Always been characterized by good service in a general sense, and I want to congratulate the CHEFS for so well prepared meals, only to improve details but very satisfied all.

In these moments of covid 19 is the most disastrous that there are in hotel there is a lot of lack of organization delay the meal service for lunch and breakfast I'm sorry but I can not remain silent before this evil work, The agrumeracion of people is unavoidable should make urgent changes because it really can be infectious.

Where should I begin … Good, great, the best, relaxing, awesome, brilliant, entertaining, adventurous, exciting, phenomenal, … Ok I think everyone got my drift, and where this is heading. Our family decided to head to Cuba for X-Mas and New Years as a last minute decision. Gran Club Santa Lucia was our selection, and it was definately a bullseye. Good food, Great entertainment, Good beaches, Great Pool, Calm Location, Clean and comfortable rooms. The whole entertainment crew was awesome and made my whole family feel part of their Cuban family.
The Kids had plenty to do throughout the days, with tons of activities. From magic shows, to horse back riding, as well as multiple sports and snorkeling in the warm waters of the atlantic. What about those clear skies at night time with the brightness of the stars, WOW! Thank you Chivo and Dariel, not forgetting the rest of the entertainment crew for everything you have all done for my family throughout the 7 days vacationing at the Gran Club Santa Lucia.
The restaurants were great, with great music (the violin player was out of this world). A vacation to remember, as well as Our place to go to for future trips and vacations. Our home away from home!
This is a must for those of you that want to enjoy their vacation to the fullest. If anyone needs additional info and recommendations, give me a shout anytime.

Excellent service and an amazing pool.

Today the name is changed in ROC Club Santa Lucia. Access only posible for guests of the hotel. The town car rental office is based here. No posebility to get any drinks when pick up the car or on the return of it.

My wife and I go to this resort twice a year. This place has the best entertainment staff around. They are very fun, friendly and are always around to answer any questions you may have. The restaurant is great with I would some of the best food around. Bartenders are great and always willing to serve whatever your heart can desire. The front desk staff is great and friendly they will always say hello to you. There are some great vendors around to sell you some handcrafted souvenirs. Whether you want to party it up or just sit back and relax this resort is for anyone with or without children.

My name is Johnny Landry and my soon to be wife Karri Bydeley. We have been going to the resort for the past 7 years. For some of the snot pots, that think the resort is not a suitable place to visit and not your standard! I say to you! go elsewhere! I truely find that the Roc is a place for true family and friends to visit, when in Cuba. We have never had problems with cleanliness and respect from all that work there! Management is always willing to accommodate you, if your unhappy with anything They are on it… We will continue to stay there at this resort, for as long as we can.

I had never been to Cuba before so going to this place worried me… But the minute we got to the resort, I could see how friendly the staff was and how clean the place was. The entire 2 weeks there was a dream, not one moment of doubt or complaint. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is respectful. The Food was good (despite the lack of seasoning's due to trade embargo the Cubans don't have many spices to work with, most people say the food is not good in Cuba but that's because they are used to having variety of spices in their food… if you go just bring a tiny bottle of Tobacco sauce, don't worry once your there you will see everyone doing the same) The fact that you can visit all four resorts is great too, the beach is clean and right on the resort. If you do only one excursion when your there make it the Coco Beach trip (its where Madonna wrote her song Isla Bonita about). The Lobster dinner there is to die for. The second time we went we took the kids, and they had a blast, the entertainment staff is on hand 24/7 and they take care of the kids activities from 8am to 9pm not once did I have to worry about the kids. We also took the Camaguay City tour which was a blast too. Lots of culture and history to see.

This is my favorite hotel in Santa Lucia! Mainly due to the amazing entertainment / animation team and the kids club! Since the new management took over in 2017 the name changed to ROC Santa Lucia. The quality of the shows at night is very good, the dance group and the two house bands are incredible! The artistic director (Raymel) is excellent and the head of the animation team (Mario) is one of the best I have met in Cuba! The kids club is great! Bonbon is fantastic with the kids! The food in the buffet restaurant was very good. Much better than in Brisas! And I prefer the light ambiance of the restaurant. This hotel also has the widest beach! Great for kite surfing! There were VERY little people at the hotel since the new management has raised the hotel rates. And even with that, the animation team always did ALL the activities and put on full shows! I definitely want to come back. Just hope the prices will fit my budget :)

We had a good time in November 2017. It’s nice to see the constant improvement. Hoping to go back in April.

What a lovely resort and experience at the Roc Santa Lucia. Enjoyed my stay very much, staff was very respectful and attended to all needs. The entertainment was very beautiful as well.
