Excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, good breakfast, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, artsy decor, big bathrooms, great showers and super clean. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. My room was luxurious with a smart TV and Sophia Loren watching over me while I slept. The hotel is also very clean, which is quite a job with all the glass and glossy finishing everywhere. The breakfast had a nice broad selection as well and all types of eggs are made to order. The only downside was that we had to listen to the same saxophone music CD on repeat for almost to weeks. Thank god they changed it on the last day :-)

Wonderful boutique hotel. Very clean and beautifully designed and decorated. Very nice and helpful staff. Easy to go to the center of town with the tram just in front of the hotel. Great brekfast.

The whole staff is very friendly. You feel welcome. We had a family feeling. Breakfast was world class.

The best hotel I know in Zagreb. A small one with only 15 or so rooms but with a great heart. Very familiar, you will know all their staff after two days. Kind people, wonderful breakfast and a bar open 24 hours a day. Located close to Zagreb's main bus station on one of the capital's main traffic routes. However, it was surprisingly calm outside so I slept with the windows open. Just a 20 minutes walk from downtown but you can take the tram, too, the next stop is more or less in front of the hotel. For the sake of completeness: I paid around 100 euros a night and it was worth every single cent.

I stayed at the Hotel for 4 nights. Viktor from the reception was very helpful with arranging my reservation over the phone so before I even get there I had a nice feeling about it. Leon on the reception the first night gave me a good recommendation for a nice restaurant and the girls Josipa and Sandra were very kind and friendly. Thank you for that.
I woke up late for breakfast one day and Marija manage to provide a glass of worm milk (was my usual) and some croissants out of breakfast time. I was very impressed with very comfortable king size bed and the bathroom was spotless.
I am sure I'll be back. Highly recommended!

Great Little Boutique Hotel in Zagreb. Right across from commuter train. Great Location and Great Service. The Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Very easy access to Airport. Rooms very very clean, spacious and modern. Very close to main downtown, shopping, bar and restaurant area. Very cool/happening area if just for people watching.

Modern Hotel, very comfortable and quiet. Located on the outskirts of the city centre, with tram stop right in front that takes you to the historic centre. Very good combination. An exquisite service.

It is a very nice hotel. The personal was very friendly, we have paid extra and we parked our car in the underground parking. I will choose it for a next visit to Zagreb for sure.

The best receptionist staff ever. They are professional, sympathy and friendly. The room is neat, comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel is brand new. Unfortunately I always had to wake up very early and did not have time to have breakfast there but they packed me the handy breakfast box. The hotel does really care what customer thinks and customer's feeling. I have nothing to complain and Hotel 9 is the best hotel ever that I have been so far. Thank you!

4.4/5 (November 2013) Another last minute booking on our part, but we were not disappointed! The hotel is rather small with only 20 rooms, and is considered to be a luxury boutique. The staff was very friendly and helped us answer all of our questions, and even called a taxi for us. The hotel and rooms themselves are unique and trendy. We stayed in the Godfather room, which was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is slight outside of the city center, but it is easily accessible by taxi and bus/shuttle. We were able to find a few cafes and bakeries around the hotel that we took advantage of frequently. The only downfall for us was the parking situation. Luckily we were able to snag a spot right in front of the hotel (only a few available) but our friends had to find parking down the street. Overall we highly recommend this hotel and I can say that we would stay here again!

Comfortable and near the bus terminal. A bit far from the center. Great breakfast, polite staff. Rooms are a bit overdone with the silver and gold elements, especially for someone who likes a toned down design.
