Stayed in this hotel for 15 days. Checked into a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea and the pool. The furniture in the room is old, but quite suitable. They didn't feed badly, there were no sweets, which was great for me. Animation in the hotel is not, which is a minus, but there are cheerful bartenders). ) ). The hotel has 2 large nice pools, cleaned and chlorinated them every day. Every Tuesday there was live music in the hotel. This hotel is suitable for those who don't like seal sees.

Not the worst hotel. If you come to rest not on the hotel grounds, the best option is in terms of price/quality. If you are used to the "hotel" rest, it is better to look for something better. The food is quite edible.

Worst hotel I have ever been lousy service, poor service awareness. they replace the towels once in three days even though it was very smelly and they refused to give us "extra" towels. they actually put many effort to make you feel unwelcome. the non-working TV was the size of midsize smartphone, couldn't watch world cup matches or to fall a sleep with National Geographic. my daughter dropped her pacifier under the bed and then I find out where all the dirt in the world are hidden in. no coffee machine in the rooms no coffee machine in the lobby bad food only one fine thing — the pool its my my first time I am writing that long review and this is because the terrible stay there.

I love cyprus and will stay almost anywhere to be in cyprus but I do have standards. My wife and I arrived in cyprus around 10.00pm on 13th June 2018, we flew into Larnaca which is unusual as we do prefer the paphos side but any way it is what it is I was there for an interview so I was all geared up to go for it the job I mean, we said to the taxi driver at the airport crown resort hotel he asked if it was limassol we weren’t very sure and it turns out it was the hinepi crown resort which he said was a big big difference from the Limassol hotel. We got to the hotel and then where do I start, the room was disgusting the smell was terrible and the whole place was just out and out filthy, we went down for breakfast and we’ll there was a choice, good if you were a Russian as they were more catered for with cold hams, cheeses, and other rubbish that they eat but the western folks were not catered for toast, coffee, and Greek yogurt if you were lucky. Lastly the room old bulkhead lights above your mirror, badly cracked socket, broken toilet seat, and the carpet you could have stuck to it. And finally there were a few bits ands pieces of grime, body hair, and just out and out grime and filth please don’t even go there for your own health. We went here as a last minute deal as I was going on my interview and they advertise 4 STARS what a joke!

The hotel is old. Furniture "killed", it is not enough, the promised mini-bar (paid) in the room is not (it turns out, it's just a refrigerator and deliver it for 3.5 euros per day). Cleaning the room daily but not thorough when settled, the towels were terribly dirty, had to be asked to be replaced. Waifai free in the restaurant (promised) no, TV at first also did not work. From the positive: there is air conditioning (works) and a good breakfast.

The staff was very Friendly and helpful. Food acceptable: Tasty, but modestly, alcohol decent. There is no Animation. Sea in 200 m, Pebble Beach, entrance sloping.

Cyprus was great warm people. The hotel was horrible. Never again!

For three-a chic hotel. The rooms are clean, cleaned, the only thing that needs a little facelift. The food was excellent. Sea-crossing the road, shop nearby.

The hotel is old. But the food is normal. The sea is beautiful) service is also normal. The usual three. The bungalows are more interesting to live in. It's quieter in the hull.

This hotel was my favourite place. But since, it has deteriorated. The finest things have gone in the rooms eg tea making fridge. Towels reduced 2 times a week to change. Bed linen once a week. Therefore I would never go there again! give it a wide berth!

A terrible hotel! No one will advise! I have stolen a bag of money on the territory of the hotel! Right at lunch time! In the room we had torn dirty curtains, dust on the ventilation systems, plumbing leaves much to be desired! The staff is unpleasant, at the reception was denied assistance in the situation with the sale, while eating the waiters go and speak very loudly among themselves, carrying a full cart of dirty dishes! Food is good, but there was hardly any meat, and what was, it is difficult to call meat! It is better to pay and settle in a more decent place!

Rubbish very disappointing holiday. Food dreadful.

The hotel is disgusting. It's impossible to eat food. It's not worth the money. Wai fai is paid. Go to Turkey, there's paradise. Cyprus is boring.

The staff are kind and responsive. Repairs to the main building and restaurant are recommended. The location is good, the sea is close.

I know its a cheap hotel and I don't mind the old communist look (pictures are fake — nothing like the reality), BUT it was DIRTY — very dirty. Don't go there, book something in Larnaca.

A normal inexpensive hotel. Good food. The sea is near. The downside is that there is no free waifai, the beach is pebbles.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the staff are rude and unhelpful the rooms are filthy our toilet seat was broken we had to argue with reception staff for clean towels and toilet paper I wouldn't give the food to a stray dog there is nothing around for miles except for a horrible stony beach witch is covered in litter. It's a shame really because the hotel grounds are actually quite nice but the staff don't seem to like the English. There were a couple of friendly staff but few and far between. All in all this hotel has ruined our stay on this otherwise lovely island.

Nice hotel. Clean and quite large area. Big clean room (lived in bungalows, building D). 2 swimming pools. The food is modest, but everything is delicious, thanks to the chef. Very friendly staff. The beach across the road is a 7 minute walk. A little further-leave the hotel and right at the right-the beach Galu-free sunbeds in the week and very clean. Entrance to the sea-a large pebble, further sand. The water is muddy, apparently due to the suspension of sand and stones. The centre of Larnaca is a 10-minute bus ride away and Ayia Napa is about 30 minutes away.

At the begining when you coming to the hotel, receptionist didn't inform us about nothing. You have to ask about everything. Hotel is allocate 100m from the rocky beach. Staff is not speaking English properly, better for you if you speaking Russian because 95% of guests they are from Russia. Hotel serving terrible fat food, everyday same, no local Cyprus food. Breakfast area smell disgusting, old carpet We was waiting for cutlery and also they not cleaning plates properly so you have to be careful. You don’t know what you can eat because there is no label what is inside. For few days we didn’t have a room service, when we went to the reception and we asked about cleaning, lady from housekeeping she said very rude to us that they finished cleaning 2.30pm They not cleaning room properly and they didn’t change the towels. We been asked about iron for one week after that they gave us iron with eu plug. Cyprus is very nice and beautiful country but this hotel is disgusting and I will not recommended if you not speaking Russian because is not good if you are coming and you speaking English and they don’t understand what do you need. ! Only one guy from the bar Janusz he was speaking English and he is the best person in this hotel.!

Main hotel shabby and tired. Moved to Bungalow D which was much better. Breakfast was just ok, don't eat the scrambled egg! George and Elena on reception were awesome. Too many rude Russians.

Had bungalow D and it was alright — walk straight out from the room into the pool. All inclusive restaurant and drinks looked gross tho and the access to the hotel is horrible! no sidewalks to the beach, had to walk on a highway and through dirt :/ super hot in the lobby, no where to cool off. Concierge was very helpful. Wi-Fi is too expensive, and only 1 English TV channel. Boo.

I am old enough not to look a gift horse in the mouth. However, although my accommodation in sunny Cyprus is being paid for, DO NOT ever go to the Henipa hotel. I've been in some dire places in my life, and indeed slept under boulders and sometimes under nothing, but the Henipa is down there with the worst of them.
Do not book this hotel.
And, having said that, be good.

Hotel smelt of Damp, possibly because the lower level was flooded. Food was awful, music was crap. No entertainment. This is an old building, 500 meters from a stony beach. The 500 meters are intersected by a busy road that carries the buses to Larnaca town, this is your escape route to a decent beach and good food. Good points, lovely pool areas x 2. Definitely wonderful staff.

Great hotel! Clean, quiet, comfortable. For families with children it! The food is tasty, a bit monotonous, almost a week was not boring, except Breakfast (took Breakfast/dinner). Child (5 years old) loved it on site) ) ) Took the car and excursions, almost at the hotel were not in addition to the morning and evening) ) Pastelike made every day, vacuumed the room, the towels were changed 1 time, but it was enough. It is a normal hotel. From the sea nearby. Really nice. The food is monotonous. The rooms are spacious, clean. To stay only in the hotel, this hotel is not suitable. As option overnight quite.

Quite old hotel with really bad food and too many Russians. However they have 2 big pools and nice staff. It's better to take breakfast only, rent a car and spend all day outside. Room service is good, just leave 5EUR on the table :).

For a week now waiting for room service will clean a piece of paper next to the bed. If you take the tour: all inclusive, and the window they're released, not on the road, You are nothing but a sea is not required, then good luck and welcome. The hotel is "stupid" in the village-a great vacation with a small child.

Much better than I expected the rooms were nice but the hotel is a bit far from down town.
