Excellent villa. Plenty of space and storage. Great views and convenient location for transport, shoos, restaurant and beach. Air congreat in bedrooms but none downstairs.

Stayed here for a week this August and whilst we had a great time the villa itself is very tired and dated and in need of some TLC.

Beautiful Villa, clean inside/outside, very spacious, everything you need for your stay. Lovely sized pool with plenty of seating. Lovely balcony to watch the sun go down.

This villa offered everything we needed. Its HUGE!

Nice villa with pool and sea views.
Spacious with comfortable beds.
Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. French press, juicer. Fridge freezer, dishwasher and clothes airer.

Amazing and would go again! Wifi is quite bad and slow sadly and TV a bit dated but you don’t come away to watch that, bare it in mind for kids or on an evening.

We stayed for two nights and it was a great experience. The place was well-maintained and very comfortable. Mr. Christoforos, the owner’s brother, was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome.

Villa is lovely, everything you need is there but would highly recommend getting a car as the villa is a bit out of the way from the main coral bay and the supermarket.

We absolutely love staying here. It is so peaceful and super clean. Nothing is too much trouble for the host, Anna. Welcome pack was great with milk, coffee, juice, bread, ham, and cheese.

An amazing town set up for all kind of fun Nd activities, plenty of bar, restaurants, and entertainment, a lovely beach not to far either with stunning views.

It was wonderful! Really good vibes!
My stay at the Karydhia Cottage was absolutely wonderful. The house was beautiful and had all the necessities.

We stayed at Villa Adaris for two weeks in August 2025.

I have been using prestige bookings for many years.
The villa's are flawless, excellently cared for with all you need for yourself and family.
