Fantastic modern new hotel. Great location for all the local hikes. We stayed in the junior suite with pool view and it was fabulous, beautiful mountain views when waking up. Staff were great and very helpful. Hotel offers secure car parking but limited spaces. Outdoor pool was a great place to relax. The gym was the best hotel gym we’ve ever come across, huge modern and well equipped. Quality equipment. Would define recommend for a mountain stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Pendeli Resort Hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, with friendly and attentive staff who made the whole experience very pleasant. The hotel is very cozy, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean, making it feel both comfortable and luxurious. The location is very convenient, close to everything you might need, while still offering a peaceful mountain getaway. The facilities are great and well-maintained, adding even more value to the stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish escape in the mountains. Definitely going back again!

Pendeli Resort is a stunning resort in Platres, offering a truly unique experience in the heart of the mountains. I was unsure of what to expect as we normally go on a beach break, however this did not disappoint. The resort is very modern with stylish furniture, elegant rooms and suites that perfectly complement the natural surroundings. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our stay very warm and welcoming. The outdoor pool was amazing — beautifully designed and ideal for relaxation and we used it to the max. The Spa treatments were a joy and I took full advantage. Dining here was also a delight, with delicious food that exceeds expectations. Enjoyed the great cocktails and making them was not a problem, even those not on the menu. We enjoyed seeing and taking part in the Easter celebrations. So whether you’re planning a weekend escape, a romantic getaway, or exploring the region, Pendeli Resort is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

A Mixed Experience — Great Amenities, But Lacking in Key Areas.
I stayed at Pendeli Resort in Platres for two-night getaway. While the hotel in general is clean and offers a really nice vibe, the overall experience was a bit of a mixed bag due to some notable drawbacks.
There are definitely some strong positives to this resort:
Great Facilities: The property features a lovely outdoor pool for guests to use, and they also have a very nice, high-end gym which is a great bonus.
Excellent Breakfast: The morning breakfast has a nice selection of options. A highlight was the dedicated station where they create custom omelets for you—a great touch if you are a protein fan!
However, several issues seriously impacted our stay:
Zero Soundproofing: This was the biggest disappointment. There is absolutely no soundproofing in the rooms; you can hear anyone and everything around you. When you are paying a premium price for a one-night stay, this lack of privacy and quiet is a real shame for such a hotel.
Low-Quality Evening Meal: We dined at the hotel in the evening, and unfortunately, the food was far too basic and of low quality.
Bar Menu Issues: When we visited the hotel bar, we tried to order some specific beers and whiskeys directly from their menu. The waitress informed us they didn't have them. To the management: if you do not carry the items, it is much better to simply remove them from the menu to avoid frustrating your guests.

We especially liked the spa — the sauna, steam room, and ice bath were amazing, teh ladies working on spa reception very friendly and helpful.
The gym is huge, with all the equipment you might need and a beautiful view.
Breakfast is good, and the room is beautiful. The towels and bathrobes are so fluffy 🥰
The standard room doesn’t have a very big bathroom. If you have a lot of cosmetics, there isn’t much space for them, but it’s manageable.
The reception staff are very helpful. Especially the lady working in the evening — she helped us choose a taverna, and we were very happy, we ate Cyprus meze in makris restaurant 👌🏼

This hotel truly felt luxurious and offered everything one could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent and the overall atmosphere was elegant and welcoming. What impressed me the most was the buffet —every dish had different taste from what we are used to in Cyprus. There were many different options to choose from, all of them rich in taste and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The beef was amazing—very tender and aromatic. The shrimp were very sweet with peppers. The lamb chops melted in your mouth. Even the tzatziki had different herbs in it, which made it unique.!

Great new hotel. With nice spa and pool. Design, interior, rooms, all facilities are amazing. The breakfast was also on a very high lvl. The staff is super nice and professional. We love this place. Definitely will come again. And what a great nature outside. You breathe it. Oh the last but not least the Gym. Huge room with nice windows view to the forest. With super expensive equipment. We stayed at Pendeli Resort in Platres with a friend and chose this hotel specifically because of the heated outdoor pool.
The hotel is nicely designed, with beautiful details, comfortable rooms, and Molton Brown toiletries, which we appreciated. However, the pool was a major disappointment. The hotel has an on-site promotional video stating that the pool is heated to 26–28°C, but in reality the water temperature was nowhere near that — closer to 15°C, making it unusable in winter. Photos will be attached.
Since the pool was the main reason for our booking, we would not have chosen this hotel at this price without it. Especially in the off-season, when for around 300 euros per night there are other hotels with full spa facilities offering much better value.
We were also disappointed with the reaction from the reception staff. When we raised our concerns, the response was simply “we know”, with no apology or alternative offered.
For summer, this hotel could be a nice option to cool off in the mountains. However, in winter, if a heated pool is important to you, we would recommend choosing a different hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the hotel employees were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The only minor issue was with the bathroom shower, where the water temperature alternated between hot and cold, slightly affecting the experience. The food was outstanding, with great quality and taste, and the breakfast offered a very good variety and freshness. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

We absolute loved our stay here. The whole place is stunning. Especially the reception area. It was tastefully decorated for Christmas and felt very cosy.
The bar area was also very cozy and the perfect place for a drink and to read.
The gym was probably the most impressive hotel gym I’ve ever seen with absolutely everything including two squat racks!
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially Thomas at our dinner.
We are sad we only had one night here and would have loved to have stayed for longer. We would absolutely recommend.

New resort with excellent quality. Very clean, quiet with all the amenities that one resort must have! Mr. Constantinos the maitre was very helpful and his personnel have high standards. I will definitely come back!

We stayed for two nights in October at Pendeli Resort, and everything was simply perfect! It was a big plus that we could bring our dog with us, the hotel is truly pet-friendly and welcoming.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was wonderful, very kind and attentive, making us feel at home right away. The hotel and rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
We enjoyed the spa facilities, including a relaxing full-body massage, the sauna, and the steam room. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of delicious options to choose from.
We will definitely return! Thank you to everyone at Pendeli Resort for making our stay so relaxing and memorable. 🙏
