Brilliant hotel! Only minus is they allow people to save pool beds with towels! Go down at 8 and they are all gone Really friendly staff! Drink man at breakfast is really good! Cleaners work hard! The staff make it!

Perfect location with beautiful nissi beach on your doorstep, a smaller private beach is at the hotel, plenty of sunbeds were available around the numerous pools and its only a short walk from ayia napa. We went bed and breakfast and the buffet breakfast options were very good, plenty to choose from. Prices are on the high side at the hotel for food and drink but there are plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Ideal for couples and families alike. I am a travel agent and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my clients.

The hotel location is very good, basically you are between 2 beaches, Nissi beach and the hotel beach. Swimming pools are clean and a lot of entertainment for kids. They invested a lot of money in communal areas but they forgot about the rooms… unfortunately for the rooms I will say 2 Stars not 5…

Staying in Junior suite room on 5th top floor, 3rd times 3 days in a week I found cockroaches in my room and it's about 2-3cm long, I caught one and gave to reception, they said nothing! and then next evening I found another one at the same place as soon as I opened the fridge cupboard. Reception said and? it's normal here! wow five stars hotel on 5th top floor, you will need to expect a size of 2-3cm big cockroaches to pop out at Adam Beach hotel when you open your fridge cupboard in your room. Unbelievable! Our room is nice, location is good. My friend stayed in classic room is terrible! it's like 2-3 stars hotel. Do not stay in classic room, not worth any penny. Their management team is rubbish, they pretty much just walked off with any issues! Our room cleaner is good, working hard. Coral spa staffs and facilities are good too, apart from that we are very disappointed with Adam Beach hotel management team as they don't know how to resolve any problems.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been! Everything was perfect, staff, room, food — amazing 🙌🏼 fabulous pools and ofc the distance to Nissi beach! 2min, awsome! We will be back in August with whole family, can’t wait! We love this place ❤️

We are 3 families staying at Adams hotel. Great welcome from the porter who immediately gave us information for the opening times for the slides! The rooms are great, clean and comfortable beds for all. The pools and slides are fantastic, special mention to the lady lifeguard who is very alert and constantly watching. The pool bar menu caters for adults and children with reasonable prices, Mr Kostas attentive and Polite. All staff wearing masks and taking all safety precautions for covid. Overall we have had an amazing weekend we will be back!

Where to start!
We got married there in June.
The wedding coordinator Katerina was absolutely amazing, took away all the stress out of the day, well organised and a lovely woman through and through.
All the staff are friendly and constantly smiling, even taking time to engage with our 2 year old daughter.
But the two who really stood out for us was Zacharias and Giannis, these gentlemen were absolutely wonderful and it is a pleasure to have meet them. …
We stayed in the superior room, very spacious and clean.
There were many places to eat on premisis, some are adult only and others are family orientated, all have fabulous food and very approachable staff.
There was no rush to the pool to put your towels down, we went down various parts of the day and always got three sunbeds together. The only downside was we had a late departure and as the hotel is always fully booked there was no late checkout, but the hotel have showers and changing rooms in the basement used by the spa so we could freshen up. Overall would highly recommend.

We had a holiday with their wife and children in July. It's a very convenient location. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. It is necessary to be prepared that the water in the rooms will be paid, as, in fact, everything else. Good afternoon. I would like to share a holiday in this hotel. The hotel clearly for this money does not pull on 5. At first, after the flight, the first few days seemed to please everyone. But then I started to strain a little bit. I will start with the beach, the entrance with children is not comfortable, stones and steps on which is very slippery. The area is very nice and well-groomed. Children's animation at 3. A separate story with a mini bar. Guys, if you want to leave your food, you need to at the check-in to take it out, or come and your products will take out, and what took out the snail will include you in the account. Horrible management! They don’t care about your booking! What ever you wish they change it as they like! The room was booked a month ago, but at the reception they say we are fully booked and there is no rooms! They can t provide the room you booked! And it was not with me only, many other guest were in the same troubles! The front office manager is very nasty and impolite person! It’s not 5 stars hotel at all! Service in the areas is also need to be improved! Only one place was very good — Glasshouse Restaurant! On the top level! Thanks to director of the restaurant for extra care and help!

Room looked nothing like the photos featured on the website. Could have spent the same amount of money elsewhere and had a better experience. One of the five meals was decent from the only restaurant that was included in board. Customer service left a lot to be desired. If you get a free drink voucher be at the bar to receive it at exactly the time stated… I was 17 minutes late and was denied my free drink. If you have children you will probably have a much better experience as there are dozens of activities planned for kids. The beach owned by the hotel is free from nudity, Nissi public beach is not.

Generally good, but it is very annoying when everyone has his bluetooth speaker at the pool with his own disco music. Sorry, but I couldn’t stand it and had to find another place, outside hotel, to relax. Another thing is, that next to the hotel there is a club with extremely loud music playing all the time. The service of the hotel couldn’t do anything about it and it was impossible to rest with open windows. For real you allow that?

Razvodilovo. On the first day at dinner tried to sell a bottle of wine for €60 cost €14. No free water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But the jambs are constantly popping up. In the room for 4 slippers only 1, after a conversation with reception promised to bring, but already 2 days carry. Etc.

The staff we have found on our visit could not do enough for us. I know this last few days will fly by but great memories I will take home with me. A real lazy very enjoyable 2 weeks. Location A bit noisy, as many children, for dinner there is no sense to dress elegantly-chic, round running children, shout, yelling, it is more like not on a restaurant, and on café, but the food is good and its many and different. Overall OK but more of a 4 than a 5 * hotel. Overall, we (two colleagues) were 10 days at this hotel.
The following points must be clarified, as this is confusing or even misleading in the offer: 1. The deluxe wing is the old part of the hotel, not the new one. The small reception here is only open at certain times and is quickly overwhelmed. The main reception is a 5-minute walk away.
2. Adults only refers to the building deluxe wing alone. On the beach itself there are many small children who are noisy. Therefore less suitable for peace seekers.
3. Free Wi-Fi is not really usable. You have to choose a user name and password. Every three hours one flies out again and wonders why the holiday acquaintance does not write. In addition, it is so slow and unstable that, for example, Can't watch a YouTube video. For one euro you can buy an hour, for three a day and for 14 a week faster internet. This is also faster and you don't have to log in again every three hours. But that too is unstable.
4. The beach is overall very nice. You're not too crowded. However, if the hotel is booked up, you will not get a bed at 10 o'clock and you have to make use of a lounger by the pool. The entry into the sea is partly hampered by a large stone bench.

The food is good quality (a little bit of variety for vegies), children disco evening, very nice pool area (incl. 25m swimming pool), casual beach section with sand (just right in size) and if you have a casual family suite beside the pool — — > just great. A great 4 * hotel for Swiss conditions (not yet for the 5 * range)

Over all very friendly, breakfast is average yet pool area, water slides, beach area, bars & shows are fabulous. The 2 floor suite is very comfortable, the kids are nice& cozy downstairs with all that's needed & the upstairs is intimate & private with a great view to the pool area& the Mediterranean beach. Would recommend it to family& friends.

Great hotel. The Delux wing is a 16 + wing for guests. With its pool and restaurant. Very quiet and peaceful stay.

I lived in room 830, this is a very beautiful room with a gorgeous view on the pool and the sea, very convenient, everything is close, on the balcony sun loungers, chairs and table, a room with a gorgeous San toilets, one bath, the other shower. Very comfortable beds. Very tasty and varied food, there is the descent to the sea, but if you were on the beach Nessie, it would not be very comfortable, as there are stones. Leisure facilities feature water slides, a children's Playground in the green zone. I loved it! Good option for a holiday in Cyprus.

I had good time in the hotel the only reason I rated it so low is extra charge for mini bar use when I didnt use any of the items there. Staff refused to check back the mini bar to indicate whats wrong with it. so if you stay in this hotel take care of your minibar. Maybe staff steal from it. Shame!

I have to say I was severely disappointed with the entire experience at Adams beach hotel. The service was abysmal, the place is run by teanagers that dont speak English or Greek and stand around giggling and joking instead of serving. The rooms are falling to bits — The elevator is like a sweat box (At least install a fan) — The food is atrocious — Definitely wont be going back there.

This place is ok. Deluxe rooms are very small. Superior rooms are the same size as deluxe, but with a bunk bed added. Pools are great.

Nothing But the category numbers are classic (with sea view) terrible. The bed linens are filthy, and the towels are not very good for the 5 stars hotel. The room and the furniture have been in need of repair. Today, 04.08.2017, the ants appeared in the bathtub. I'll try to get to the front desk to solve the problem (a large tourist destination). For objectivity, the sea is great, the weather is good. The mood is beautiful. The rest continues.

Adams Beach location is perfect. We had a wonderful sea view at Nissi Beach and the hotel territory, which, btw, includes several swimming pools, private beach and even a chapel. The food is very good too. So why just 4 stars? Some rooms are old-fashioned and need renovation. The room service is bad, to be honest. You will not see your room perfectly clean. And don't expect that your bed-sheets will be changed at least once in 3 days. This is impossible in Adams Beach, even if the sheets are dirty. What else? You get free water on the arrival days. The rest of the days you are not supposed to be thirsty, so… no water.

I want to celebrate the Glasshouse restaurant, just Class! This is one of the finest restaurants in Cyprus. And you know why? These are the people who work here. I don't know the name of the hotel chef, but the food melts in your mouth! So many flavors. I'm shocked. And the service! Kleanthis Papakleanthous, this is the man who created the holiday. Thank him! The hotel is small. Stayed at a hotel for a week at a large group meeting. The hotel is clearly not ready to receive this number of guests. Double hotel accommodation means one bed for two. For extra bed, we had a cot with a maximum load of 70 kg. The biggest problem with the hotel is the quality of communication. Wi-Fi has only a nominal presence. The network is constantly crumbling, and the signal is frankly weak almost everywhere. You must log on to the network continuously through the authorization page, which is annoying. The rest is also like, "Triple minus. " In short, I don't recommend it. The prices claimed are in no way in line with quality, at least doubled.

A nice hotel, swimming pools, sea, water slides (worked on Schedule 11-13 and 15-16, it is missing), the gyral, waterfalls, fountains, etc. Almost at the water park. Animators for children and adults, food good, normal numbers (of course no updates would have prevented, but live a very even possible), if not after cleaning maid sand and dirt, as did my daughter and husband amateur run barefoot. Standard rooms are terrible, everything costs money, free drinking water tap only, even for dinner, a glass of water is worth the money. In-room refrigerators crammed with different drinks for rather small money. Wanted to buy a bottle of water in the room and in the refrigerator to cool, it was not there, if you pull out of hole-Ka a bottle of alcohol and put his bottle, pay, as if used. We stayed there for one week from the 14.07 to the 19.07 (i do not include the arrival and the departure day) We had booked an economy room with sea sight 1/2 Pension. The first look was good. The reception was in a good conidition and the staff was friendly and spoke fluently german, englisch and spanisch (i also think russian). Everthing went quickly and we received the keys for our room. I have to say that on the first look the room was good. There was no dust and anything dirty. The room was clean and everthing worked fine (Bring your own shampoo and shower gel, the one that is provided from the hotel ist not really good) Unfortunately there was no sea sight from our room. The second Thing, that really dissappointed me was the price for the wlan. Before we went to Ayia Napa we were in Vienna and Nice. Those were 3 star Hotels! and the wlan was free to use. At Adams Beach Hotel they Charge you 39 Euros for 1 week. Thats absolutely ridicolous. I recommend to everyone that is staying in the Hotel to go downstairs to the litte bar next to the reception their is free wlan and the Password is: 1234. Use that or buy a travelpackage from your provider. You will be fine with this. Furthermore I was not really happy with the Food. Everyday there is a different theme. We went when they served fish.

I've stayed here many times. All the staff very wellcoming especially when on the occasions when I was travelling on my own. The hotel has changed over the years, and only gets better and better. Well worth a visit.

Went on a family holiday last October. Was told it was a 4 star hotel but was definitely not. Our rooms were very small, dirty and tatty. Asked for a upgrade on arrival but told none available. Were moved to a bungalow which was small and no privacy. The hotel is next to a large derelict hotel which is not appealing at all. Entertainment in evening was appalling.! every night. Cypriot staff were friendly and helpful. No comment of Russian staff and guests.

I stayed in the adults only deluxe wing in this hotel. It was pure luxury and had a truly stylish decoration for bathroom and room. The view was the best, but since I had a direct view to the sea — absolutely stunning. I thought the food at the sushi restaurant was tip top and also from the restaurant on the roof of the hotel — the food was spectacular and the service of Kleanthis was perfect. I would'nt definitely stay again probably in October again because the weather was glorious and it was so peaceful.

We got married at this hotel and they could not of done more for us. It was all the little things they do there that makes the difference and everyone is so polite and friendly. Can't wait to go back.

Although we we had to switch to Easter go to the mid-term evaluation October vacation was booked. We all had a fantastic time, better than last year! Just got back from a vacation in the Adams great beach hotel in Ayia Napa. The children and we had a great time. We booked a superior room with side view, and had all the amenities that one would expect from a 5 * hotel. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious with a wide range of snacks throughout the day in three different restaurants, and a different theme night every night in the main restaurant. The pool facilities are fantastic, especially for the children. Ayia Napa is approximately 10 minutes by taxi and has many restaurants to choose from, if you want a car from the hotel. There are also restaurants only 5 minutes ' walk from the hotel, some of which are also suitable for children. Also visit some taverns in the nearby villages. We had a fantastic stay at the Adams Beach and we have already booked to go back next April during the Easter holidays.
