In Platres there are not many places open to eat in the evening in September but we got a decent meal here with a friendly helpful waiter who was happy for us to order food early but specify a time we’d like the food to arrive, which was most accommodating.
The food was great, especially the slow cooked pork. The small outdoor seating area lacked much atmosphere though the colourful plants made an attractive barrier to the road. Good value for money.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but stopped by for refreshing smoothies. The smoothie was made from local fruits and was absolutely delicious with beautiful presentation. We had a little chat with lovely manager Chara, she was so sweet and gave us some plums from their garden to go. Highly recommend this place!

An incredible find, delicious coffee, exceptional service and mouthwatering cake. The young lady who runs the hotel and her team were extremely friendly and fascinating to talk with. We were in our way through and stopped here as it looked so beautiful. We will definitely be back, she has turned this hotel into a really beautiful place with a boutique feel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Breakfast wasn’t too nutritious in our opinion but dinner was excellent! Good portions, good prices and meat excellently grilled! The service was very professional, caring and friendly. Room are quite retro, could be more modern for the prices but they were clean and had a lovely view. The walls are quite thin so you hear others talking even late in the evening which isn’t very pleasant. It’s located at the start of a trail which is great! You can simply start your hike from the hotel. Recommend it!

We spent 5 unforgettable days at this beautiful hotel, and every moment felt special. The food was incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and served with such care. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the warm and genuine hospitality. Chara and Stefanos went above and beyond to make us feel not just welcome, but truly at home. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories.

We wanted a budget friendly place to use as our base camp as we would be out hiking the natural trails and this small place was recommended to us.
It is family owned and operated, super friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and have all the little amenities like a/c, tv, kettle, small fridge and hair dryer. Breakfast is the basics such as cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt, honey, tea and coffee but they will cook you an omelette or scrabble eggs and bacon and things like that if you want. The restaurant has a small menu but what we had (pork chop, chicken fillet) was near perfect with probably the best fries I had in forever. As a place to spend the night, shower and have some meals in while you are mostly out visiting places and hiking, this was perfect. Definitely coming back.

We had such an amazing experience at the restaurant attached to the hotel! The food was absolutely outstanding – every dish was a delight. The interior and atmosphere were warm, cozy, and incredibly inviting. We enjoyed our lunch so much that we’ve decided we must stay at this hotel someday. A truly unforgettable spot!

Family owned cosy beautifully decorated place in the heart of Platres. Ideal if you don't want a formal hotel experience but something more friendly and more private with more of a home vibe, as there are just about 10 rooms capacity. The food is of excellent quality and quantity and of cypriot cuisine. It is close to Millomeris waterfall hike.

I highly recommend this place for relaxing in the mountain, and it's only a short drive from the center of Cyprus, the rooms are so cozy, and in the lobby there is a fireplace, you absolutely feel home, plus the stuff are very friendly and warm! The food is very very delicious and there is a variety of food, it's perfect if you are looking for adventure and relaxation in the mountains.

Kallithea Inn is the perfect retreat in the Troodos mountains, ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, with a staff that makes you feel right at home. Rooms are comfortable and always spotless. The food is homemade, delicious, and features fresh, local ingredients. Definitely a place you’ll want to return to.

If you want the best experience of Cyprus go here! This place had the most attentive stuff you could ever meet, the team is so kind, always smiling and this place has such a positive energy!
This is one of the cosiest places with the cleanest rooms and the kindest people!
After finishing our very delicious dinner on our first night, we wanted to explore Platres so the owner himself took us on a tour in the village and it was a very authentic experience!

Nice, small and cozy hotel. Bit outdated, but it suits the environment. The family who owns the hotel is really friendly and helpful, explain a lot about the area and give tips to get around. Some rooms are better than others, bathroom is very small but functional. Breakfast is limited, but owner cooks fresh eggs the way you like it. Location is nice, beautiful view from the terrace and balcony if you have a room facing the street. From here you can easily visit all sites in the Troodos mountains. 3 nights is enough.

It’s one small hotel exactly in Platres centre it has around 10 rooms!
The rooms are really warm, beautiful and well decorated! ✅
Best months to come its around September-October! 🙏🏻
Breakfast its simple but at leats they give you the option to order scrambles eggs, fried eggs or omelette! ✅
