Spent 2 weeks at latchi resort and had a great time. The management and staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to help. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. We were a group of 12, 4 family's and not one of us had anything to complain about. Had some great nights with family, other holiday makers and staff. I would recommend and hope to go back next year. Thank you for a lovely 2 weeks.

Few minor problems, quickly resolved by helpful staff food good, location beautiful, had a great holiday going again next year 👏👏

We booked this hotel for our family holiday this year and can honestly say all 12 of us (adults and children) had an amazing time. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the cleaners came in to change bedding and put fresh towels daily, they also did sweet little touches like place my daughters teddies around her bed etc. Their was a little Vietnam lady who came early every morning to tidy around the complex and bless her she put her whole heart into it and was so friendly. The views were absolutely stunning, from our room and the resort terrace we over looked the beach, harbour and hilly Greenland. The staff were friendly and all went out of their way to accommodate and welcome us. Eleni the manager of the resort was the most friendliest helpful manager I’ve ever came across she and her team went above and beyond to make our holiday enjoyable. When they found out my partner proposed to me the chef In the restaurant put on the most amazing 3 course dinner for all 12 of us on our last evening which was an amazing touch to our holiday 😊 Whilst we were their there was a few issues with the pool which when brought to managements attention was attended to straight away.

Had an absolutely amazing time here! Friendly staff, beautiful scenery, and hot sunshine what more could you ask for. The food was delicious and the staff were lovely. Many thanks to Andri, Enzo, George and Marios for making our stay extra special. We will be sure to book again in the future thank you again Nicki and Karl X.

We are on our last day at this lovely hotel a couple and 15 yr old son. Very clean, food is great, pool is fab. Staff are lovely and very friendly, nothing is to much trouble, would recommend it. Also happy for us to keep our room till we leave tonight.

I have just left after a 5 day all inclusive stay and I would like to say it was amazing. Everyone was very friendly the food was perfect, the rooms were superclean all I can do is praise everything. Will definitely go next year.

Dirty and obviously neglected. Moth-eaten bedsheets, basic equipment broken and/or missing, unhelpful reception staff, no room service for 4 days and lastly, unsanitized buffet in the middle of covid 19!
A real shame as it is a nicely located place with great potential if renovated and managed correctly.
With so many negative comments, it is very obvious that the positive ones are fake!

A really nice resort just minutes walk from the sea front.
The rooms were spacious, the staff were more than helpful and polite.
The breakfast was good as was the evening meal buffet.
We had one “problem” when we booked which was rectified straight away and the staff were extremely Apologetic and left us a welcome gift in our room upon arriving.
I personally think that the pool could do with some major work as a group of kids found a massive pile of tiles that had fallen off and handed them to the lifeguard.
Saying that I would still happily go back here again.

Avoid — if you want a sparse room, poor hygiene standards and unhelpful staff all for £115 per night then you will love it. I have never walked out after one night, but this was unacceptable! Found an amazing resort 10 mins up the road in Caprice resort and Spa… love it.

We booked for a week family of 5 pool so huge, staff are so nice all of them, kids club is great, food is lovely deffo booking to come back next year.

One of the dirtiest places I have ever visited.
Other than a nice view this place is not worth the money.
I hade to leave the hotel and moove to other hotel because apparently insects are included in with the room. The managers excuse is the rain. I get that but the rooms are suppose to be sealed. The facilities are old.
Really ruined my vacation.

Lovely and peaceful place to stay. Beautiful grounds. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights, came home yesterday and have rebooked today for next month. Great value for money. The views are amazing.

We went to the Latchi Family Resort as non residents for lunch, it was buffet style with lots of choice to meet all tastes and great value for money. If going for lunch you are also allowed to use the pool which means you can have a great day out. Staff were very friendly as well.

A fantastic resort! A family friendly hotel with loads of activities available for both young and old. Good service, delicious food and great value for money. Will definitely be visiting soon again!
