Had a very nice stay…Clean well maintained hotel. The hotel does not have a private parking. But there is plenty of parking on the street.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent — the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was very cosy, bright, modern, comfortable and perfectly clean.

Beautiful hotel and very cozy rooms, they provide good quality soaps etc, definitely a luxurious stay.

My son and I spent a few days here and loved this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the view from the room was magical — Christmas fair was across the street — we easily walked everywhere.

Ms. Selay was very helpful in all processes from the beginning to the end of our vacation. She explained in detail all the places to visit in Cyprus after we arrived.

We stayed for two nights in April at Gul Hanim House and really enjoyed it. Great location just inside the old city walls, beautifully decorated building.

Excellent utilisation of space. Gorgeous decor. Felt very safe. Slightly tricky to find location but just off ledra st with its many restaurants. Great for exploring old town. Rooms well-appointed.

A beautifully renovated heritage building located within the historic walls, just a short walk from the convenient D'Avila Bastion parking area.

We arrived at 11:30pm and were greeted by a wonderful man named Mike. He was so helpful and always smiling. Made us feel so comfortable.

We arrived at this hotel after two exhausting months in north Cyprus and were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by everybody.

Good hotel. Good location — this is the main advantage. Quiet, decent size clean rooms. Do not expect much — this is three stars. Do not be misled by word "boutique" in the name.

It is a very pretty building with 3 rooms. It has a very authentic feel, really clean, and well equipped. It's close to the centre of the city in a historic location.

We stayed only for one night there. Very cooperative host. We were in contact while coming from south Cyprus and we arrived around 8pm. It's like 15-20 minutes far from the Ag. Dometios border.

Stayed here with my friend in 2025 and the place was absolutely formidable. The host is an exceptionally kind and caring man. Everything was in great order and very authentic. 11/10 will visit again!

I stayed this year with a friend of mine for a week and it was amazing! First of all the location was amazing, with an excellent restaurant next to it called: Evroulas.
