What a great hotel this is, what makes it so good is the staff, they all seem to enjoy their work so much, all done with a smile on their face, great location right on the beach.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff including Nazan, who helped me every day with finding everything I needed, the lovely Eleni, always with a smile, Andri, Nezaket, Merrella, Izet, Yorga, Constantino and Mr Angelos the manager were Fantastic. I’ve saved Mehmet until last because he basically made our holiday, bringing drinks every day with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. Just superb. Our friends had a problem with air conditioning in their room, it was sorted immediately by maintainance and I have to say even the maintenance man is outstanding and doesn’t stop. Beds available by the pool every day and the cleaners keep the place immaculate. Thank you also to the chefs for all the beautiful food. Lots of fresh local dishes all delicious. I can’t say one bad word about this hotel and my only complaint is that I have to leave. Thank you so much for everything and hopefully we will be back soon!

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff, located next to Ayia Napa port. Great location. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. Congratulations to the Manager Mr. Tasos for the great jop and a big thanks to the Manager of Food and Beverage Mr Angelos and of course to Mrs Elena …and especially to Maria behind to Bar with her nice smile…❤❤❤❤❤ See you soon.

Had the most amazing holiday for my 40th birthday. Beautiful hotel, stunning location and amazing staff. Can't wait to come back! ❤

We are staying here for 9 days with our 4 year old and we absolutely are enjoying ourselves! We arrived at 8:30 in the morning and were greeted with cold water and breakfast even if at all inclusive we were supposed to start with lunch. They even went above and beyond to have our room ready earlier for the kid to rest. It is extremely clean! What really makes the difference is the attitude of the staff. Have no idea what they give but they are extremely friendly and eager to help. They smile all the time and are very friendly. We have been in a lot of places and we rarely see this. For sure will come back to Okeanos when we visit Cyprus next time! Well done team Okeanos! 🤗🤗🤗🤗 PS: Nazan is the best, always smiling and friendly and that accent 😍😍😍 also you have to try Ellie's pina colada — A. Maze. Ing! '

Just back from an amazing 7 night holiday at Okeanos. 1st time for me and my partner is a returning customer. Everything was absolutely amazing. The food and drink was delicious and plentiful. The hotel and the rooms themselves where always clean and spotless. But the real clincher was the staff. The morning girls and the evening staff, always made you feel welcome. They where so friendly and attentive. Nothing was to much and they would go out there way to make to feel special and truly relaxed. Will definitely be back here, miss the place already. Me and my partner booked this holiday last minute (april2022) without doing much research and it was the best decision we ever made staying in this hotel! The staff make you feel so welcome, they are very attentive, lovely, chatty individuals. The hotel itself has gorgeous decor, looks like a solid 5* hotel! The food and drink was to die for, much better than any all inclusive I have stayed in before, I would definitely pay good money for the food! They also had live singers at the dinner time along with the amazing view of the pool and sea :) The cleaning service was impeccable, leaving our hotel room in the morning and coming back to it absolutely spotless with complimentary tea and coffee daily (not to mention the complimentary red wine on arrival). We couldn’t fault this hotel one bit and will definitely be returning in the future. Outstanding!

Clean and well maintained hotel. In 2020 it was freshly renovated. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Although we are constantly traveling around the world, this is the only hotel we are returning to for the third time! For us who have been to several hotels in Ayia Napa, this is the most beautiful hotel because of its location, beauty, cleanliness, the most beautiful view of the entire bay and most importantly that always kind Eleni Tzicovani contributed to love this hotel and because of her helpfulness we will continue to come and we enjoy this beautiful hotel❣

This place should be a 5*, it has everything you need, good food & amazing staff who are happy to do anything to make your stay more enjoyable, great location in Ayia Napa 10m from beach & 400m from centre of Ayia Napa, great pubs and nightlife, have your massages and beauty treatments on site too with also a modern gym, this place is awesome!

Hi to all staff at Okeanos. Love this Hotel and all the saff they are Amazing. The staff go out of there way to come and sit with us when they have time for a chat. We've made some good friends in this Hotel who we meet up with. George the waiter is our favourite and our cockney little waitress as we call we.

Excellent family run hotel. Small and friendly. Great location right on the beach and next to the harbour. Food fantastic with 2 lovely chefs. Staff are ALL brilliant in particular Mr Loukas, Alexia on reception, George, Gianna and Helen front of house. Gem of hotel.

Great location but the room was not the best. It was big and nice but air conditioning wasn't working during the summer!

Very nice hotel. Modern and clean. Safe, fridge in the room. The food is delicious, although the choice of dishes is small. The staff are friendly. The hotel is also very conveniently located. You can lie free on the sunbeds at the hotel and go swimming in the sea, the distance from the hotel to the sea of 30 meters. Rest in August 2018. We liked it, we recommend.

This is not the first time I have been in Cyprus, and I can compare. This is the best hotel of this category. The son said that the hotel can be safely assigned a 4. The hotel is small, pretty, clean, well-groomed, like a toy, in excellent condition. Rooms are removed when you press the right button on the remote, towels change every day! Beach towels need their own, they do not provide. The hotel is on the first line, there is a small space where the hotel's sunbeds are located. The sea is a stone's throw away, but for convenience it is better to go to the left, there is a sandy sloping approach to the sea. The sand is practically white. The kitchen is amazing. Always varied and delicious food. There was a Mexican, Greek, Italian, Cypriot day. Good and breakfasts, and lunches, and dinners! There are restrictions — All-inclusive only works up to 23 hours, then pay. The wines are decent, but I've only tasted it dry. In the morning I took a cup of coffee and went to the beach to drink coffee and enjoy the sea. Wai fai is free on site, safe free. The staff are gorgeous, friendly and sly. All issues are solved quickly, always help. Smiles will be missed at home. The location of the hotel is very good: the sea, the beach, 5 minutes and you are in the center of Ayia Napa itself. And next to the stunning seafood restaurant with the same name as the hotel. I'd love to come to this cool hotel.

Small and quiet hotel near the beach and is about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Ayia Napa. The hotel serves excellent food. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. I will be returning to this hotel.

Fantastic little Gem of a Hotel! Fab location, just a few steps to Karousos Beach and the sea, lovely friendly staff the superior rooms are great and a 5 star sea view.

Very good and quiet place to stay.

Sadly only spent 5 nights here but it was great. Hotel is well organised, clean and is in a fantastic local. Food and drinks are reasonable for the Euro and very tasty, but the best things about this hotel is the very sweet and friendly staff, Always happy and willing.

Whilst the accommodation was pretty basic, albeit clean and fresh feeling, with enough space for the three of us girls, on a hen weekend with 20 other ladies, the one thing that absolutely MADE our holiday was the lovely waitress called Helen or Heleni? With long black hair. She made us all feel so welcome and waited on us hand and foot the whole time, she would remember each of our cocktail orders (there were a lot of us! ) And she would come and check we were OK, give us tips on where to go out etc — people like her make you want to return to a hotel like that! I hope she's still around :)

Had a wonderful stay here during their last week of the season. A clean, small and friendly hotel with modern facilities and an excellent team of staff who provided exemplary customer service. Ideally located; close to beach and harbour.

Excellent friendly hotel gorgeous views overlooking the sea, superior rooms are beautiful and spacious and you will never go hungry in the restaurant.

The hotel is really good for its 3 stars. Really nice location — close to the beach and to the city center. Btw, the port nearby is not annoying or something. Pantachou beach is wonderful place. A lot of cafees and shops nearby. Tasty food. No problems with the staff. Rooms are not really big, but in general fine.

Clean and good hotel right next to the beach. Sunbeds are included at the pool and beach. Awesome sea view!
