Good location, nice modern hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast but absolutely unclean and loud hotel room The bathroom was only 2 times cleaned in two weeks and in the shower was every day sand that nobody clean up. The room was not really clean. On all over the places was black hairs (I have blond hairs! ). The chambermaids makes only the bed nice and sometimes the floor clean. They forgot many times to put the trash away and take the dirty towels and give us new fresh towels. It was in our last 2 days only one chambermaid from Bulgaria who was in charge of cleaning and she make it properly. All the time was very loud and you don’t can sleep after the beach in the afternoon because of the chambermaids that makes loud noises every time while they are cleaning the rooms. No relax time after the beach! No chance for you to take your relax time! I would not recommend this hotel! No way.

Great hotel, the room are very clean and beautiful, the breakfast was more than great. The employees are very friendly and nice. The swimming pool is also marvelous.

For that kind of money, horrible waifai that doesn't work, $1, 670 a week and no waifai is nonsense. Offered paid, 3 euros per day) food is generally normal, the beach is not very much stones.

A great hotel choice for a couple vacation in Cyprus. We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in May. Main pros: — great, clean and big rooms with spacious balcony and an amazing view. All rooms have a sea or pool view — it is not a party hotel! It is always quiet at night — great breakfast — more drinks to choose would be nice — amazing staff at the hotel and restaurant. 24 h reception as well — 2-5 minutes to the beach Cons: — terrible free Wi-Fi. If you want higher speed, you need to pay extra — gym is old and 90% equipment is out of order.

Hotel and service excellent But by the pool by the stairs would have to be a prop many elderly people seen having problems when going in or out otherwise everything perfect.

We were in the early season 2018, even before the big hype, in this hotel to guest. The arrival at the hotel was a bit overflowing as the receptionist apparently wasn't exactly motivated and welcomed. The checkin was still quick and straightforward. We had the Deluxe Room 320. After entering the room we immediately noticed that the rooms were not used for some time or the maid did not take the cleaning so seriously. In the bathroom there was still dust and under the beds crumbs. However, we found the room attractively decorated and maintained a 3 star hotel accordingly. The view of the hotel's pool with the surrounding palm trees, and the view of the directly preceding small fishing port was simply beautiful. We don't want to imagine what's going on in this place when high-season is. So the night was quiet during our stay and the beds soft but comfortable.
A negative point is the widely touted "free" Wi-Fi, which was very slow and hardly usable. So also the paid high-speed Wi-Fi for 15 euros a week. The connections in our room were partly not possible and as said very slowly comparable to an edge mobile connection.
The food in the restaurant we could only enjoy at breakfast, as we decided at dinner for the nearby various taverns and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was attractively versatile with the usual continental ingredients and refined with local delicacies.
The location is very central to the fishing port and the public beach.

Clean and modern furnished hotel, right on the waterfront promenade of Ayia Napa. The hotel was renovated several years ago, rooms and beds are still in very good condition. Balcony either to the east or south side possible. In the bathroom there is no electrical outlet, hair dryer is installed in the desk. Now 5 German channels. Air conditioner heats and cools. There are plenty of pool towels and there are no swimming pools available for rent. The food was good and the breakfast was excellent. Service in the restaurant could be quicker. Very good value for money.

Nice hotel, wonderful service. Clean room. We were in late February and early March was calm. The food in the restaurant is normal, you can always find what you like. Take a better room on the 3rd floor on the first very noisy from the pool.

Hotel with sea view, outdoor swimming pool, and breakfast. Bright rooms with large balconies and bathroom. Thorough cleaning.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, nice service, shame they don't provide pool towels. 50 € for the mini fridge for a week is a bit steep. But all around a good hotel at a perfect location.

I liked the hotel. Amenities and proximity to the sea above all else. Mentally, at home. Good treatment of the people of the staff. Mindfulness. The service is on top. Not all rooms as stated have a view of the sea, because it is more of a port and a pile of infrastructure. Very tasty food in the restaurant. Politely, courteously and very dignified.

Clean, good services, good food, good breakfast, positioned next to the harbour. Nice sea view from the top floor rooms. I recommend.

Rested here from 14 to 19 November 2017 on the ground floor room 113). The hotel is great if visiting the island again will definitely stay at this hotel.

If the prices are attractive, the food is spoiled. Fish platter accompanied by rice with mould, Octopus which dates from several days (dry…), floury shrimp. Even my 3 year old son refused to eat his strawberry ice cream so much that he had bad taste (refreeze). To escape absolutely…

Clean moderately pleasing average Buffet.

Very nice hotel to stay in. We were on holiday with a kid, so it was quite peaceful and calm.

Have just come back from after our eigth visit. You are made to feel welcome. The location by the harbour and beach is superb You get what you pay for.

Really good aircondition and rooms seem newly renovated. They could have gotten five stars if the breakfast was better, if it was one big bed instead of two put together, and if the shower in the room had more water pressure. But really fantastic location with access directly to the beach and harbour.

Spend here 4 days, couples holiday. Cons: not so good shower stream The curtain doesn't block entirely the light in the morning. Pros: very clean room, modern design, excellent air conditioning, big comfortable bed, fridge, safe. very good breakfast — lots of variety every day. Excellent location — 10 min walk from the party area (which is good, not to loud), lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets whithin walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff (they provide charcher adapter for 2 euro deposit. ) Overall, a very high standard hotel — we really enjoyed:)

Never been in a 3 star hotel which was so good. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel which is just near the harbor was perfect, with restaurants, sandy beach, boat excursions, Luna Park and bus stop with in a small walk. The hotel had everything we needed, a great view and a big terrace with an umbrella, sunbeds and chairs. The room was big enough and everything was perfect. The only thing that was not so good was the Wi-Fi. It is not reachable from all the rooms, but it had a good connection from the reception area, the restaurant and the pool area. Also, when I go to for a holiday, the Wi-Fi is not on my priority list.

What a lovely hotel right on the harbour and nice beach. It is a quite and relaxing place away from the busy bars. Food is gorgeous with 2 restaurants one being Chinese food and the other a seafood/Italian. I recommended a pool view room.

Typical tourist hotel in stand location. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous, the rooms are clean and is just a 1-minute walk from kiosks, Restauranta and bars removed. The staff speaks but only limited English.

Good hotel with its ins and outs. Was it in the year 2012. Rooms standard for Cyprus, not too big, but it is possible to live. All roaming facilities. The room was clean and new. Nutrition medium, but all are close to the hotel, from McDonald's to very good. The hotel territory is minimal, you can tell its not. But it is still missing.

The Limanaki Beach hotel is just great! Great and upscale rooms, very nice staff and perfect location in Ayia Napa… directly at the small harbour and the sea. We have extended our stay here because we just feel easy. It is a stone's throw to the beach and the city centre approximately 5 minutes on foot. Shops and supermarkets are within easy reach. The hotel offers everything the heart desires. The breakfast buffet is ideal to enjoy sufficient and directly on the beach overlooking the sea. Staff will help with any questions and surprised us for the birthday of my friend with a great bite. Compared to other hotels in the city and whose location we can recommend only the Limanaki. Many greetings from Cyprus!

The hotel is very well located, near a small Marina, departs from "the Black Pearl" and "Yellow Submarine". Available in the proximity of a lot of very good restaurants, including two fish. Very close to the central street with its nightlife, but the hotel itself is not audible noise. All kinds of shops and a lovely supermarket Best Buy too. Separately worth noting the beautiful beach, it is located 100 metres from the hotel restaurant. But when bathing note boulders, they usually like to be photographed. These boulders are growing algae leaving Burns, so better to go another hundred meters from the Marina.
Now, the Interior of the rooms is fully consistent with the photos. Rooms spacious enough, we were together, but discomfort about the narrowness not experienced, even though the room was equipped with a third berth. The bathroom has a full-size bath tub and two sinks. Shampoo, shower gel, fresh towels appeared a day later. Spacious balcony with sea view and a set of plastic furniture for outdoor (on the second floor is a full sun, but the rooms of the first floor vyhodâtna pool and almost all were standing chairs). Free in-room air conditioning, tv, kettle. But for Wi-Fi, fridge and safety deposit box will have to pay.  
Big pool, there is a small child. Fresh water in the basin. Next bar.  
Since, took only breakfast can blunder. A very large selection of dishes, a lot of pastries, fruit. Everything is very tasty.

Lìmanakì does not meet its 4 stars which he gained after repair. So the rooms and the hotel itself as regards architecture and design is nice-5 out of 10 can be put. In the room is not quite a neat linen on the bed – as if someone poležali zìmâta and after that do not change. In the room no one accompanies with reception. In the drawer was a lot of hair. Refrigerator toll-15 euro per week. Buffet-4 salads, 4 entrees, nespìlì peaches, not delicious melon and blackened bananas, and two sweet pie. And it's for dinner! Warning! All drinks, even a glass of water the usual-SURCHARGE! The beach near the hotel ity. Sun loungers and umbrellas to 2 euros each. As promised, and the famous white sands of we never saw.

Very nice hotel. It is clean and all the staff smiles, though, does not speak Russian and English maids not everyone understands good cuisine, of impressive. Only positive memories.

When I arrived, I was shocked and was waiting only. But then I saw all the advantages. 3-storey hotel, 1st floor standard rooms — wardrobe, bed, phone, Hairdryer, toilet, bath with shower, generally without the frills. All accommodations at the 1st floor from the street. Large Windows so that you can surf the pool through the window. Maids supposed to leave a tip 1$, and they обленяться. Breakfast is standard. Dinners chic, fed to the slaughter, every Friday show «Cypriot night», so to go to the same tour is not necessary if you just want to ride on donkeys.

The hotel was beautiful. Good location — sea at hand and very close to the centre. Power similar to other трешкам in Cyprus. Of course I agree that 2 weeks monotonous meals is annoying, but there are plenty to choose from. We took only the Breakfast was a standard set: sausage, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, cereals, yogurt, fruit salad, cookies, muffins, donuts, honey, jam, watermelon or cantaloupe, apples. I think assortment for Breakfast is quite enough. The only drawback was stale kind of clean towels. They have веьма shabby appearance and grayish shade that I believe in Cyprus and often is. But sheets and towels are changed regularly enough. One of the big advantages of the room was the presence of cuisine! I. E. The room was somewhat like an apartment. Kitchenette little and as if included into the corridor, but it has dishes, including a saucepan, a frying pan, manual juicer, corkscrew, etc. Was Also two-ring electric stove, coffee maker and refrigerator. I do not know whether all the rooms in this hotel, but not one that's for sure. And we are pleased the swallows, слепившие his nest on our balcony. In General this hotel helped create a positive impression of your vacation in Cyprus.
