Absolutely gorgeous apartment, probably the nicest we've ever stayed in, & the staff can't do enough for you. Highly recomended.

Great apartments! Recently renovated, great cleaners, all hotel staff are friendly. Pool has both sunny and shaded parts with plenty umbrellas and a bar!

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Fresh repair. The central air conditioner is weak, maybe only in our room so it was, 102 room, in the lobby a normal coolness. Breakfast buffet, feed in the hotel. The set is always the same. Delicious. Dinner at half board on special menu, it is different for every day, tasty, feed in Café Parko near the hotel. Cleaning and change of linen all clearly and qualitatively. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is free, 20 euros for 10 days. Near the café with free VAIFAEM and TV sportfabrics, no one restricts and does not chase, even without order, but the food is tasty, recommend, fish meze is something) ) ) The hotel itself of two buildings, in the middle of the pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, toilet with shower, bar, you can not even go to the sea) ) )

Nice hotel if you get a suite. Walk to Fig Tree Bay Beach and shopping, bars and restaurants in town. Very friendly staff!

Reviews do not like to write, but here decided, because for some reason a lot of negative reviews about this apartment hotel. The level is solid 3, but very good. As for the rooms, there is everything you need, including kitchen utensils for cooking. Cleaning every day, change of linen twice a week. The location of the hotel is generally a bomb: shops (best bay, Lidl), beaches, all nearby. A bus stop with links to Anape Water park is close by.

We came to stay last year in June, we are from. Limassol… my husband has just booked us in again for June, we didn't even look at other places as we were so. Happy at yours. The restaurant downstairs was fabulous, food delicious and good prices, the hotel is in a perfect location, with very helpful staff. If it's, possible could we have the same room or similar facing fig tree bay and the roundabout please, my husband is recovering from. An operation so it will. Be nice to. Sit on the balcony when he's feeling tired… looking forward to seeing you again… Maggie Turner x.

Great location, great staff, great rooms.

Great staff, couldn't fault them at all. Suite ok, except no rubber feet on furniture, bit noisy, glass tops on tables not fixed, not safe around kids. Free safe in every suite, great housekeeping, and very centrally located for beach and strip:) )

Fantastic place for an holiday, just been refurbished and looking good.

Beautiful setting, spotlessly clean, brilliant staff, what more can I say, had our 2nd visit to this hotel this year & it won't be the last.

Great place. Nice huge rooms. Comfy beds. Would definetly recommend.

Fairly good. Couldn't get late check out. Have to hang around in the hot weather till night. Sad Rooms next to noisy works Maids noisy early in the morning.

Fantastic destination, wonderful hotel. Apartments very comfortable and well furnished. The staff are extremely helpful and can't do enough! Very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend the Alva to anyone considering a visit to Fig Tree Bay, Protoros.

Price/quality excellent! Children from the pool was not to pull out. There is Wi-Fi Internet access, parking. The beach is 2 minutes creep.

Cheap, nice place to sleep if you are looking just for that. Many similar places offer price but then service and cleanness doesn't exist. It's not this the case with Alva, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless. Very close to bars and restaurants. Less than 5 min away (walking) from beach.
