Looks like a beach in their pics it’s an infinity pool. This island is known for snorkeling off the beach and we had to drive to a beach everyday. Hotel lobby and restaurant have no local vibe — could be a hotel of restaurant in any city. Nothing special. No concierge, when you ask they say front desk but they have people checking in constantly. Way too busy and not that nice when you do talk to them. Door men are awesome they should be the concierge. Also pool bar says it’s open until 11 but closes very early and hotel has no entertainment-you can walk in to town but your on your own to find things to do.

Very clean, the suites are very nicely done, with bright colors. Friendly staff and very helpful.

I really loved this place. The location was ideal. We were walking distance from Punda which is a fun place to visit, eat, shop! Their beach is man made but beautiful. I didn't mind it. Mambo beach which is my favorite was only 15 mins away.
I was supposed to book dream resort they were sold out but I didn't regret it. I visited dreams from what I saw I personally preferred Renaissance because of the location and their beach was very small. I can't compare their rooms.
We did all inclusive at the Renaissance the food was amazing. The carb salad was mouthwatering, the shrimp with butter sauce was so tasty.
I wouldn't mind going back!

This hotel has the best service on the island… the rooms are also clean, food is awesome, pool is nice. And when it comes to Covid-19 safety rules, they are super prepared and consistent in preventing any spread, without making you feel like you’re in a Lab. Love this hotel and I will definitely come back! Thank you to the whole staff, especially, Dwayne, Windel Fayola and Shekina for the great service.

Great Wi-Fi connection… and lots of restaurants and shops and there is starbucks but disappointing run out of collectable mugs with curacao.

The renovated room is beautiful. Very fresh and beachy. White linens, furniture and gray floors. Halls aren’t updated yet but they are painting as I write. Beach is spectacular. Always loungers available. Beach staff makes sure you are taken care of.

The Hotel has a beautiful infinity beach bar. The staff is quite amazing.

This is an extremely nice place, and we got a deal staying here for a week. The rooms were nice and secure, the infinity pool was just like being on the beach, the hotel staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We even had our very own personal island tour guide for the day who worked here as well, and I also met a good friend there, and this was almost ten years ago. I think it had just been built.

One of my favorite hotel in the Caribbean. If you ever come to curacao this is the place to stay.
They have the most friendly staff in the Caribbean.

The best best service and most welcoming I have felt in any hotel! Thoughtful pre-arrival notification emails, the warmest birthday greeting inclusive of a happy Birthday song and a "Guest of the Day" posting, room decoration, chilled bottle of wine and much more. Above and beyond what I would consider exceptional service. Thanks to Alexis and Arlone for the warm welcoming greeting and help with the luggage and professional help at the door. Thanks to Piet the pin clad waiter that knows exactly how to make customers feel at home in "Dushi Curacao". There are so many other helpful staff members and managers that always went out of their way to provide warm and efficient service. We are already planning our return visit for next year.

Very nice location, great staff, great restaurant and many places nearby. They have a man made Beach on the second floor. I have never seen that before. Very enjoyable atmosphere. Met some really great people in Curaçao!

We were on a cruise. Walked from the ship right go the hotel in less than 5 mins. It was a great price to pay for access to the infinity beach and pool for the day. The staff was amazing. Pricing for food and drinks is a little high.

Wonderful place. The people were all friendly and helpful. It was much cleaner than the other ports we visited and the food was amazing. We wished after we boarded the ship again, that we could have had a few days to explore.

Excellent place to stay if you want to see the whole island. Centrally located and steps from downtown. The hotel itself is clean and well equipped. The amenities from the manmade pool/beach and gym were perfect. Special thanks to hotel staff Alexis and Chris who went out of the way to make us feel welcome.

Great service from all the staff. I don't think we had to open the front door once. The Navigator was great and secured awesome seats at a nice restaurant. The salt water pool was fantastic.

Renaissance Curacao, The best hotel in Curacao with the best service and the most friendly staff / personnel Curacao has. The hotel doormen " Arlon, and all the others let you feel like your royal. Very friendly and always welcoming you with a big smile and not to mention the tremendous service of the frontdesk staff. The restaurant staff was also very friendly and ready to help. Will definitely recommend Renaissance and definitely we will be back very soon.

Nice experience. Recommend to make the breakfast area more vegetarian friendly for the price the hotel is offering. $28 for what the hotel offers is just too much. It was either fried or food with sugar. Limited options of fruits. Even though I could have breakfast every day (company would have paid for it or it was included not sure) I decided to skip this just because there is nothing vegan, vegetarian or gluten free. I stayed 2 weeks. The world is changing and these options would have been nice. I liked that we got water bottles everyday. The hotel is clean and nice ambience. Thank you for the stay.

Had an awesome four day experience. Angelique at reception made the check-in process so easy and was very accommodating, Chris, Miguel and the rest of the front door staff always greeted you with a smile and kind words no matter how many times you came through the lobby doors. The room was gorgeous, the facilities excellent and staff were a pleasure to interact with especially the chef at Nautilus who went out of his way to make sure I had a proper dinner. Would definitely stay there again and recommend others to do so as well. Thank you for giving me an enjoyable vacation experience.

The best casino on the island. It is still pretty small but good enough to spend a couple of hours. The slots don't feel too tight, we actually won a couple of hundreds.

The manager Luis and hotel porter Alex were amazing, friendly and beyond exceptional. Reason for my rating is the bedroom sheets were not clean, even when I requested additional sheets, had issues with toilet not flushing properly, my ocean view room had two huge palm trees obstructing my view. Had an issue with the casino rules "no hat after 7" although shorts are okay, which didn't make sense since this is a vacation resort/casino.

My wife and I vacationed at the Renaissance Curacao Resort & Casino in Willemstad, Curacao. The resort was in a very nice location and was a very relaxing and enjoyable one to spend our vacation. What made it especially enjoyable and comfortable, was the helpful and considerate staff, who went out of their way to please us, amongst many to mention a few, the Guest Experience Manager, Chanteau Ogilvie, the Manager on Duty, Herbert Castillo, the Front Desk Clerk, Tessa and Dining Room servers, Angèl, Netanaya and Ivoiree, to mention a few amongst the many. My wife and I will talk about this resort to our friends and would highly recommend it, giving it a "5 Star" Rating. Ligorio and Sandra Gracias, King City, Ontario, Canada.

Great location, Shoppes, infinity pool, excellent buffet! Walking distance to the famous pontoon bridge. Very lively part of town. Unfortunately, they offer inside state rooms that have no Windows which felt very claustrophobic. Rooms are nice though.

Super cool resort built into a fort! Walking distance to world class restaurants and close to Punda (all close). Overlooks ocean, has cabanas and many bars. Very chill and you can always find a quiet corner to yourself. Tip: Look out for petty thieves and local young hustlers, really nothing to worry about, just keep your wits about you and don't get too smashed.

Great food, cocktails were amazing, the artificial beach was better than the real thing. The staff were friendly, remembered our names and drink choices. The service was continuous and fast.

It is a nice shopping center located in a fort. We can make beautiful pictures in the fort.

Hello travelers! I just wanted to say I had a beautiful stay at The Renaissance Curaçao resort and casino. I felt very much at home and was welcomed with a warm return with cheerful smiles. I want to thank Kiki, and Riangelo at the front desk. They were very courteous, helpful and professional. And would like to thank the rest of the staff and security, especially Sandrey who allowed me to have reserved parking. Thank you! I highly recommend this place to everyone who would like to travel to this beautiful island in the Dutch Carribean!

Curaçao is very nice island there is a lot of marine sport and nice tourist places.

The infinity pool was absolutely stunning and the beach was never overly crowded. It is close to Punda and an easy walk across the floating bridge. The staff go out of their way to make it a pleasant stay. The casino is smaller but has plenty of slot machines. We were on the 3rd floor right next to the event center and some nights there were parties that went past 1230 at night. Thankfully we didn’t have plans for early the next morning. Beautiful hotel provides beautiful views of the sunset every night.

Excellent hotel, large very spacious, the best rooms are facing the street, has salty pool and sweet, good attention, the only thing is that they must check if they book online, as they give another room that is not, I happened and I had to wait 24hrs for me to CA Mbiaran, besides they offered me for having gone wrong a champagne, a breakfast and they never arrived.

This is the second time I am here and it is not been a good experience at this time. Fist, the bed sheets were smelling and I had to ask them to change, then the room they gave me has a window that does not open and behind that closed window it is the second time that some event is happening with very loud music. Since I am on business, it has not been fun trying to work or sleep.

Great hotel and restaurant although the restaurant prices are not budget friendly. The food was great but there are still better restaurants out there with much better prices and scenery.

Party of 12. We had an awesome time at the Renaissance Beach Resort and Casino. The staff was great. Jennifer at the front desk, Ruth, Monique & G just to name a few were great. Housekeeping staff did a great job each day coming in to clean the room. The food was awesome 2 thumps up to the chef and his staff. The kids had a great time at the infinity pool (man-made beach). Great job. Thanks to all. A must visit resort. You won't regret it. 10/10.

This is an amazing vacation hotel! The man made beach is beautiful and looks very natural! You can barely tell is on the 2nd floor of the hotel! The casino on the first floor was a blast as well.

Excellent location for vacation or conference experience. Port for cruise ships is visible from west side facing rooms and from man-made beach property. Entertainment is within a minutes walk. Full Casino located in the lobby. Take advantage of the All-inclusive option for unlimited Starbucks! Property is well maintained, rooms are clean and well equipped with Wi-Fi charging stations.

Everyone in the hotel is above and beyond kind and welcoming! Luis, Nick, and Ruth take the best care of you at the Blue Bar. They are very nice and get to know you personally, they end up feeling like your bartenders at home. Even their manager (Romaro) are amazing and constantly make you laugh! The food is excellent, I highly suggest the pizza. And the pool/beach area is dream! I hope I can come back here again!

In my opinion as a Marriott Lifetime Platinum Member, this is the best hotel resort on the island. I also visited some of the other top name places and overall felt this is top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful with a genuine smile. The parking is free. The beach bar and beach area is a very nice and quiet place away from the rest of the tourist that are from the ships. If you want to experience a great island in the Caribbean, this is the place.

The food is good especially the buffet, but when you say the set time toopen seating for lunch is 12, that doesnt mean to start cleaning and setting up the tables at 12 and start seating at 12:30.

As long as you do not expect any type of consistency you may be ok here. I have stayed at this place more times than I can count, but am now looking for a new place to stay when I visit here. Air conditioning is sporadic. Hot water, WHEN IT WORKS, is sporadic. I've had to take many cold showers. Just the other day I woke up a room that 78 degrees. Pretty typical here. The maintenance of this facility is lacking. The location is good. The building is attractive. A/C sporadic. Hot water is hit or miss whether you will get any. The breakfast is quite terrible and not even remotely worth the cost. The dinner is not much better. Typically the staff is very friendly and attentive, until there are issues. They do not seem to handle issues very well.

This place is incredibly clean, the staff are some of the most friendly and accommodating people I have ever met, and I always felt safe. The infinity salt water beach is drained and scrubbed clean once a week. My favourite team of staff: Windel, Ruella, Ian and Nahomie from the Infinity Bar. We had a WONDERFUL experience at this resort. "All-inclusive" is the way to go! The staff is AMAZING and very professional and friendly. The Restaurants are very good. Ask for 'Raldney" at CRU steakhouse, he is GREAT! 'Indera' at Nautilus is GREAT too — she has a gift of remembering names and faces! 'Ly-Ann' and the others in the guest services area are Awesome too, I suggest you rent a car and hit some nice beaches on the west side of the island. Note: the water taxi service "Capt. Goodlife" is closed on Mondays. (We went there on a Monday and found that out the hard-way) We loved the 1/2 day Catamaran lunch/dive trip through 'Bounty Adventures'. The people of Curacao are Delightful and most tourists are Dutch, not a lot of Americans, but enough of 'em there. All speak good enough English. A very nice getaway.

So far, not bad. Staying on the Client's dime, so can't argue. What stinks is no free internet except in the lobby or at the pool. Not even wired internet in the rooms. Way to nickle and dime your guests.

Overall we had a great trip. You cant beat the hotel location and all of the things to do around the area. We stayed Saturday-Wedn. You have to realize that this is more than just island time. People here are in no hurry at all. If you're an american, you'll feel very slow here. You have to almost ask for everything. Customary tipping is about 5-10% at a nice restaurant (the owner of The Wine Cellar gave us this information) First off, there is no REAL beach. The area where renaissance is has rock walls and such along the coast line. So the renaissance beach is really a salt water infinity pool, with sand. It honestly felt like a real beach and I preferred it to a real beach since I knew what was in the water. It gets to about 6 feet deep or so at the wall. Which over looks some rocks and the ocean where the cargo ships travel and the cruise ships dock. Second, when they offer you an upgrade to a balcony that is "beach/ocean view". Remember, its a fake beach view and the you're looking at an ocean full of cargo ships and rigs. It's not the most romantic thing and may not be worth the $50 extra per night, unless you enjoy sitting on a balcony. The area is not very exotic. Third, Drinks are free in the casino. So pre-game there. Sit at a slot machine with a dollar and spin every few minutes. Also, goto the local supermarket, but not the one that is over the floating bridge, everything is expensive there.

Very precious is Curaçao and the hotel say a beauty experience.

Excellent hotel. Built pool I particularly liked as if it were a beach. Very good food and is very near good bars and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of the capital.
