Lovely stay staff and food excellent.

The best feature of this hotel is the friendliness of the staff; from the management, to the receptionist and porter. We visit the last 3 years and we are greeted as if we were family! The views are breathtaking.

Lovely hotel would recommend and will book again staff are all excellent and very helpful rooms are spotless would only do b&b so much choice to eat out.

We just came back from our amazing holiday and im really happy about this hotel, the room is always clean thanks to housekeeping team, the food is everynight always delicious lots of choices to choose from. And all the staff are amazing, specially to illias, andreas timea and igor who always delivering great customer service and all smiles. The only down side is the lack of activities hotel has to offer for adults and children. We will definitely come back.

Can't understand some comments, possibly rated the wrong hotel
The rooms are fantastic and cleaned every day.
The service and friendliness of the staff, whether cleaner, waiter or reception, extremely professional and serious!
The food is of quality and of the look TOP, since even the eye eats with it, because everything is always so beautifully done!
There are no such problems with the suitcases, as they have their own room, where they are stored and ours have also been stored!
The service of the waiters is so excellent that every waiter despite the many guests actually at the second dinner already know what you want or yesterday had to drink & ALL the places in this hotel are extremely friendly, must mention it again!
It is also perfect that you only have to walk 10meters over a road & is directly on the beach!
I can recommend this hotel to everyone who is interested & can understand from my 11 days stay NO ONLY of other negative reviews, every other hotel guest during my stay looked as satisfied as I!

The room was clean and large, but the air ventilation from bathroom was making a horrible sound during the night and the staff said after asking three times about it that they cannot do anything about it as we were at the last floor, but they offer to change our room. The pool was great but not enough sunbeds for such a big hotel. The hotel has seaside view but no sunbeds on the beach. You could rent sunbeds and umbrella from the municipality at a decent price of 2.5 euros each. The breakfast was ok, but I would have liked some more fresh fruits. There were only oranges and grepfruits. Great view of Nissi beach from the balcony.

"Excellent hotel & staff" Just came back from our holiday. This is one of the best hotel we have stayed in. The room was very clean and modern. The staff are very helpful, professional and very friendly. Great food, there were several kitchen staff constantly monitoring the breakfast area. This is not a family hotel. This hotel is catered for east European and Russian holiday makers. You can see the very few uk families in the hotel, like us, looking very bewildered. The sun loungers are a joke. If your towel is not out by 7am, forget it. We noted over 10 towel reserved sun loungers not even used when we we there from 10am — 4pm. It's a joke. Breakfast food is very processed, plenty of choice but not very appetising. Its clean and the cleaning staff are very good, but no staff really speak that good English. As I said before this hotels caters for eastern European and Russian couples. Not. Uk families. Feel. Let down by jet2

Nice pool… clean rooms, good food but no fresh fruits at lunch.

A great place, nice hotel, large rooms. Directly on the beach. The pool water was warm and friendly staff. The beach and sea water super. A lot of Russian people and educated and calm. We had a very relaxing time at the pool and in the restaurant. Breakfast is updated to the majority of tourists. Our kids had the best summer time.

Lovely staff! Great beach. For children the beach is very safe. For young's, a party on the beach. The hotel itself is like. Nice rooms. Delicious food (on the fourth day began to seem that the menu podnadoedaet, but IMHO, this is with any buffet so). I had breakfasts, Lunches and dinners. The pool has conquered me, I almost was not. Had a great time there. Traveled alone. The only thing I haven't seen any entertainment from the hotel itself. Only once the lady sang and all.

Really nice hotel. Everything is new and modern. Staff is reasonably friendly and professional. Received a free room upgrade with an amazing balcony, a living room, two bathrooms and a bedroom. Breakfast buffet is great, many options and everything tastes great. My only gripe is the dinner buffet price. At €20, per person, not including anything to drink, it is quite steep and sub-par compared to restaurants a short walk away.

Lovely hotel but beware if you have booked a side sea view room it will look like the picture overlooking a car park. Complained but will not change as no rooms. She assures me it has a sea view. If you stand in the corner of balcony you may get a distance glance. Bewear as not ideal. Also have 2 English channels bbc1 an BBC news 24 the only two they offer. Bbc1 has no sound an the other has no sound or picture. If your Russian your fine. On the up side rooms clean but no kettle in room you do get a fridge! Oh the weather is great as is the beach. Shower is good. Only rated it 3 stars as no side sea view which is what I booked.

Perfect location, very friendly staff, clean and big rooms. Pool closes too early (18:00) and breakfast was not that impressive though.

Now we are staying in this hotel (from 13.06.2017-24.06.2017). To be honest, we have vacationed in many countries in hotels not less than 4 degrees, but this hotel exceeded all our expectations! A new hotel with chic service and food that is perfectly located on the mega-beautiful beach of Nissi Beach. The centre of Aya Napa is a safe walk. There are many shops and restaurants with reasonable prices nearby. Special thanks for the service to the women who work at the front desk — helped in everything. We haven't left yet, but we'll definitely be back at this hotel! Thank you so much to all the staff of Vassos Nissi Plage for such a luxurious stay❤

19.09.2014 my husband and I vacationed in Vassos Nissi Plage. I want to say to those who think to go there or not: go you will not regret. Price and service. Rooms (by European standards), all with views of the sea before him 50 meters, friendly and organized staff, pure white sand on the beach and in the sea, well-equipped area at the hotel, the food is varied, the location of the hotel is near the city's infrastructure. We are very satisfied.
