First of all, the usual stuff: Great location (5 mins from the main bus station), clean, modern and with everything you’d need. No complaints. Now for the special part: Our journey to Croatia was a nightmare. I’d organised a 1.5 hour late check in (the desk isn’t 24 hours), and what followed was a 1 hour 10 minute delay on our flight, my other half’s luggage not arriving and missing the last airport bus because of this. We were now much later than the organised check in, and we were positive we’d be walking the streets trying to find a hotel. But the guy had waited for us — roughly 3 hours past the normal time now. We’re so very thankful!

The rooms are clean, spacious, contemporary and cosy. The personnel are very kind and helpful and the hotel location is perfect — close to the business area but on the main street, close to the transportation means (city transportation and the buss station). I had a wonderful stay!

Really clean and nice staff. Well decorated. We visited zagreb for a one day before departure and this was a decent choice. It was also really easy to visit the city centre by citytrain which cost only like 0.5 usd/person.

Accommodation for every recommendation! Extremely polite and helpful staff, exceptionally clean, beautiful decor and comfortable, the room is equipped with everything for a pleasant stay. Very good prices for a mini bar. Great location.

Clean and tidy but small room. Very nice and helpful staff. But no lift, people with big luggage may book the room at ground floor.

Great little place with a good price. Modern rooms, and I could even get Netflix on the TV. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Convenient location, being just a few minutes walk to the bus station and metro. Only downsides I can think of were that it still smelled a bit like smoke (but that's Croatia), the bed wasn't very comfortable (but that could just be due to my soft American body :) and there's no breakfast (but dubrovica is a few minutes away, and the owner is working on expanding their location to have more rooms and breakfast). For my business trip this place worked out great.

Rooms are Too small. Tv, air conditioning, mini fridge and kettle are all from the electrics in the room.

The hotel is close to the bus station and has good communication with the center. The room was small but it was clean, the bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean and modern rooms! Walking to the stand is only a 15 minute walk. If you want to save the walk, the next stop is just a 3-minute walk away.

Nice place to stay for visiting Zagreb! Reasonably close to the city center (10 minutes by tram) and rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

Really pleasant, friendly place on quiet residential street but very close to tram routes. But you can walk into the town centre, it isn't far (maybe too far while carrying luggage, though).

Great room, wonderful experience, and I have to thank especially to the owners for being so nice and attentive. One day that I go back to Zagreb I definitely will stay there again, and I will advise anyone to do it too. Best regards from Portugal!
