Used for its pool. Happy to have visited. Avoid it over the weekend as as it busy with kids playing with balls. During the weekdays it is much better. The service is excellent.

The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean. Breakfast was very good. However, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the room doors slam shut loudly — which can be disturbing at night.

Very good Location and the owner is a very good kind and helpful man.

Everything you need is there. Fully furnished for a reasonable price.

Stayed for 2 nights in April. Good sized room woth large wet room. On top floor so right next to the roof terrace.

I was very happy with my choice of accommodation. Kipros is a short walk from the bus station and to every thing you would want to see.

Great location, less than 5 mins from the border crossing! This a great budget alternative when staying in Nicosia. The rooms are well equipped and clean.

It is a very pretty building with 3 rooms. It has a very authentic feel, really clean, and well equipped. It's close to the centre of the city in a historic location.

We stayed only for one night there. Very cooperative host. We were in contact while coming from south Cyprus and we arrived around 8pm. It's like 15-20 minutes far from the Ag. Dometios border.

As people who live in Limassol, Nicosia is generally not an attractive destination for us at all. However, this hotel was simply magical.

Excellent service, very welcoming staff at reception, with a welcome drink, clean rooms and good location. Nice breakfast with a good coffee to go from friendly staff.

Positive: All was perfect a nice small cosy room we all the stuff we need. Clean and tidy with new air conditioning, in a nice quiet area. Negative: Τίποτα.

Positive: They bought extra things such as a clothes line to dry clothes and additional pans.

The Delphi Hotel is a very good hotel with great service. The rooms are nice and there’s a beautiful view from the room.

I did no lt stay in this place. Only used their luggage storegae service.
Paid 5euros per luggage bag, so I can do sight seeing Nicosia easier.
Right next to the bus station. Friendly staff.

Excellent apartment in the heart of the old city.
Spectacularly designed. Everything is white inside (just like in the pictures).
A very well kept building with an entry code and an elevator.

Stayed here with my friend in 2025 and the place was absolutely formidable. The host is an exceptionally kind and caring man. Everything was in great order and very authentic. 11/10 will visit again!

I stayed this year with a friend of mine for a week and it was amazing! First of all the location was amazing, with an excellent restaurant next to it called: Evroulas.

This one bed apartment was in a great location and had everything you could want/need for a short stay in Nicosia.
The host was very helpful.

The ambiance of the place as soon as you walk through the door is so peaceful. It is modern, clean and everything was functional. Walking distance to the office and to the centre.

The hotel was right on a little piece of beach and beside a picturesque little harbour.
