Great location! Centrally located with close access to resturants, shops, bus interchange, … The breakfast spread is reasonably good. Key is that there are great enthusiastic waiters and waitress.

What a great little hotel! Inside the old city walls by the arabahmet neighbourhood, so you can easily walk to everything. Very friendly staff. Excellent showers — lots of hot water and no leaks.

A lovely hotel, only a few minutes walk from the border crossing and various bars and restaurants. The room was clean, had a big bathroom and the shower was lovely and hot. Good Wi-Fi.

Good hotel. Good location — this is the main advantage. Quiet, decent size clean rooms. Do not expect much — this is three stars. Do not be misled by word "boutique" in the name.

Used for its pool. Happy to have visited. Avoid it over the weekend as as it busy with kids playing with balls. During the weekdays it is much better. The service is excellent.

The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean. Breakfast was very good. However, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the room doors slam shut loudly — which can be disturbing at night.
