White 11

This is an amazing hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are spotless, spacious and have everything you need.
The owner is friendly and helpful and check.
In and out is really easy with key boxes. Brilliant location in the old town and 2 mins walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. We will highly recommend, amazing value.

We stayed at White 11 in March. Lovely studio with sea view at reasonable price.
Good location, everything at walking distance, close to the beach and restaurant, however away from the main road. Even tho there is a reception, nobody was there, we got the instructions by email how to get the keys and the code from the main door. Keep in mind the sea view rooms are on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The studio was clean on the 2nd or 3rd day (changing towels and moping the floor. As per info displayed, the bed sheets are changed on the 5th or 6th day).
In the studio can find a kettle, cups, glasses and tea/sugar bags, also a bottle of water.
Recommendations for the owner:
Few things that don't cost a lot and need improvement.
● towels — are extremely used and needs to be changed.
● soap dispenser — it's all rusty. Just replace it with a plastic one that doesn't cost much. Also needs to be changed.
● toilet brush — old, dirty and hardly can be called brush as only the stick is left.

Great place to stay in Larnaca.
Rooms& bathroom very clean. Also the towels were very clean (very important for us) 😄.
Location is close to good restaurants and close to the beach (aprox 5 min walk)
I am not sure if this location is,, adults only,, because our little neighbours were very loudly at 7 Am 🤣. Not a problem for us thought!

I really recommend this accomodation. Very close to the beach and in very central location but the most important is that the hosts are amazing and super helpful. We forgot our tshirt and they messaged us and came to the airport to give us. It was so so kind. Big applause to Veer!

First the pictures I took are before check out. The apartment was immaculately clean and well presented with a crisp clean bed.
We loved this place and have decided it’s now our go to place to stay when we travel for running races because as well as being in a perfect location it’s also quiet which is important as we go to bed early the night before a run.
The host welcomed us and politely asked me to move my car to the side so another resident could use the space. I would say it was parking for a few cars. Again, something very few places offer. The air con does heat which was great this time of year. Shower was big and clean as well as a fridge and kettle. Enough toilet roll for a month and a few ornaments to add some cheer.
An all together great stay.
Useful for tourists was the list of phone number for emergency services as well as a doctor etc which I’ve never seen before.
Already rebooked for another event in a few weeks. Oh yes almost forgot. A good sized smart TV as well as Wi-Fi. Bars and restaurants less that 5 minutes walk.

A great hotel for the night, suited us perfectly as we were travelling late at night. We arrived early hours of the morning check in was easy (reception not staffed) key box and instructions very clear.
The room was large, the bed slightly hard the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The best thing about the hotel is the location it’s in a perfect spot would recommend however be aware of the very limited car parking spaces and the early cockerel crowing 😂

The location is fantastic, just a minute walk to the beach. My room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water. Overall, I have no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy stay close to the beach.

Basic hotel that is clean and in a great location. No amenities or any food and there is rarely anyone at the front desk. Works well if you’re on a budget and just want a clean and safe place to sleep.

We recently stayed at White 11 Hotel in Cyprus, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had a pleasant atmosphere that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Though there was no one at the reception during the night, the hotel thoughtfully provided clear instructions on how to manage everything ourselves, which was very helpful. One tip for future visitors: If you're driving, it's worth noting that the hotel has only three parking spots. We recommend reaching out in advance to secure a parking space. Overall, White 11 Hotel was a fantastic choice for our first night in Cyprus, especially given its close proximity to Larnaca Airport. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!

Great room, I adored it for the interior design. We had every comfort, A/C, clean bathroom, etc. The only con was that in the morning there wan't receptionist and we found him they couldnt check our luggage.

Excellent place to stay in Larnaca. Everything worked perfectly in the room and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the place and the person who welcomed us was very friendly. We could parked the car in the hotel parking for free. We would return a thousand times.

My husband and I stayed 3 here for 3 nights in March. Very good location, close to the beach and the Church of St. Lazarus. The room's balcony overlooked the water, which was great. The sheets were clean, and the power adapter came in very handy. The Wi-Fi in room 301 did not work, but fortunately, we were able to connect to the one in room 302 next door. However, the cleaning in the bathroom could be much better. The shower and sink showed some traces of dirt, the shower support was broken, and you had to hold the showerhead to wash yourself. There was dust on the desk and other surfaces, which was a bit disturbing, and there was some glue on top of the bed, indicating that something had been attached there.

Terrific place. To get to the suite with the sea view you need to carry your laguage for 3 floors (no elevator) but you are rewarded with a great view of the sea. The room is very spacious and modern. Everything is top notch. Great!

Superb location, one road in from the beach and the Old Fort which is the meeting point of Larnaca's 2 beautiful promenades. Free private on-site parking, which was great because all the sights, Old Town, commercial port, beach and loads of restaurants are all easy walking distance so we didn't use the car at all during our stay.

I stayed here with my boyfriend on 2024-04-23. It was a very lovely place to stay! The host was welcoming, helpful and friendly. The place was clean and beautiful. The best part was the location as it very easy access to the city center as well as the beach. It was a big plus that there was a parking. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Highly recommended 🌼

Location is amazing. You can easily walk to the promenade and all the shops and restaurants. There is a mosque nearby too which is the main mosque of the city. Staff is very friendly, especially the Indian guy (apologies forgot his name). Hotel is very clean. From the balcony we could see the sea. Blackout curtains are great. A/c works well.
