Love this apartment so beautiful and clean. Has everything u need and more. Right next to the beach and airport. I will definitely be back. The owner is top star so humble and helpful.

Everything was excellent. In my opinion is one of the best place where you can stay and don't spend fortune.

In all my years of traveling, Alex is one of nicest and most caring hosts I have met so far. We stayed with him several times for longer periods. If you need anything, he will do his best to help you.

Everything was perfect: clean, good position, kind host and very flexible with the reservation. I made a mistake and they helped me without extre fees. The room has all the facilities one needs.

Very Clean and fairly central to main tourist areas. Helpful staff and offering good value for money. A very well equipped communal kitchen. A draw back is the street from passing traffic.

On arrival at approx 0130 we were greeted warmly by a gentleman, shown to our room which was spacious and spotlessly clean.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants which made everything super easy for us. Also really well connected by bus to/from the airport and centre.

The best hotel in Cyprus, not just larnaca. The rooms are amazing, stylish and spacious. Staff friendly and very helpful. The view of each apartment is simply amazing, directly across from the ocean.

We loved the place. The apartment is spotless clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Also, it is located a few minutes away from Finikoudes Beach, which is a plus.

One of my best stays! The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It’s just a short walk from the beach and the cafés in Foinikoudes.

This place is quirky, clean and in a decent location. The rooms are equipped with everything you need and it’s so was so nice to have a hot tub in the room.

Lovely, friendly people. Very kind and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable and the access to the patio on the top floor with jacuzzi is a great place to relax.

I was fortunate to be able to secure an inexpensive, last-minute booking here. The room had everything I needed and was clean.

Cozy and simple accommodation with a good quality–price ratio. I really appreciated being able to do a self check-in when I arrived late at night.

Our staying was very nice but what we really didnt like was noise from probably broken ventilation from outside, or from generator from kitchen.

The only negative thing is the noise from the road where you can hear busses and trucks drive from about 7 in the morning.
