Rooms vary from being very tiny with almost no room to unpack your bag to being quite spacious. Pricing is very fair but dont expect a luxury suite. Its clean and tidy but narrow. Dont go for breakfast cause it is served in a very tiny, windowless room in the cellar :-)

Faultless hotel, cleanliness, comfort (unbelievablly comfortable, expensive memory foam mattress), value, breakfast, and staff attitude. They set the standard to beat. Impressed. Highly recommended.

Kada sam ušao u sobu, na prvi pogled se činila čista osim mrvica koje su sijale sa tepiha. Ušao sam u toalet, na wc šolji je pisalo " Dezinficirano" no kada sam digao poklopac vidio sam 2 stidne dlake…

Friendly stuff and clean place.

Friendly staff, great rooms. The location could be better because it's like a 25-30 min wall to the main Square… but I felt compensated. ;)

Small room uncomfortable for two people, dirty walls, no paking place although they say that there are. Never more.

The location is great, the receptionist is super friendly & there's a minibar even in the single rooms! Loved staying here will come back :)

Lovely, quiet hotel close to bus and tram station. Clean rooms with everything you need.

It's one of the most clean hotels/pensions I've ever stayed! The staff is very friendly, english speaking, the location is also very good — not a very long walk to the very center. In the cafe downstairs or in the nice patio you may drink fantastic coffee, like in the whole Croatia.

It was a fabulous stay in Zagreb — highest quality standard to very fair conditions, perfectly located just across the bus station and close to the centre and on top of all absolutely lovely staff at the hotel. Highly recommendable! I even came back to the hotel after a few days when I had finished my trip to Bosnia — I liked it that much. So travelers from all over — go and see for yourselves!

When I reached Zagreb I did not book any place prior since it was last stop in the country and a bit unplanned. Got down from the Bus Station and started walking on the opposite side of the road as someone suggested me that BNB and hotels are there. Came across this place.
Firstly, the place looks neat and different. Went ahead and inquired regarding the prices and found it to be really decent for its location and how the hotel appeared. Met Ana there and trust me she is the best person in came across my whole trip in Croatia.
The rooms were neat as anything, it was made up to the standards of the best hotel you can find. I loved the interiors and how eco friendly they have made the rooms.
The location is just perfect. Its like 5 mins from the Bus station, from the local tramp and there are a plenty of restos and local joints in the vicinity.
What I loved more is that, when I reached there I was in pretty bad health and Ana was a real sweetheart and gave me medicines that helped a lot. She speaks fluent English so that was major plus plus and the other staff at the hotel pretty much knows how to make the guest feel home.
Ana also guided me to places where I should visit and got me in touch with people who could show me around the city and I specially loved the suggestion of Pub Crawl which she insisted me to go.
All in all the places is aces in my books and I would recommend the place to anyone who is visiting Zagreb.
