Excellent service in all areas of the hotel, beautiful facility, excellent variety of food and beverages.

Attention to the details and clientele is spectacular. We have been to the Valentin we think the total is 15 times. There are plenty of places for privacy and quiet, and lots of selection for activities and entertainment. The main lobby is the entertainment hub of the resort. Ever changing high quality entertainment nightly in a beautiful inside/outside lobby with generous seating The staff! The best! Never met a more wonderful people than the Cubans You will not regret visiting this little piece of paradise. Our home away from home ❤️

I recommend the Valentín Perla Blanca because the workers do their best to satisfy customers, they are affectionate and respectful. A hotel is nothing without a charismatic and professional staff and that in VPB is demonstrated thanks to the expertise and affability of all members of that work group.

Original and unique and fantastic to have an unforgettable and fantastic holiday in a key full of pure nature and unique beaches and an unparalleled work collective.

We went for our honeymoon, you couldn't ask for a better resort. Great staff, fantastic service. We spent a week in paradise and you guys made it seem natural and effortless. See you in November.

Great staff… great food… gorgeous beach all round great resort.

The food is very average and the restaurants are really not worth going to. I would recommend sticking to the buffet. The staff is very polite and helpful. The beach is gorgeous! I would come back here again. If you're scared of insects the Caribbean might not be for you, by the way. I found a tarantula the size of my head! But that's what makes vacations exciting!

We were there for the third time in May. I loved this hotel. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed this year.
It was stupid also the rainy season and associated many mosquitoes, but that was not the biggest problem.
The rooms are very nicely furnished, but compared to the last years, the walls were so damp that the entire walls were full of mold and we had to change the air conditioning to get the moisture out of the bedding.
Shower bath and co were only available for one person, despite double rooms.
The maids were very friendly and also lovingly designed the beds and towels.
The staff no longer cares if sectarian guests had their dirty feet on the table. Bad enough that guests perform like this. Even worse, if the staff cannot or cannot do anything about it.
In the lobby area, it was lucky to find seats where there was little mould on it.
I got a rash of it.
The specialty restaurant was wonderful. Clean, well tempered and very nice service.
In the restaurant for breakfast and co, a lot has changed. Some of them are still the old staff there, who were very nicely attentive. But unfortunately you only feel the hunt for the most drink-loving guests.
It would also be necessary to consider whether to adapt the air conditioning to the weather conditions, then you do not have to sit at the table in thick jackets.

I understand it isn’t a five star destination but I wouldn’t rate it any more than a two. The staff are very rude and slow, the rooms are dirty (foot prints on the wall, blood on the curtains, they don’t clean your room just refolds your dirty towels and remake your bed), the fridge was empty (not even a bottle of water) — when we asked them to stock our fridge we were given one water and one beer each, the bathroom door doesn’t close and that’s just our room. Cleanliness over all is poor. Food quality is obviously poor but the drinks are as well. The list goes on. Go somewhere else.

A very nice hotel! Really worth those money we spent ($830CA). Upsetting, that we got there when it was raining everyday. Some of the rooms were not that clean (I think they have problems with the laundry. ), but people, the hotel and its atmosphere is very nice. I’m very picky to the beaches, and I really liked their beach, lovely! So I think, considering Cuba’s standards, my vacation have been 4*, that’s a max I can give for this place.

Loved the resort but we went post hurricane so there were some issues. No roof on the outdoor entertainment venue, a LOT of problems with the door locks (took us 3 days to get a working lock) and a few issues with slow staff. The place was beautiful, beach was heaven. Alcohol flowed like water. Food could have been better but I’ve heard this is expected in Cuba. I’d certainly go back.

Stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved every second of our trip, stunning beaches, several beautiful pools, we were always able to find chairs on beach and by the pool. Staff was great, and the grounds were gorgeous and taken care of very well! Only downside was the food was not amazing, but it is Cuba and this is to be expected. We were never starving, there were many options. Will be going back here again and again!

Almost perfect! Lovely place, great beaches and clean rooms. Food was pretty good too! Would be a five star but the front desk was lacking service. Not enough staff to handle all of the incoming guests and concerns.

My parents are going to the perla blanca valentine from February 10 to February 17, 2018…
Very disappointed the hotel has them arrive a huge smell of humidity in the rooms! But really intense! The ants that this walker has ton in the corridors side cleanliness is more than average … as for the buffet not good and everything is lukewarm see cold! The fridge is not filled every day and this even if my parents left money with a note to put water and beer in the fridge … even the bathroom glass hasn't been changing the week… pretty average … running after toilet paper is not normal in my opinion…
For restaurants on the menu it was fine and at least it was hot!
Big positive the beach is really exceptional! Wow! A tip go through the bungalow 33 to go to the beach this is the most beautiful place!
