Fantastic hotel experience in an old monastery.
The property is excellent, super nice details in the room, such as "shower under the stars" fridge and coffee. Great and welcoming staff was the main highlight of my stay! They gave me all instructions and recommendations.
Parking is easy outside and free!

I had such a lovely stay at Boutique Hotel ‘t Klooster! The location is great, and the vibe of the hotel is calm and welcoming. The courtyard and pool area were definitely my favorite spots to relax after a long day — so peaceful and well-kept.
The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always making sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was a big plus — fresh, complete, and delicious every morning.
Everything felt cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. I’d definitely stay here again!

Staff were amazing, the bed was extremely comfortable, good air conditioning, and other amenities. Very quiet and tranquil courtyard. It was a wonderful way to get some rest and relaxation. Pool was serene. I really loved the outdoor shower in the room! Staff were extremely accommodating and cheerful. I definitely will be back.

We stayed at Boutique Hotel T'Klooster for a 1-week stay mid-May 2025. There is a lovely tropical courtyard with a plunge pool, seating and hammocks. The staff, front desk, hotel service crew and night security guard are all very pleasant and helpful. Some reservations include breakfast, but our Expedia reservation didn't, a buffet that if not included is $18 US per person. The hotel's electric plugs are the European 2 prong like in The Netherlands so bring your plug converters if your phone charger is different, like for us in the U. S. The room air conditioning is controlled by your entry card. The room cools after 10 minutes in the evening. Staff have beach towels for guest use. Highly recommend their car rental too. Street parking in May was easy. Nice stay, nice people.

I loved this picturesque and historic hotel. I stayed at the sister hotel down the street the Boho Boutique hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is great as it is near many great restaurants and hotels. The Queen Emma Bridge is about a 10 minute, very colorful and pleasant walk. I loved that it is very peaceful and quiet at night, made for a good night’s rest.

We only had a couple days here in Curacao but have enjoyed our stay at Boutique t’klooster. We loved staying in a refurbished monastery. It feels like there’s lot of history here. The table and chairs just outside our room door faced into the inner courtyard were a nice touch, a great place to chill out. Convenient to have the Oliva restaurant in the building. We managed to hit it on a Sunday night which was the Mediterranean bbq night. TONS of great tasting food. Also easy (10min) walk to downtown Willemstad tourist area.

We loved 'T Klooster so much, we can't wait to return! Everything about it was exactly what my husband and I were hoping for, and it exceeded expectations. The property is in a central location, so walking to the main business area and nearby restaurants was easy, and it is extremely cozy and welcoming, but also elegant in a relaxed way.
The staff members were warm, generous, kind, helpful and a delight to engage with. Staying at 'T Klooster offered us a personal and intimate experience of the island.
We simply can't say enough good things.

This place is amazing. Our flight home was cancelled & had to find a hotel quickly for 2-nights. We had passed this hotel earlier in the week, and really like the architecture. So glad we choose this one. Reception greeted us with laughter & smiles. I can’t recall his name, but his expression was” you are at home here”!
And we did feel at home, inner courtyard was comfy, the restaurant on site was also very good.

Beautiful boutique hotel which was an old monastery. Location is great in Pietermaai district. Short walk to beach clubs, bars, restaurants and downtown Willemstad. The front desk staff was super helpful, especially in arranging a rental car when the company at the airport did not honor our reservation. Comfy bed but needs an updated mattress as it slopes to sides. Pool is small and just a dipping pool to cool off from the heat.

Good location, easy to walk into town, to local restaurants and even the beach. You can pay a local hotel $15 for a day pass to use their beds and beach. Staff super helpful, helped organise a trip to Kline Curacao which I recommend as it’s the best beach on the island.

I stayed at 'Tklooster for a little over a week and was consistently impressed with my stay! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are well equipped with a mini fridge, kettle and coffee machine. There is a wonderful courtyard where breakfast is served in the morning (which I highly recommend you take the bed and breakfast option! ) And where you can find the pool). The staff were all very helpful and always in a good mood. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walking from the city center and centrally located in a very hip neighbourhood with great restaurants. You can access the beach by walking 5 minutes and buying a day pass at several waterfront hotels. This hotel is a true gem!

The front desk girls are so sweet and do a great job (that made the stay). I did not have a correct phone charger and they let me borrow one. The restaurant and staff were great. The bbq night was excellent (so much food that they kept bringing for $22)! Personally, I think this is an ideal hotel if you have a rental car and plan to explore different beaches during the day (and are mainly looking for a quite place to sleep at night). This boutique hotel is an amazing getaway in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood. Feels like your home away from home and it’s a wonderful destination for solo travelers. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Alyssa who works at the front desk. From day 1 they make you feel like family.
Rooms are cozy and pretty small but has a romantic rustic charm with an outdoor shower in your own room! A wonderful experience in indeed.
Make sure you do rent a car.

This hotel has history and charm!
Service was fantastic! The courtyard is so relaxing and charming. My room had super high ceilings and original tiles. The morning breakfast was so good that I decided not to fast while I was here. Also the restraunt Olivia had the most delicious bites /tapas and hands down best virgin cocktail I have ever had.
Mostly it was the serenity of the place and it's close proximity to downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Klooster hotel for five nights in March and loved our time there. Our room was basic but well outfitted including a kitchen area with an excellent coffee maker, kettle and fridge. The highlight of this hotel has to be the courtyard/pool area. It is so lush, green and chill and makes for a relaxing holiday hangout. There are loungers and hammocks by the pool; with shade and sun depending on the time of day. I had read that there was sort of a community atmosphere here and that did turn out to be true, although most of the other guests spoke Dutch.
The Klooster is just outside the heart of Pietermaai, in easy walking distance of excellent restaurants. Punda is also an easy walk making this an great location. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved this hotel and the amazing staff played a huge part of it. Everyone was genuinely nice and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We booked the deluxe patio room. The floor tiles are so unique and it is such a beautiful space. It’s within walking distance, but far enough from the main streets/downtown where we weren’t bothered with late night party noise. Restaurant had really good food and drink menu. I honestly can’t think of anything subpar or negative about our stay, other than I wish it would have been longer. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

We stayed here for 5 lovely days. The ladies on the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was provided every day, eggs, omelet or Dutch pancakes. Great coffee machine.
40 minute walk to the tourist area. Nice restaurants near the hotel.
