Very nice boutiquehotel in the center of Zagreb. The rooms are beautiful, luxurious and clean. Beautiful paintings and sculptures. Nice People.

The hotel is a bit more like a private home but modern. It's in an excellent upscale residential and yet central location. The service is nice, young girls. It's not tip top professional, but that has its charms too. The girls are obviously doing their best!
The room is spacious, bed excellent.
The cleaning services aren't the best or most thorough.
The staff is kind and warm. I like that.
I loved the room, because it was very unusual.
I was disappointed that I couldn't take a bath, since the water goes very slowly.
The food is quite ok.
You will feel at home here, for sure.
It's a bit overpriced in my opinion, since it's an unusal place.
The advantages are the coziness, location, and a friendly feeling.
The down side is that you hear the people in the next room, whatever they are doing.
I also didn't like to have the repairmen on top of me, loud and smoking for two days. Not nice.
On the whole, id come back, but I would negotiate the price.
Also, the curtains are torn. It needs some renovation. And attention to detail.
But overall, I had a fine memorable stay.
