Terrible service. To summarize: little variety of food and drinks and very poor customer service. From a lifeguard that allows you to say "de pi… " In front of customers, even children to a lady in the cafeteria who only serves tourists with a smile, and the smile is the least, for us there is no cappuccino and for them yes. She also whispers in their ear that when the Cubans leave, she serves them the cappuccino and attends to them first even if there is a Cuban before. Not to mention the express that served with the all dirty rate of what she had in her hands and of course, the bad form.

Great staff. Food was good and the beaches always kept clean.

We have had a beautiful end of the year in this precious hotel that we plan to visit again. Very happy with the service especially with the dinner of the 31st, impeccable, with very delicious and varied dishes, from appetizers to desserts, with a very original decoration.
The animation, the night show very attractive.

I Just had amazing vacations at the resort. I can’t wait it return with my family again! I would like to highlight the public relation team, they really work hard to please us, and all the staff in general at the resort. Thank you all for making us treasure this small but so “huge “ attractive spot in Cuba.

The service is of very poor quality and the treatment is lousy, in these times of pandemic very crowded people and the queues for almost all services are more than three hours, the pool with a bar inside you have to get out of the water to drink some liquid and solid there is nothing. In the bars you have nothing to choose but in the same but next door you have to choose the one you want but you have to pay it in cash, and national drink. And they don't have 24-hour service because a lot of things after 12 o'clock at night start to finish things. It seems to me that they should say it in the sales bureaus so that the customer decides if he wants to go or not so as not to be deceived and not to waste the money thanks.

For me the hotel in general is a marvel and the divine animation team do not know one like.

We went to Brisa’s Santa Lucia in April/18. This spot is a hidden gem. My sister invited us to her "home away from home". We were indecisive about a rated 3 1/2-star Cubas resort but are glad we went! If you’re going to Cuba and are not ready to immerse yourself in the "Cuban experience" then there is no real point in going. The people at this resort really made our stay memorable. Our Sunwing flight was surprisingly great. A delay in departure which they made up for with awesome jazz music on boarding, a gate-straight to runway takeoff, friendly staff, a free breakfast sandwich, champagne, a movie. We boarded the bus to Brisa’s, an 80-minute trek to the resort with many cool sites along the way. On arrival we met Birmania, Brisa's PR Rep and a great lady (so very helpful). Our room was neat and clean with bar fridge & safe (can purchase thru front desk). We had no insect issues and the toilets (which had toilet seats) and hot water worked fine. There’s no Wi-Fi in the room & cards are available for purchase. The resort is a good size and doesn’t require much walking to get to the bars, restaurants coffee lounge, pool etc. It’s nicely laid out and they are always working hard to keep the grounds clean, attractive and neat. There’s a great coffee bar and they provide biscotti! In the afternoon they have entertainment which includes comedy, singing and trivia games. If you plan to visit bring your own cup and save on plastic.

I enjoyed staying at Brisas Santa Lucia. Staff is great, the food is delicious and the entertainment is awesome! A little more variety in the night shows and a review on the pillows in the rooms would make this hotel a 5 star for me! I will be back next year!

Musty rooms, average food but value for money if an all inclusive resort is your thing. Great pool.

I just wanted to take a moment to Thank The Brisas Team for making this past week spent with my family in Cuba awesome! Your entertainment staff was amazing, the dancers were very impressive, great choreographer, the comedy was also great! Luigi in the pool playing water Polo, a bunch of great people! & a special shout out to my new friend Yudy & her husband Jorge wether it was dance lessons on the beach or by the pool or our evening Variety show! All in all Some very kind and beautiful people! Thank you Brisas! Until next year!

Enjoyed my stay at Brisas. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I had a wonderful trip. It was my 8th time I think. Saw old friends and new one. It is not a Deluxe hotel but the staff makes the difference. As much for the waitress, the cooks, the animation, the lifeguard and the maintenance staff, they are so nice and welcoming. Since my last visit in July 2017, the rooms have new A. C. The beach was cleaned daily. My only frustration was on the weekend. The hotel gets Cuban tourist. There attitude is very sad. It seems that everything belongs to them. They order so much food and put it in plastic bags to bring home. After, you can't get a burger for yourself. That is just one example. Maybe, the management team should do something about it. The management team should communicate more with the tourist to know really our opinion. I will come back cause it is my second home and family. Thanks.

My favourite place! I’ve been going there since 2010. The staff is the best. I’ve made many friends there over the years. A truly wonderful place to go.

The people here are amazing. The food has improved here compared to years past. A lot of things are still what you would expect from cuba steping back in time. Making the best of what they have to offer.

Liked the iced coffee and mojitos. Nice beach, lawn chairs could be better. Nice staff. Used to be more dance shows and some daily activities are often skipped. Good variety of food in the buffet, fruit is tasty and the thin pizza is awesome.

If I had given credit to the published reviews, I should not have gone, instead I had to reconsider, beautiful village very nice and clean, rooms excellent, friendly staff professional and helpful, beach and sea dream, food average but little International, all in all good quality, to have lasagna and tortellini you must clearly go to Rimini, I am an Italian chef then competent, I will definitely be back very soon, a greeting from Milan to friend Luigi Ferrari.

If you have a good price to get there, it remains a nice place to stay. But the place is starting to be old. Less attentive staff than elsewhere. Clean rooms, but that clearly show that they are not dated yesterday.
The beach, although the best in the area, remains uninviting with its algae constantly. The lack of depth does not really allow swimming, but prevents large waves. The pool is small.
A short visit to the nearby resort, the Roc, allowed us to have access to much better food (even in the top of our twenty trip to Cuba) with better service.
