A very nice and clean hotel. The staff were super friendly and very accomodating. They hv a nice deck & garden for meals and relaxing.

Great little and, above all, a new house in the outskirts of Zagreb. Friendly reception, clean rooms and a welcoming terrace for the evening Cocktail. Breakfast is delicious is rich and loving. Price-performance absolutely great. All in all a clear recommendation.

Nice, clean and quite place. Good breakfast.

Rooms are very comfortable. Some supermarkets and shopping mall near by. The surroundings' very easy and comfortable.

A small hostel (so you don't see 100 peoples around you…). The rooms are nice (with all the comfort needed) the towel are changing every day. All the people working their are gentle and always with a smile on their face. They only cool in the morning not later but breakfast and it is good too with enough choice (egg, juice, ham, jam, vegetables, fruits, …). They can serve you drinks all the day. And as a conclusion it is not expensive. I had love my trip over there.

The worst hotel ever! Dirty room… and a very bad smell in. The fridge is… I have no words to describe it… I would't recomand, not even for a night.

Comfortable, clean, kind staff.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Tho room had a bad smell, bed had a hole on one side so I almost hurt myself, the pressure in the shower was practically not existing, there was no air conditioning, the TV was from the middle ages and all this experience was charged with 140 euros for two nights for two persons. Most of the staff is incompetent and behave like you are a zero. At the check-out, they did not even issue the bill, so they do not cheat only on their guests, but the state also. We stay in hotels in Zagreb really often and this has never happened to us. If you can, avoid this hotel. There are 3 star hotels in Zagreb that are normal and have a reasonable prices. If you are coming with children, you should also be careful, because the TV is from middle ages, but is well equipped with porno content. I would give them a zero, but breakfast was dissent.

Stayed for 3 nights at the Sundial Garden Hotel and it was fantastic. The rooms were clean, the breakfasts were simple but delicious and the court yard was a great place to relax. However, the best aspect of the hotel were the staff. No request was ever a problem, they offered help throughout our stay (whether it be ordering taxi's/food or giving guidance on local attractions) and were always very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful, business hotel with it's own charisma, great garden and helpful staff. Modern and comfortable interior in every room.

Worst hotel ever. Hotel is full of cockroaches. If you like spend time with bugs then this is best hotel for you. Stuff is dumb. Barely speak english, and stuff is rude. Rooms are disgusting. Old rooms, stinking. Food is disgusting. They don't watch on hygiene at all. None of stuff have clean hands. To them is normal that all is dirrty as they are. Avoid this hotel if your health is precious for you.

Hôtel pas trop moche à part les chambres qui sont très laide. Nourriture congelé de très basse qualité Bien placé et chambre assez spacieuses mais certaines chambres se retrouvent avec une TV des années 90. Pour les chambres de 3, le 3 eme lit est un simple canapé lit piteux. Les chaînes sont en allemand / croate et la réception est mauvaise donc il y a des interférences et cela forme plein de petits points blanc. Dommage Sinon le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et accueillant.

The food is of poor quality and not good, the Wi-Fi is available only at the reception, the rooms smell the enclosed, there are no outlets next to the bed.

Not to expensive, and the staff is really forthcoming though hotel itself needs renovation.

Very simple hotel, stayed over by socialism. Access from outside is a disaster.

The rooms look like fields. Of. Futbot good attention and the restore has a menu of the fresh and seasonal day… although it depends on the time the waiter shines by his absence…

Great place comfortable bed room and very clean bathroom of the friendly staff I highly recommend.

If you are a fan of communist-era buildings and hotel-like hotels then, my friend, that's the place for you… personally I didn't nail it although I found it interesting… The personel and the breakfast are pretty good though and its cheap.

I haven't spent the night here, but I have been in the "conference room" on a seminar. I had a feeling I returned back to the beginning of 1990s. The photo speaks for itself. It's not that bad, but I did mind that the kitchen was right next to this conference room (separated with swinging doors) and we heard all the noise, which is pretty bad since we had a seminar and we had to concentrate. I don't think I could give it a better rating…

You only get one physical key to the room to share with your roommate so that’s annoying. Breakfast is bad by European standard (but actually not that bad if you’re American). Rooms are dusty, bathroom is small with not much room for toiletries.

I travel extensively for work and this is easily among the worst hotels of my experience. The room was disgusting upon arrival and even the “sealed, ” disinfected for your protection items were obviously used. Some of my friends had ants in their rooms. The hot water was intermittent at best. One friend’s shower head mount fell off and hit him while showering. When he called to report it he was asked if it was still possible to use it. I leaned against one wall and discovered it was split from the frame. Couldn’t post the video I took. I was never able to get an answer at reception even calling down repeatedly. Breakfast was stomach turning. After the first morning I went to the very nice nearby grocery, Plodine, and just brought my own every day. If you can avoid staying here I strongly recommend you go anywhere else.

Breakfast is sub standard and very minimal. One person in our group found mold or dirt on the cheese on the buffet. Rooms are not terrible, but very dated. Outlets in the room around very few and not convenient to the beds (other side of the room). The hotel only issues one key per room which is very inconvenient if you have 2 people on different schedules. The internet is extremely slow and unusable. No temperature control on the room I was in.

The value for money hotel is correct. It shows that it had a time of splendor but still the same.

I just loved it! excellent conditions, parking space for free, Wi-Fi working good, awesome breakfast and well trained people to help and yeah … Tony, the owner, simple man outside, sophisticated inside and quite the host!

Be careful. Keep your moneay always by yourself… The rooms are able to open with key (very oldschool and unproffesional in 2017, just saying). The hotel says, that it have 3 star. I think it deserves max 2. Old furniture, old beds etc. It looks like, that the rooms arent renewed since 10 years.
Definitley NOT recommended.

A hotel with much improvements since my last visit around 2014. Outside painted and decorated. Rooms refurbished, bathrooms retailed, but still keeping large baths which you can have an easier access than supposedly better hotels. Vast improvement in breakfast. Unfortunately juices accounter mostly pure water.

The hotel is old, it should be renovated quickly. The price was ok, not to expensive. Some of the staff weren't very welcoming, others where really enthousiast.

Rooms partly without climate. Dirty strange hair in the bathroom. Unfriendly staff compared to German tourists.

I was only there to pick up a rental car, the office was closed and I had to call someone to come over. Not that impressive but I can't say anything about the hotel itself…

Well its a hotel… rooms very old but clean. Food is ok and service is nice. Really needs redecoration. Wifi is ok in all rooms.

Functional, vintage years 70/80, when perhaps it was considered a luxury hotel. Very clean and very cozy rooms.

They took my pasport at front desk and did't gave it back until checkout. That is old communist way of running the hotel. That is exactely the reason that I decided not to come back ti hotel I. Never ever again to I.

Clean hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast! Very good for its price.

Outdated furniture, but decent rooms and bathrooms which are generally clean. Helpful staff but still can't understand why you can exchange EUR for kuna but not the opposite is not allowed! The breakfast is decent and the location is convenient (close to the Arena and some mall plus famous discounter store). Main issue is the lack of aircon and no nets on the windows, so plenty of mosquitoes. Overall the hotel is acceptable for a short stay. Very close to the hotel there is a pizzeria (Fianona) which is splendid!

Poor breakfast, uncomfortable beds and some of the staff very rude. Never again.
