Vacationing there in January! Really liked it! The staff was friendly and helpful. Constant surprises for children!

Prihemny hotel, super wellness a dobra kuchyn.

Originally, we had to stay a few nights, but the rooms are nice, they are small and the walls have been plastered onto. We wanted to give the massage, but we were pretty harshly said, that if we do not have the so-called. Package, so we don't have a chance, because the Lady in the wellness is on it's own, which at a four-star hotel, according to me it is not. The most recent disappointment was restaurant, where prices are almost as good as the restaurant kogo in the same locality, but the names of the dishes do not have nothing to do with reality, the chef from the pub odkoukal names and prices from their better colleagues, unfortunately neodkoukal recipes and preparation. The hotel should not have four stars, because it is misleading enough three or two, this is a classic flat-rate hotel for the German's "packages".

Very suitable for the family.

The hotel is located in 3 areas aufgeteielt, we were in the area and had a family room we were very pleased with the!

Well, food ok, room service not ok, not for mobilitäseingeschrenkte persons very many stairs suitable. Without lift. The Clarion in Prague is much better and the staff friendly.

It is not a 4 stars Hotel, I could give them Maximum 3. The location is not the best. When I arrive, the guy in the reception didn't speak English. I booked a double room and it was explicitly writen to be "1" bed, double. It was a twin room. I went to tell them and they told me that in this room they only have this, that they don't have double beds. There were some details in the room that neither were for a 4 star Hotel. The next morning the girl in reception didn't speak good English, but enough to speak a little. We needed indications about the mountains around to go for a walk. And nobody was able to give us information, even not the boss of the Service Stuff. When we left, they put in our bill a price more expensive than what we had booked. After show reservations and papers we paid what we had agreed. I won't go again there.
