The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. They are cleaning the rooms daily, the breakfast is good. Only they don’t have good coffee. 2 mins walk there is a beach which is not so busy like the others.
We recommend it highly. ♥️

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and especially Wesley who helped us to book a tour of Cyprus, and for the bottle of wine he had delivered too our room as a honeymoon gift, will definitely stay here again next time I visit Cyprus.

Me and my daughter have come for 10 days. We love everything about it here. Also as the kids are still at school back home its very quite and relaxed. Highly recomend xxxx.

Fantastic hotel, very modern, with large spacious rooms. The staff were so helpful and friendly, did everything they could to make your stay a good one. I loved the pool area, especially at night. A great place to sit and relax. The food was pretty good, but portions were rather large! nothing negative to say at all. I would highly recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, the food was great, the beds were nice and the bathroom was very large. I have never eaten such a tasty

In principle, it is good, clean, cozy, not intrusive. They clean up normally. Food is not bad, you can always find to eat who likes what. The staff are friendly, friendly. I would bet 5, but the hotel is located slightly out of the way, so put 4, but hard!

The hotel itself was not, but the grounds are well-groomed, and there is an outdoor Wai-Fai. For this special thank you and you 5.

Lovely rooms (soundproofing would be good! ). Lovely staff although a few need to smile and drop the attitude at times. Pool is amazing and great bar food. Just avoid the evening buffet. Lots of fat and little quality or choice as it is bulked out by salads. Breakfast is not much better with anemic sausages and literally bacon fat. Nothing is hot! The milk is kept in a jug at the other end of the dining room from the tea/coffee. Why? Location is good for a few beaches but I would recommend a car.

My partner and I would like to thank you ALL for a wonderful stay with you @sveltoshotel We stayed for 7 nights and can’t explain what a fantastic stay it was! We felt so welcomed and it was like being at home! The staff where so helpful, thoughtful and just great! The food was amazing with great variety and the quality was exceptional! The hotel room was so clean, modern and the balcony was perfect. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, a 3 minute walk to the gorgeous beach with breathtaking views! The hotel is only 4 miles away from Larnaca and only cost €1.50 on the bus! Our visit was our first to Cyprus, and it has opened our eyes to what a fantastic place Cyprus is to visit, for couples or families!

A very good 3 star hotel, small and friendly, their staff are their biggest asset, very clean with a relaxing feel to everything. Near the main bus route into Larnaca. I will stay again.

Good hotel, 3 + * exactly. The hotel clearly tends to get 4 *. Clean, comfortable and beautiful. 5 + cleaning. The only location of the hotel is far from taverns and cafes, as well as entertainment venues. Babashkas Hotel and purely for families with small children, which energetic rest is not necessary, and for seals in all included. Option to take breakfast-dinner and rent a car. In the evening it is impossible to walk and sit at the hotel. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, it was a big minus for us.

Small but quite decent. The food is excellent. To the sea across the road 5-7 minutes. The only minus in the rooms there are no refrigerators, for a fee of 5 euros per day. The hair dryer is available. I recommend for a quiet, budget holiday.

God money worth and easy access by bus to the city centrum and the airport. However, not much in the neighborhood in terms of restaurants and shops, quite a distance to a good beach and the rooms are not very soundproof.

The hotel is outside of Larnaca (Oroklini) but there are two buses which will take you to the city. One does go to the airport as well. On arrival I paid 30€ for a cab as I did not pre book as I thought the hotel was in Larnaca. I do not think I would have managed to find the hotel using public transport on my first night. On the other side of the road you can get a bus to Aya Napa. I went out of season so they restaurant did not have a full menu on the drinks side. They were honest about it and made other good suggestions. The room was large and clean. I did not use the pool but there were other people using it. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a buffet. The orange juice was orange squash. Other than that breakfast was good I had no problems with it. I had a nice view out of my window. I went out of season and the calm and quiet was what I needed.

A great three star Hotel on the outskirts of Larnaka in the municipality of Oroklini. We stayed a week in April, the pool was already open and there were few people (Poles, English, some Russian and some Arabs) and good weather. The value for money is very good. We did a 10% discount for immediate payment by booking through their website. They helped us book a taxi to pick us up at Larnaka Airport and the staff were always very friendly and attentive to us. Many thanks to Marianna, Mona, Katerina and Liudmila for attending so kindly. The food in the restaurant is good and the large portions, the terrace is very nice in the afternoon. The rooms are good and the bathroom is correct, all functional although only a free plug for mobile or computer chargers is little. The only thing is that if you want to have a fridge in the room you have to let it know and you pay aside. The breakfast included is well worth it, it's buffet type. The nearest beach is a three minute walk, it is of stones but the water is clean and is very little frequented. From the Hotel there are two local buses, the 424 and the 425 that take you to the centre of Larnaka, the Stop "Henipa" is at 100 meters. They also stop on the way to Larnaka next to the supermarket "Jumbo" (2km) and the "Lidl" (4km) in case you want to shop.

The room was infested with ants and the person at the front desk said she'd get the house cleaner to clean it. That doesn't fix the ant problem because she doesn't have bug spray. This is hotel is not by anything.

Very clean friendly helpful staff. Large pool. Food very average very far out from Lanarca nothing in immediate vacinity. Would be helpful to hire a car.

Lovely little hotel beautiful pool and outdoor terrace good food and cocktails. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff and very reasonably priced.

Higher class of hotel, based on my cyprus experience for a lower price. Its on the edge of the city so its less easy to get around without a car, so without it I would think of a different place. I lived the pool view from the second floor, specially the sun down. Overall its nice place with 5 mins walk to the beach, easy parking, gym, pool, restaurant and elevator :-)

Besides the fact that the hotel is outside the city we have 2 buses 5 minutes away. The beach is almost 7 minutes away and the area is quite. The hotel restaurant is amazing. It has a Mediterranean concept and the fireplace is perfect during the winter. Also, the food was very tasty. The rooms are nice and clean.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming beautiful atmosphere. Amazing pool and little pool. Food is fantastic and there is a good range of drinks. Comfortable seating area. Waitress service is available and a good service. Second third time here.

Great place with great prices and amenities. Nothing bad to say about it. We enjoyed our stay there. Free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning was a big plus.

Me and 2 of my brothers stayed at this hotel from the 14th October 2016, we had a fantastic time, the staff were excellent and I would like to give a huge thank you to Giota Sozou, Stella Efthimiou, Loukia llia (loucy), Julia Panayiotou, Marianna Delianidou, for all contributing to our excellent stay, they just all couldn't do enough for us, nothing was to much trouble, and a special thanks to Giota Sozou for ironing my t. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the restaurant was lovely as was the food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family if you are looking for a relaxing time in Larnaca Cyprus.

Now in this hotel. — Responsive staff 5+. Food buffet table — 4. À La carte (chargeable) — 4+. — 5+. The beach is clean, but not comfortable, not a lot of tourists. Close to the beach. Chaise Euro — 2, 5, — 2, 5 Euro umbrella. Quiet hotel with great staff, good food, crystal clear sea. Recommend someone all of the above in priority. No fun at all. For trash and Ayia NAPA. For quiet, peaceful recreation — You are here-the Sveltos. Further comments as stay.

Everything is just super! I really liked the clean, it's beautiful. And most importantly, kind, cheerful and helpful staff! Thanks to all of You.

Small and inconsistent, just recently renovated with very helpful and friendly staff.
It is saved on the service in the dining room, so the tables are not covered and there is only buffet. Morning coffee and tea from the machine or the bag are available. In the evening, there are unfortunately no water on the tables. On the other hand, the food is good. Not much choice, but adequate. (Still low season, there is a small buffet. )
The rooms are modernly furnished, however, there is no furniture with drawers, only open compartments, so that the clothes lying around openly. Enough storage space is just for one person, more is running out.
There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom, also there is no cloakroom.
The water a long time needed to be warm, this is a waste of water.
Lobby and pool area are equipped, the shop has (yet? ) a small selection.
Larnaca Centre is easy to reach by bus, a kiosk and a few shops are a short bus stop away, also walking distance.
Local three star are adequate.

Everything is fine but far from the city for outdoor activities 4 to 5 calm.
